Nachos made with fake cheese, chicken ok but dishes overall just plain. expensive for what you get

First the sign says tacos and tortas. There are quesadillas on the menu but no tortas. Secondly this seems is a completely do it yourself operation. Scan the QRC, make your order and an auto 20% tip will be added when the tab is closed. At first I was pretty offended. But it worked out okay. Anyway. Bloody Mary took 5 minutes. So far so good. It tasted pretty good, as it should for $16. I asked for water when that was brought out. Nachos took only 9 minutes. So timing was great. Maybe this wasn't such a bad place after all. Chips were a bit on the salty side but okay. I ordered basic cheese nachos so not too shabby. They weren't the best but they weren't the worse either. And maybe I kinda like the efficiency of not dealing with a server. IF it had been better explained that I could choose the tip if I was paid before 30 min. Overall though, I doubt I'll be back.

Temazcal Tacos & Tortas at Boston’s Logan Airport came in under par for me even for airport fare. Everything is way overpriced. A “double” shot of tequila didn’t even have the volume of a single shot. The salsa was just okay. On a positive note though, my pork quesadilla was very good.

Drinks took 28 minutes to be made. Then 10 minutes later bartender came by and said we ordered another 2 drinks. Turns out the 2nd set were the ones we actually ordered. We had to finish our drinks faster than we wanted to in order to make our flight. I would not return.

Food is fine. Service is terrible. $15 for cups and salsa is absurd.

I’ll start by saying that the food was good. But, I hope you do not value service if you visit this establishment. The opportunity to order using a QR code or through a server are your opportunities at this restaurant. My option is to use the QR code; because, I believe you’ll be less disappointed . Although, from what I have read, you will still pay a 20% tip using the QR code, the alternative is having a human being make you fell like an ATM after giving a 50% tip by making you fell awkward if you finish your drink after cashing out. Your choice! My choice is to never return.

Just not worth it. This place is unreasonably expensive. I just paid $14.50 for a tortilla soup. That is a lot for a soup in any event, but particularly when it arrives in a very small serving, no chips. It tasted fine enough but not for that price for that quantity. Guacamole is $19!! They must clearly know they are outrageous because they dont include the price in the menu by the hostess. Server was at least very nice.

The prices are unreasonable for the portions provided. A $19 serving of chips and salsa comes with 3oz of salsa. Service was good. Unfortunate. Not recommended.

Chicken Nachos - It was almost like they bought a cheap bag of chips added rotisserie chicken on top and poured the cheap Tostitos cheese over it…. Don’t get the chicken Nachos.

Food was decent. Almost missed my flight because the server wouldn't come to get my check, the QR code didn't work, and their receipt printer didn't have any paper (how???). Business travelers beware.

The restaurant has q self service process. While their employees are sitting down chatting amongst themselves. Not the best approach to customer service but we all learned the non-contact process during covid, not q deal breaker. The restaurant doesn't sell coffee so we ordered food and drinks, and brought Starbucks coffee with us. A manager told us that we couldn't drink beverages from other establishments but he and all the employees were drinking and holding Starbucks. Recommend for the restaurant to add coffee to the menu and to not be hypocrites.

I ordered from the kiosk, which is fine. No one ever came to the hostess desk while I waited for my order. A woman came out from the back and asked me a question, but never looked at me. I had to ask her if she was talking to me. I couldn’t understand her Jamaican accent. It wasn’t very long of a wait, but for $20, it wasn’t enough chips, salsa, and guacamole. It would’ve been nice to have been greeted.

Food was good, drinks were good, service was terrible. Ordered food and drinks through QR code, waited 20min, no drinks, not even water. Went to ask bartender about drinks, he was not busy at all, jusr standing around, same as waitress. Waitress came with food, asked me what drink I ordered. Shouldn’t it be on the ticket, since it’s clearly visible on my receipt… Got drinks about 15min later. Paid too much for everything just to experience extremely poor service.

They would not let me order guac and chips to take out “because we don’t have the right containers.” At an airport. How stupid is that?

The food wasn’t bad. The service was HORRIBLE. If you don’t mind being ignored, this is your place.

Ordered a Bloody Mary to start it was by far the worse I’ve ever had. There was no flavor and just tasted like tequila in tomato juice. Had both pork and chicken quesadillas and again no flavor at all, it tasted like the meat was boiled in a bag and placed in between a tortilla and cheese. It is extremely over priced even for airport prices with no value to their food and I forgot to mention their service or lack thereof. Do not eat here!!!

Decided to check this place out while waiting for my flight…received terrible service, i was told to move seats several times, waiter insisted that i get up from my seat to come over to the bar to give me the glass of water i asked for , food was just okay no complaints there. besides it cold have been hot. almost after i got finished the same waiter came over to snatch the plate away because “they were closing” then now its time to pay ,she comes over telling me how to operate the card machine which everything is obviously telling which buttons to press . how about she ENTERS HER OEN TIP & stand beside me telling me to just keep pressing green … then after i questioned her about the tip ,then haf the audacity to ask was there anything wrong with the service 😂yes , idk how u feel u we’re entitled to a tip is beyond crazy ! btw i didn’t get a chance to get the waiter name but she a heavier set lady, mixed race and always at the bar area. oh one more thing my terminal was literally right across from this spot(flight was delayed 2hours) , i watched them serve/sit others while i was basically told i need to hurry because they were “closing”.

Flight delayed and hungry. Right across from Temazcal. Great! Turns out they have a highly limited menu. Can’t go wrong with nachos right? Wrong! Worst nachos ever. Served cold with some kind of nasty liquid cheese. And terrible chips. Ate half and left. Stay away if you can! Service was uninspired but in her defense, it’s New Year’s Eve and they were understaffed.

was excited to eat here because we love the temazcal in seaport. this is not temazcal, they gave us tostitos chips and store bought guac... the margarita is so sugary.. this place is garbage don't come here expecting real food

The salad was so disappointing! This was a $16 salad with nothing to it. It didn’t even have the right cheese on it.

Friday night at Logan, I see there is a Temezcal.. Great! It’s 6:22, they don’t close till 8.. Perfect! WRONG. Staff decided to close early and snack on chips and salsa while cleaning up (2 hours early). I guess they wanted to get their Friday night started early.. oh well.

I really wish I would have read reviews - this RIDICULOUSLY TINY SALAD was $23 lol - tasted like any other salad, barely any meat - one star on size and price alone - WOW, I feel like someone stole my money.

Not clear when they close (says 8pm), but they said they closed at 6:30pm. Seems staff just didn't want to work as everyone was just standing around. After reading the other reviews probably best they aren't serving.

Food is below average. Service is hit or miss. Some servers are very kind, others are flat-out rude and unkind. Perfect example: I am 7-months pregnant and asked a bald, bearded, middle-aged waiter if he could fill up my Yeti bottle with water. He said no, which I thought was iffy because they've done it for me in the past, and no one generally gives anyone a hard time about this at the airport. I asked him, "why? Because there is no ice and water?" He said because they were not allowed. A Black man working at the same restaurant shortly and gladly filled up my bottle. The manager and others proceeded to explain that this man was new, that it was his first day, and that he was still being trained, which I did not buy. If you enjoy kind, friendly service, this place is not it.

I ordered food, 30 minutes later, my food was not out yet. I complained to one employee but she was checking out, I complained to the manager and he disappeared to go check on the order. 5 minutes later, they brought the wrong food and didn’t even apologize for it. The manager has no customer service skills. Please send me my refund.

I would not go here if you have a food allergy. I asked for tacos without cheese - they arrived with cheese, and when I mentioned this they sent back the same tacos with the cheese picked off but didn’t remove all of it.

2 drinks for almost $50 and they were 85% ice. You have to order your drink online even as you are sitting at the bar.

Unfortunately, this place will not get a good review from us. If you see teenagers sitting, the proper thing to ask them is, are you accompanied by an adult. The incorrect thing to do is to tell them to leave because "they're taking up space" in a restaurant that is not even 1/3 occupied. The bathroom is about 10-15 ft away- literally next door. You couldn't have waited 2-3 minutes? Bartender, learn from this. If kids/ teenagers are letting you know they're waiting on their parent, listen to them! Do not walk away when someone asks you a question.

The check with auto-pay with their set level of tip after 40 mins from ordering your meal. I wasn’t event half way through my food when it went through. Everything is even more overpriced than usual for an airport. - Chips and guacamole: the guacamole was watery and you barely got any of it. The chips remind me of the cheapest chips you can buy. - Fiesta Salad: the pork on top was fine, but the salad was aggressively over dressed

Too expensive for what you get. Three tacos and a soda for $30. Tacos had no spice, but they did bring out hot sauce when I asked. No extras. Service fine, but would not recommend.

Trash service, particularly at the bar. Food is not good enough to warrant a $23 quesadilla, to-go service and menu is awful. This place is always empty, it’s clear why.

Food over priced and cold when served. No condiments and service was slooow.

Food came out in ten minutes and was absolutely disgusting. Service takes forever to get you to pay just so you don’t get a 20% gratuity charge. Never coming for the overcooked burger or kids made tacos again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I ordered a portion of French fries for almost $11, and what I received was honestly insulting — maybe 20 fries total, each barely 2–3 inches long. That’s basically one potato sliced up and thrown on a plate. For the price they charge, I expected at least a normal-sized portion, not something that looks like it came from a kid’s menu. The food might be “fancy” in their mind, but the value is absolutely not there. Overpriced, underwhelming, and not worth a return visit.

I got a quesadilla that should have had lime chicken, cheese, grilled onions and peppers. It had chicken that tasted like it came out of can and then soaked in lime juice. It had cheese. No onions or peppers. It came with 8 (I counted) tortilla chips as the side. I saw one staff person who brought me a water after I asked. Nothing else between the time I sat down and left. I accept that airport food is overpriced and uninspired, but at least try. Avoid this place no matter what.

I ordered food to go before my flight. Asked 2 people to check on order as it was taking so long and they did nothing. Finally saw manager he said ticket never printed in the back so I asked for refund as my flight was about to start boarding. Said he would but never did. Rude staff, VERY poor customer service.

Service was borderline non-existent, even rude when asked a question. Margarita was hands down the worst I’ve had - tasted like pure sour mix. Not many options here, but proceed with caution.

The QR code menu says most things are unavailable when theyre really not. Also the worst nachos ive ever had. No real cheese and the queso was 95% water. There were 10 good chips on top of the plate and the rest were drowned in a watery queso soup. Unacceptable to charge $20+ for waterlogged tortilla chips. Go elsewhere in terminal B

This place is No good , let's start with the Margaritas, We asked for coconut and all they did was add nasty syrup. 30 minutes later still waiting on a hamburger 🍔. Sorry but this place is Not good at all for the price. No customer Service at all . So if you don't know anything about Mexican food Maybe this is your place. The hamburger that I ordered was chipotle that comes in with little chipotle sauce, and the fries have a little weird taste to it. So glad I'm going back to texas. I had to geb my own napkins

I never write reviews, but travelers should be warned about this restaurant. The quesadilla was pretty good and our waitress was very nice, but the pricing felt like a rip off. I ordered a Grey Goose on the rocks during dinner and they charged $25 (I did not ask for a double). I have been to many, many upscale places (which this decidedly was not) and have rarely seen a charge like that. When I subsequently looked at their drink menu, I noticed that the cocktails and wines had NO PRICES. I think that the officials at Logan Airport should be informed of these business practices. It may not be illegal, but the owners should not be awarded a contract from a publicly funded airport in light of their apparent business model, namely, to overcharge captive travelers, who have no choice but to use the airport and its limited restaurants, without providing sufficient pricing notice. Unlike local restaurants that must behave financially to protect their reputation to stay in business, this airport restaurant knows that it can grossly overcharge travelers who are not regularly in the area and suffer little financial or reputational damage. I hope that the folks who award these coveted airport contracts take note.
