I had such a great experience at Panda Express today! The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were so friendly and quick. The place was clean and had a welcoming vibe, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. Definitely one of my best visits—I’ll be back for sure!

Great place to grab a quick snack. We had been for lunch. I loved their menu. One can choose between bowl, plate etc. The noodles and rice are ossom!! Prices are also ok. The staff is friendly as well. Would recommend it!!

The food at this location is always delicious. Fresh, every time. And the service is wonderful, with happy, friendly people. If you’re going to operate a fast food joint, this is how to do it. Thanks you guys!

Service is the best here. Always smiling faces, unlike other Panda Express restaurants where they even don’t make eye contact with the customer. Atmosphere is good and places seem always clean in sitting areas especially. Good quality I would say is consistent, better consistency than other Panda Express restaurants.

I went around closing time. They made everything fresh even though things were on the verge of getting over. Excellent service

Came here for some lunch during work and it definitely hit the spot , great portions and friendly staff, all being very patient and polite. Fland the food was great. The orange chicken was so crisp and yet juicy , walnut shrimp was full of flavor and the chow mein was fresh .

We order pick up and they consistently get everything right! I can't speak about the atmosphere because it is an in and out experience. This is a great spot for Panda - not every franchise is this good. We are very lucky this one is truly great. They don't forget the soy packets either! If you want Panda and are looking for a great one - the Belmont location is it 💯

Stop putting cheap filler in your steak entree!!! A lot of large, almost raw onions and a bunch of broccoli stems. The recipe was way better when you first started selling it. I ordered 2 entrees and picture is what I have to throw away (about 1/3 of food I recieved). Why do we have to pay extra for this?

I am somewhat disappointed with my visit. I love Panda Express because I can normally expect the same result each time. Service is great, food is hot or at least warm, and the quality is amazing. This time around, customer service was great as usual but the food came out barely warm and I was not satisfied because of the lack of meat in my portions. I ordered a plate with chow mein, mushroom chicken, and broccoli beef. After having ate many mushrooms and a few broccoli is when I noticed the lack of meat. I’m afraid that I got lots of chow mein, mushrooms, and broccoli. Not very much chicken or beef (and I did not just eat all of it without noticing ;)). But anyway, like I said, they usually do a great job each time. I just want my meat.

Stepping into Panda Express feels like sneaking into a culinary speakeasy for the common man…fluorescent lighting, steam tables, woks that have long since surrendered their souls. I ordered Orange Chicken, Chow Mein, and Beijing Beef, because if you’re going to wade into this pool, you might as well belly-flop. The Orange Chicken is the restaurant’s chaotic muse: lacquered in a glaze that could double as industrial adhesive, sweet enough to make pastry chefs blush. It crunches, clings, then assaults my palate like a citrus-scented linebacker. Is it balanced? Of course not. Is it weirdly satisfying? Absolutely. The Chow Mein eats like a soft-spoken understudy that is pleasant, slightly oily, a bit like noodles rehearsing for a role they’ll never fully master. The Beijing Beef is the troubled cousin at the reunion — deep-fried strips coated in a sauce that tastes like soy sauce, brown sugar, and existential crisis. Yet somehow, I keep eating it. Everything here is almost food. Not haute cuisine, more like caloric improv. But the joke’s on me: it works. I walk in thinking I’m slumming it; I walk out a little ashamed, a little grateful, and mildly sodium-poisoned. Three stars because this place is the culinary equivalent of junk-drawer dining…messy, mismatched, but undeniably useful when the human condition requires cheap pleasure and absolutely no introspection.

As expected for Panda Express; overall not bad. The kids were happy :) Bathroom had a large line and ran out of toilet paper. Also the dining room was unusually hot.

Not worth the price give the fact they'll mess up your online order and not read your special order requests and the fact you have to buy the drink separately makes it even worse. Won't be online ordering ever again this was my first problem with this location but it's made me not want to go anymore as online ordering is more convenient for me. The rice also goes bad fast too like if you don't finish it all at once and you refrigerate it the rice will be hard and gross and yes that's within 24 hours of purchase too. They like to ignore you as well as I had to call twice before getting ahold of someone then because I'm also a parent I had to hung up mid conversation as my toddler needed me so I'm still trying to see if they'll make it right with me since they don't read the special order requests so why even have that as an option if they won't even read them it's ridiculous. I also asked for napkins online and they didn't give them to me and I had also tried asking them for a water cup while picking up my order multiple times and I didn't get a response from anyone so I left because I already had to wait awhile for my order as they needed to make more of one of the things I ordered so that was also annoying plus I always have to walk everywhere with my toddler as we don't have a car so that wasn't fun to walk there and back only to see the mess up when coming home this is also why I usually double check everything while at the restaurants but with a toddler sometimes you've got to just leave and don't have time to do that and this was one of those times.

Just left panda I order 2 plates one was ok the other one was missing one side. The young lady was worried about bout costumers walking into the store and not paying attention to the one in front of her that's too sad.

By far the worst Panda I’ve ever been to. You could walk in here with zero customers and you’ll still be waiting 15 minutes to get your food. They are ALWAYS out of what you want and their kitchen will take their sweet time to make it. There is absolutely no hustle here. And good luck getting a greeting when you walk in - the employees prefer to look at you with a blank face like you’re a hassle for walking in. The drink/utensils counter is always dirty, the floor is always sticky, sand the trash cans are always overflowing. Prepare for a frustrating experience if you dine here.

Today, July 4th, I was at Panda Express on Camino Real. The food display had little food and the food that was there looked bad, and the beef with peppers was completely burnt. I think that, since it is such an important chain, the food should have better quality.

Ordered the Beef Broccoli, only 1 pathetic slice of beef. Very disappointed. Overall quality is below average compared to other Panda Express.

Food trays are empty the location stinks the food is not even warm and the location is dirty. Mabey it’s okay for the locals but I’ve been to better locations. The food quality is why I’m leaving this review.
