Pizzeria Kebab Istanbul Bollate Reviews
The food was great , the service was outstanding and I loved the hospitality. Overall great experience , thank you.
I grew up going to Satomi a good 20+ years ago, then ended up moving out of state about 5 years ago. I came back for a visit, in the mood for some serious sushi after a Mission Peak hike, and oh boy was Satomi just as good as I remembered it. Not only were the rolls delicious, but the service was incredible. UE was quick, attentive, and very friendly. I can't wait to visit again. -Lion King: rich and savory/sweet, very satisfying -49'er: fresh and bright -Rainbow: classically delicious
I have been going here for over 15 years. I have moved cities and now states and they are still the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to. The quality is there every single time. I will always be loyal to this place!
Personally, this place provides the best sushi for the price. The fish cuts are thick and the sashimi is served at perfect temperature (eat in my car). Definitely a stop by when you need a proper sushi fix. I saw a few recent negative comments that were unfairly written. It's COVID time, it's difficult for restaurants to revamp hiring, be more understanding. I have tried 10+ sushi places around the area, I don't think you can have better.
Om nom nom... I used to come here quite often, but I've found a new place I'm loyal to because the quality is equal but it is closer to me. The food here is still great and the prices are what you'd expect from a sushi place :'). Service is nice too! I don't have any pics of sushi from here, but I do have a pic of chicken katsu I got a while ago. For my fellow people with allergies: make sure you ask about what oil they cook with and make sure they aren't garnishing with something that can asphyxiate you. I once ordered chicken katsu and didn't ask for no sesame, so when I got it the rice on the side was covered with it. Don't forget!!
Delicious take-out during the pandemic! The sashimi is pretty fresh! The rolls are very delicious!!! The price is reasonable (Bay Area price)! Highly recommend it if you crave for sushi / sashimi / Japanese food like me!!! We ordered 5 rolls with one assorted sashimi for 4 people, about $25 per person!!!
I've been going to Satomi when it was just a small intimate place where it felt like it sat 30 people. I'm happy to see their success. They have fresh food, great selection, prompt and great customer service. I've been a fan from the first time I went there and will continue going. Make sure to try the Greg Roll when you go, by far my most favorite dish there.
We enjoyed our meal at Satomi. At first glance we were a little disappointed in the number of pieces of the rolls, but the actual size of each piece is larger than most rolls we've had. As a bonus they gave us a bowl of tofu for our one year old. The Philly roll was super creamy and tasty.
The seafood salad here was delicious, and the salmon skin was baked to a perfect crisp – it was fantastic! The bento box took a little longer to arrive, but the salmon was grilled perfectly, although the tempura was cold . Service is friendly and fast !
The sushi was good, beautifully presented. The jalapenos were hot tonight. It is busy. We lucked out and had no wait but we did see people have to wait outside after us. The servers are hard to catch because they're busy, but they're good. However the kitchen is forgetful. We ordered gyoza and agedashi tofu. But we had to ask for them 3 times! Also it's stuffy in the back corner with no AC or air circulation.
For $20, I ordered the Bento box: salmon teriyaki, California rolls, tempura. Came with generous salad, rice and miso soup. Everything beautifully cooked, but still lacking punch except for the California rolls. The shrimp tempura was crisp but didn't taste like there was much under the coating. The tempura vegetables were ok. Miso soap was not hot, I didn't have to wait for it to cool. On the plus side, portions are generous enough that I had enough for dinner. Sartomi was highly recommended by a friend, so I will have to try again.
The red miso soup had excellent tofu - definitely NOT supermarket bought - a great first impression. I ordered the Chirashi which came out to $23.98 after tax. The portions were huge - 19 pieces of fish, enough for two people, but no tamago yaki. The freshness was pretty good, probably due to good turnover at this restaurant. The waitresses were quickly moving from table to table like busy bees. Unfortunately, they gave me the same wrong bill, three times in a row 8^p. Overall, even though a bit expensive, it's actually a good value at 4.5 stars, considering the portions and attention to quality (it appears to be a Korean-run restaurant). I will be back to try their sashimi and nigiri.
Unsure of what the hype of this restaurant is. The rolls are average, not too bad, prices are average as well. The main things that stood out were the free miso soup the moment you sit down, and the salmon was a bit above average. I would recommend for others to try, but don't go far out of your way to do so.
I have very bad experience with these guys two times. They guys have not a sense to talk the customer. And services very very bad i been there for pickup but they said its take 20 minutes you can cancel the order
