I don’t come here often but, One of the employees made my day today I don’t exactly remember her name but she had the most beautiful eyes and the darker skin. She is fast with my orders and makes me laugh everytime I come in I will definitely be coming here more often

call it cheesy but I've been calling this place Chipotbae for years because it is my Before All Else option. I have tons of food sensitivities and menu transparency allows me to eat without anxiety. If you haven't personally experienced the hell that is having zero energy levels to cook unless you've already eaten but almost nothing premade you can eat without symptoms ranging from rashes, indigestion/acid reflux/bloating pains so bad most people would go to the hospital, brain fog, irritability, depression, pain from pretty much the stroke of a feather... let me tell you. Chipotle is a lifesaver. I am one of the lucky ones that can handle a small level of cross contamination, I should add.
I really enjoyed this place , the service was great from the workers especially from the pretty dark skin girl I had to ask her what her name was “ Amani “ she gave me the best experience at chipotle the manager should totally promote her she deserves it !! Apart from that , food was delicious and had me craving for more , get more workers like Amani ! Love you chipotle
Food is always top notch. If you eat at Chipotle restaurants regularly... you probably know that sometimes when it's late in the day & something is empty... they don't refill it. That's only happened at this location ONCE in the last 3 years. The employees wrap their excellence in friendliness... and remember you if you're a regular. Never had to wait long even if it's busy. People always want you to say something bad... (thanks Gordon Ramsey) I don't know... Sometimes they take the drinks down too early? Or people drain the hot sauce bottles... Busy staff doesn't get them replaced quickly? Honestly... I don't know what fellow human beings expect these days. This location and it's people are awesome. PS: (The 3 star atmosphere is because it's Chipotle okay? We're not eating at a fine dining restaurant)
They have really turned this store around in last few months, guac has been on point, chips crispier, meat looking fresh. The manager with the glasses who works in evenings is amazing.
want to shoutout the 3 people i saw working tonight in the snow storm. needed something to eat desperately and caught them 20 min before closing. they were awesome, made an accommodation for me when the didn’t have to, and even said they didn’t mind working in the snow because they like their manager. food could be a 3, i’ll still come back
When I walked in there was 6 people in front of me, within 4 minutes I was ordering. The workers are very friendly and extremely efficient. They were very patient when I was not sure what all the toppings were. I got a chicken burrito and it was well worth the money. The guacamole was extremely fresh and delicious as well. Thank you!
Decent Visit, Never Impressed. This franchise is a lost one
All the food trays were almost empty. My server kept asking for a refill or more food, and he didn't get any help. My food was a bit cold and the lettuce felt frozen.
As my name indicates, I’m a huge advocate for Chipotle. Since this place finally just opened I wanted to say it’s nice and clean but the food portions are all over the place. They need consistency and someone who knows how to effectively wrap burritos. If it’s too much for the tortilla then double wrap it. I don’t mind that. They instead go a route of half ******* and it comes out like a bowl instead. They need to lower their prices finally too

Little or no lines, friendly staff, usual high quality consistent food you would expect from Chipotle. Clean open bathroom, good chips, I love the chips. I give 4 🌟 instead of 5 because I had a disagreement with a staff member months back that actually argued with me rudely and loudly, and he even said he was the manager, I said his behavior was not conducive of good management and honestly, if it was my store, I would have reprimanded/demoted him immediately. I have not seen this employee so maybe he got fired 😂

Ordered online for my lunch break bowl wasnt ready, had wait 10 extra mins for my fajitas. They were honestly just all over the place.
Okay place. Food is alright for what you pay. They fill up your $12 bowl with rice of course to sell less vegetable, meat or other toppings; so you need to slow down the server for what you want. Online app is very convenient to grab ‘n go.
Love Chipotle, especially their chicken bowls. Only issue I would convey is their portions of chicken seem to keep getting smaller.
Ordered a steak bowl and the rice was cold. The steak was extremely spicy (more so than normal) and slightly warm so it wasn't able to melt the cheese. The place was clean and staff was friendly though
Food is ok. Just a normal burrito, nothing out of the ordinary. This review is about the staff. They don’t show any interest in doing their job. I walked in, and I was waiting in line behind another person. After a few minutes, we noticed staff was simply ignoring us. We asked them if they could take our orders. The guy pointed at a sheet of paper about online orders only. I don’t expect the most friendly staff at this kind of places but at least someone with basic social skills.
Food is always fresh and flavorful, and I have never had an issue ordering in person. But now I learned to never order online. I spent 19$ on a half filled slapped together bowl missing half the stuff I asked for. If your gonna order here DO NOT order online.

Very dirty tables and beverage dispenser all during a pandemic! I asked for 3 tacos, one of each and I got 3 tacos with all the different meats together! This generation is lacking in communication skills. I wanted 1 of each meat, chicken, pork and a steak....duh!!
When I arrived, they were arguing over who should make my order. Another employee was signing loudly and ignoring everything else. When they finally got to it, my food was prepared quickly though.
I was in store to order, was told there was no guac, but then while ordering they brought it out, so i asked, now that the guac is out can i get guac on my bowl, then they took the guac moved it to the online order prep and said its reserved for online order only. Was very disappointed in the service and the clear lie that there was no go ac to begin with. Would highly recommend the chipotle in Patchogue over this one.
the food is usually good but i’m not sure what happened tonight.. the red salsa was spilled over into my quesadillas, there was something hard in them? & the queso which is usually amazing was completely different, it was thick with chunks of what seemed like mushrooms in it? disappointed
I’m sorry to leave a review that’s not great, but this place keeps giving you less and less meat. And this is the second time that I was charged for something I didn’t order. You can’t see what you’re being charged for until it’s too late, I’m glad I asked for my receipt.
Bohemia, NY - I don’t know why it’s always this location that makes the orders wrong. I ordered a barbacoa burrito bowl with beans, cheese and corn salsa. Instead of cheese and corn salsa, they gave me guacamole and tomatoes 🤦🏻♀️.
Kids working in the place don’t really seem to care how fast they move or how long the customers wait to be acknowledged or for food. 3rd time at this location & again no steak ready, stingy on portions. Think the owner needs to evaluate who’s hands they’re leaving their business in.
We usually do not have issues at this location, but our order was completely wrong, as well as sloppily all over the take-out container. This food is not cheap, someone needs to remedy this situation as it is terribly unfair.
Went to Chipotle with my boyfriend...was treated poorly n rudely by a super tall employee...she is miserable...cold .lazy manipulative..not helpful at all..puts off vibs that you are a nuisance and she doesn't want to do her job not be bothered by anyone...she didnt answer my questions...s..all she coukd say ..in a mean tone..."what do you want"..however once we had our order...(I happen to glance at counter ...still no other costumer there.') .and her whole demeanor changed as she was smiling n conversing with her co worker....the public does not ger treated well...called next day to make complaint...spoke with manager but im not even sure if Eric was the so called manager for he didn't even know who was there yesterday...mind you there were no other costumers and several tables were dirty..sticky...with trash on them.....so this staff does not want to help nor serve you and nobody there wants to make sure that the restaurant is clean n inviting....that girl should not be in the service ..restaurant business.. she need not work with people...she was cold, rude..and miserable.......she shoukd go find a rock and crawl under it......where she belongs.....I am only writing this because. After we left...my boy friend asked..."did you notice how that girl treated us.....
We picked up take out order on time, when we got it home it was ice cold. The meat also did not taste fresh, despite their claim to cook everything fresh. This is unacceptable at these prices especially. We've been here before about 5 months ago and didn't have these issues. This is the last time we visit this Chipotle!
Worst Chipotle Experience Ever! Stale Chips, Queso was half full, Burrito fell apart, Steak was awful, tables were dirty and just a horrible waste of money at this location! Will NOT be going to Chipotle anymore.

Very disappointed with the service. The steak was dry. I did not get the salsa that goes with my chips. The girl that rung me up had no gloves and handled my cup and lid with no gloves. I will not be back.

Went to Chipotle to try the new vegan sausage(I’m vegan and love sausage) and was disgusted when I saw people inside with no mask on eating food. There is a global pandemic and people are just eating food right next to the order queue with no mask on. Incredibly dangerous
The general manager seems like a real prude, his customer service skills are very poor he doesnt know how to treat his staff either. The food was okay , definitely not worth the money i found a bone in my chicken i almost choked!! I would never eat here again or recommend anyone to eat here!! I’ve been to other chipotle’s on long island this is by far the worst i hope if anyone reads this please know im a very honest person. If you want good chipotle take the extra 5 minutes to drive to patchogue
Well….. I currently have food poisoning as well as my friends I went with. I just had stomach surgery a month ago, … and I tell ya I feel every bit of it at the moment. If zero stars was an option I would. I love chipotle usually but I’ve been sick as a dog since 20 minutes after eating it, at lunch!!! Still going 🤢💩😵💫💩🤢
I am very disappointed with the dine in service because the teenagers working really had no clue what they were doing. I come here often and the take out service is great. This is my fist time ordering in and it was horrible. The workers would add food as if everything I ordered came out of there paycheck’s.
While it's great a Chipotle is now close to work, the biggest problem with this particular Chipotle is the serving portions are ridiculously small. I've gone to this spot 3 times and have gotten different servers. They all skimp out. The rice is barely enough to fill the bowl. They spread out it out. Half a spoon of beans. I ask for Carnita and they grab the tiniest bit of meat with only the tip of the tongs. It's literally enough to fit onto a spoon. I've been to numerous other Chipotles over the island and I can say I've never had to deal with this. Again, it's great this place opened up by my job but I can't keep going here if the portions staying small.
I bought 2 $25 gift cards and when I went to use one of them, there was no money on it. I’ve called corporate several times about this and have emailed them and they keep giving me the run around. I would think a large corporation like this would have better customer service! I’m done with Chipotle.

First time going to a chipotle and will never return. Saw the brisket commercial and had to try it. Was old and dried out, everything in the bowl was cold. Everything looks messy behind the counter. Couple bites and threw it away, gross.
Ran out of pinto beans and instead of just running to the back or waiting for a new batch she was picking out single pinto beans from the empty container and one by one putting them on my bowl.... then the cashier ran out of singles.. at 2pm? 4 dollars in quarters back really made my experience better. I understand this is a new chipotle, but get it together.
Last night we ordered our food and my son and i both had steak salad bowls and both of us got sick…both of us our throats felt tight, with mild stomach discomfort and gas…we had nothing else to eat since that, and i would definitely be careful dining at chipotle as a whole bc of their history of food problems.
How do you get an online order wrong? The food wasn’t even ready when I had it picked up for me, the serving amount was so small and I don’t eat pork so why is it in my meal. Instead of fixing it and seeing what’s wrong they just threw it out and gave me a refund. Wouldn’t go back to this location cause the amount of people’s food they got wrong is ridiculous and it seems only people who don’t care about their job work here.
Staff is nasty and rude. I was over charged and received a serious attitude from the cashier because I brought it to her attention. She was very nasty. When the manager had to issue me a refund, he was also nasty and rude. I never received an apology. VERY RUDE and CLASSLESS staff. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

I’ve been to This Chipotle several times. The food is never fresh. The rice is hard and the meat is dry. The portions are so small. You would think that for $15 you will get plenty of food. Definitely do not recommend.
I paid $21 and barely got any food, and my girlfriend asked for rice without the cilantro, and they told her he they didn't have any rice. Meanwhile, they're still open for an hour and a 1/2. How does that happen?
A man serve my food with all his hate on his heart and of course after I ate I have an upset stomach. I don’t even rush the workers to deserve the attitude and the whole tables was full off leftovers. I’m usually don’t complain of the staff of restaurants because I know how hard is the job, but in this case the guy who serve me today at 5:30 was nasty
I work nearby, and I ordered one day and the food itself was very good, but they packaged the burrito on top my queso container causing it to be weighed down by the chips ontop and it ended up splitting the burrito and undoing it. Ontop of that, the DoorDash driver took forever to get to me taking multiple wrong turns but i'm aware that is not the store's fault. Customer service was prompt and assisted me and offered me a free burrito / chip side for my next purchase. I purchased again today for myself and my coworker. My burrito had no queso despite requesting it and the sour cream was on the bottom of the burrito. The burrito was also poorly wrapped and everything fell apart. The chips are slightly stale but the big thing was my coworker's bowl smelled sour and it did not taste quite right. I will not be purchasing from this store again and purchase from the Selden location which has always been 10000000% on point.
I have now been to this location 3 times since it has opened and i will never go there again. They need to get all of their managers on the same page i order the same thing each time, a side of steak and salsa thats it. And the price and size of the order has been different each time. It should not be 7 dollars for 3 ounces of steak if i could have eaten it i would have spent the additional 3 dollars and gotten a full burrito bowl. Stay away from this chipolte.

Every time i order from here there is an issue. There was even a time i ordered a chicken burrito bowl… and they forgot the chicken. That aside, the portions are always much less than advertised to the point that a bowl will be half full with 4 small pieces of chicken. Using the website’s “Contact us” does nothing. I shouldn’t be paying $14 for a few pieces of meat in a 1/3 full bowl
Was here a couple months ordered a salad and they had no forks so i had to eat my salad with a spoon.... i was there this week and guess what. They ran out of all the sauces?? so i had to eat my bowl without any sauce. Whoever oversees this operation either does not know what they are doing or just simply does not care... they should be checking their inventory regularly.
I always come to this location. Today the person that it was dressing the food we asked for a double portion of steak and she put only 3 pieces of steak on the plate, come on we paid 5.20$ extra for that! I was asking to the cashier for chips and queso and basically she ignore me. Very dissapointed this visit.
The workers there are so miserable for no reason. I asked for a bowl and the guy just threw the food into the bowl it wasn’t even full. They look so miserable. Asked them to remake it which they did but it was made with an attitude. I felt so uncomfortable. Never had this experience with this franchise.
Went here with my daughter and did not eat the place was so dirty and broken chips on the floor dirty tables. But we looked past that and this was at 8:15pm. We were the only 2 customers in the store with 5 employees there from what I see. No one wanted to serve us they looked at us and turned away. One person was cleaning a grill another just walked to the back and the girl behind the counter looked at us and walked away. So my daughter looked at me and asked me to leave since they did not care about helping us. Mind you no other customers in the store. So we left hungry and went some where else to eat.
Just walked out of there They charges me extra because they put the cheese in a big container. Mind you I didn’t get anything else added to my white rice and black beans. No tomatoes etc etc. 24 dollars for two rice bowls with the cheese on the side Girl said well you got extra cheese. I said I got nothing else but the rice and beans. No aides at all!!!!!!! It all depends on who you have at the register!!!!!!! Normally it’s 1998 for a veggie bowl!!! And the white rice was at the bottom. It’s as hard as a rock!!!!!!!! Disgusting
This place had the worst Staff I have ever seen! Totally ignored their customers me being one of them! The place has no atmosphere even for a quick fast food restaurant. The attitude these kids have towards customers is not acceptable. The food was just barely warm and looked like it sat in the trays until it dried up. $18+ for a Carna Asada and I give it thumbs down 👎 meat was chewy and had a lot of cartilage and the medium sauce was more like Hot. I will never ho back!
I’m editing my review because I wanted to preface this by saying I come here once a week because it’s by my job and the people who used to work there I loved them. Would talk to them everytime I come in and now it’s all new people in the front and they are nasty. All of the other reviews on here lately say it as well. I walked in and the cashier and the guy off to the side were literally whispering in each others ears and laughing lol I’d be so embarassed if my staff acted like this. I never write reviews but everytime I’m here and get a veggie bowl they give me nothing and get mad when I ask for more. But today was the worst. They asked what I had and I said veggie bowl at the register and the kid dug his fingers into my bowl to check if it was veggie or not. I’m not kidding. I couldn’t believe it and I should have said something but of course I didn’t because it was embarrassing and there was a line. I am shocked lol
lady at the line gave me half scoop chicken and than i asked for a little bit of pico de gallo the stupid lady gave me double 0/10 please fire her.
It has been almost two weeks and the heating plate for the burritos is not fixed? A company like Chipotle should have a backup plan when it comes to defective machinery. I go to Chipotle at least twice a week and ever since the heating plate is not working, it has me looking somewhere else to eat from. The workers should at least offer to heat up the tortilla on the gas grill plate. The store loses customers this way! Right now my rating goes down to 1 star
Lady put a half scoop of chicken in this bowl then took another scoop and dropped NO chicken in the bowl. I said, “are you going to put more in?” - and she said “that is the normal amount” and I said “the other guy got 2x that with no double” and she put in like 3 tiny morsels and moved on. The whole time all she kept saying is, “what else?” In a rude tone then scoffed when she pushed the bowl to the cashier. Knew I should have left since this bowl is barely edible. Hard uncooked rice, mushy vegetables, tasteless chicken. Just complaining and getting a free meal - this is garbage. Won’t ever be back to this location. This picture is me moving over the lettuce to see NOTHING in the bowl. It’s 3/4th lettuce, barely a scoop of rice.
flavor was good but way too stingy with their portions, and ended up with a horrible stomach ache. If you have to take a longer driver for a better chipotle i suggest you to do it… not worth it at all.

have watched Chipotle go from a reliable go to into a full time disappointment. Complaints about shrinking portions, higher prices, and bad service are not exaggerations. They are now normal. Portion sizes are a cruel joke. Four tiny pieces of chicken in a twelve dollar bowl. Spoon shakes that dump half the scoop back into the bin. Online orders that look like kids meals. Prices keep going up while quality keeps going down. They raise prices across the board. They raise prices again for extras. The food gets worse at every stage. You are paying premium prices for fast food quality. The friendly service is gone. It used to be how can I help you today. Now it is what do you want. Dining areas are dirty. Food is often cold, clumpy, and thrown together without care. This is not a one time bad day. This is a company that made cutting corners part of its business. They put portion control over customer satisfaction. Speed over quality. Cost savings over loyalty. I walked out one day and never went back. Many other customers have done the same.
I placed an order for delivery through Chipotle’s website from this store. My order arrived REEKING of marajuana. I understand this could have been the driver rather than the store, but since I ordered from chipotle directly & have no way of knowing how the food was contaminated, I have no recourse other than reporting to Chipotle. My order had to be discarded entirely outside of the house because the scent was so strong it absorbed into the food. Chipotle has stated they will not assist me unless I can provide photo evidence of the smell that permeated my food order….
The posted hours are wrong. On July 2nd we went at 9:40 and they had all the chairs up in the dining room and they began turning people away at ten. It would be nice if they didn’t put 11 in their front door or on Google as their closing time.
Orderd kids meal with beans , salsa , sour cream. This is what I got. Can't call the store bc their AI bot won't let you speak to anyone. Said to call door dash. Doordash said, call the restaurant. I'll just cx the charge on the card. Don't waste your time ordering from this company, they don't care. Ripoff.
Really gone down hill . I guess when share holders and corporate want to make all the money . So customers must pay the price and suffer . $20 a bowl . Portions are a joke . My steak and chicken had tons of fat pieces . Dry and no taste . Corn salsa has no taste just over the top hot and spicy. Guacamole was far from fresh and dark and lettuce pieces in serving tray . Soon allure of this place if hasn't started already will fade away .
We just walked out of there because it was dirty filthy and the employee called Larry was extremely nasty and rude. Employees sitting and putting their dirty shoes on the chairs that clients use for sitting. We asked employee Larry the portion looks like small if he can put little more like the normal portion he told us straight if you don’t like it get out showing us the door with his finger. We already called and put complains i to the corporate office. I am attending the video this way you can see how dirty their kitchen and the employees putting their feet on the chairs.
I don’t consider myself a stickler for things but my experience was just unacceptable. The workers were irritated for absolutely no reason. I understand that to work is no easy feat but they were curt and rushing for absolutely no reason. My last straw was an insect in the lettuce as the big- headed worker was scooping my tiny portions. After this, I immediately left. Truly disgusting
Emptiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Only two workers were on shift that I could see. One on cashier and another preparing food. I stood waiting to place my order for 5 minutes before the food preparer finally came over. And I think it’s only because a line started to form behind me. She didn’t greet me with a smile or anything. Just an icy stare. She had to use her hands to get the rice off the spoon. Good thing she was wearing gloves. She also barely put any meat but I didn’t even complain. I paid for my food then went to get my drink. One coke dispenser had a sign up saying out of order so I tried the second one on the opposite side. It was mostly water. I poured it out and decided to get lemonade. It was yellow so figured it was good. Left and went to my destination which was 4 minutes away and was highly disappointed. The food was cold and the lemonade was straight water. Not only did the service suck but the food did too. I see why they have 3 stars. Wish I read reviews before going.
Was cold. Messed up my sisters order by putting guacamole that she CANT HAVE in the burrito. Not only that, but just pulled this out of my bowl as I’m eating it. I have long blonde hair. I KNOW this isn’t my hair. Never coming to this chipotle again the one in patchogue is so much nicer anyway.
