Was okay overall sign says short staffed so I understand ..food wasn't fresh pop machine ice wasn't working everything just felt a disarray. Staff was pleasant. Most likely won't come back 😔

I ordered 5 of the new ninety nine cent breakfast sandwiches and 2 large order of seasoned potatoes. One car in front of me and no one behind me and it took 17 minutes from the time I got to the menu to the time I got my food. The potatoes were hardly warm and had no crunch at all and one order was only half full...which was not that big of a deal since they didn't get eaten because they were horrible... now on to the sandwiches, all 5 were hardly wrapped and thrown into the bag, two of the sandwiches were missing cheese and one of the sandwiches that got cheese had more cheese on the wrapper than the sandwich. The Brockport Wendys does a horrible job with all aspects of running a restaurant, this is not the first time I have had a problem with wendys in Brockport. I order from east ave wendys a lot and I have never had a problem with them or there product. The Brockport wendys needs to have a better management team and protocols need to enforced.

Just got back from Wendy's and oh look missing a double burger again. You guys act like your meals are well priced, your the most expensive and the worst at accuracy. Go to kfc across the street, or bill greys or Taco Bell. You probably didn't have enough single burgers for the missing double and sent me on my way so your times in drive through are better. 2/20/26 at 610 ish. 1 spicy chicken mean, one double meal. Two plain singles it's not hard. You also have McDonald's and subway and Burger King. Oh don't forget chic fil a. Literally anywhere else will give you better service and not rip you off constantly, all less than a mile.

Okay so every time I go here, I spend $30 on food for me and my family. Today I came and ordered a baconator meal and a chicken hot biggie bag, came out to $21.91. While ordering the very rude worker acted as if I was inconsiderate and inconvenient to be ordering. ONTOP of that, we got to the window, the blonde girl was NASTY and rude, and then handed me my bag, I checked it after pulling out of the drive though, and these rude arrogant jerk gave me the tiniest burger, not a baconator, and for got multiple items of my biggie bag out. After we went back, I personally watched another kid open a sandwich with no gloves, re close it and hand it to someone else. Disgusting and management needs to do better. Shame on the girls parents who didn’t raise her well enough to have respect and decency at your place of work.

When ordering through grub hu, this Wendy's is constantly forgetting whole meals, items and sauces. I have had to complain about missing items so often that grub hub doesn't want to give me refunds anymore. It's ridiculous.

Came through the drive thru at 9:45 pm on a Sunday night, ordered 2 biggie bags and asked for my fries and nuggets to be cooked fresh. When we got our food 10 minutes later the fries were cold and nasty. When we pulled around to tell them and ask for new ones they told us it would be another 7 minutes until fresh fries would be ready! Having worked in fast food i know it doesn't take 7 minutes for fries to be cooked ! Super disappointed in this store !

I ordered some chicken nuggets and cheese fries for delivery. The delivery driver was very quick and great with delivery. Props to them. Opened the bag and they gave me chili cheese fries. I can't have chili and ended up just throwing it away. This is not the first time I've gotten dinner delivery from this Wendy's and received the incorrect item that I can't eat. I contacted Wendy's customer care about it and was told to contact the delivery department. I had no issues with the delivery but the actual workers in the store not paying attention. Definitely avoiding ordering from this Wendy's for the foreseeable future.

Waited, parked in the drive thru for 10 mins and got a sandwich that looks like a bite was taken from it. I would have went back but was to uncomfortable. Who ever finds this acceptable to serve to a customer needs to be re trained

Not sure if the fries are cooked or not. Taste very raw and cold. Also order an orange Fanta and somehow got a doctor pepper.

Went to Wendy's this morning in brockport. Because I hadn’t been there in a few months( because it was disappointing) stopped in today and ordered some breakfast sandwiches, and the bacon was raw and over all presentation was gross. Staff was nice, but took about 15 minutes for food and some of it was undercooked.

I ordered a Parmesan Caesar salad, that was the whole order. I got no chicken and brown lettuce. Great work. No answer when I called to complain, so here we are…
