Service was quick, staff helped customers keep distance, and the flourless chocolate cookie is the TRUTH!!
The avocado toast was really good, generous amount of avocado and tomatoes. Iced coffee was decent and strong.

Been a long time since I had croissants as good as these. Both regular and almond. Outstanding!
This place is helping first responders, every ambulance from FEMA parked are saying that you guys are amazing with all care you’re taking, thanks for that!
This restaurant and staff are amazing truly great people good food definitely coming back next time I'm in New York
Accommodated my tree nut allergy, amazing food
My son is an EMT from Memphis, TN who spent April and May working the pandemic in Queens and Brooklyn. After working eight straight weeks 12-hours a day, my son and his partner parked their unit near the bakery and waited for a call. These fine people came out and gave them amazingly delicious food. When my son told me about it, you would have thought he went to heaven. Great food made with compassionate hearts. What more could you want?
What a wonderful owner. And amazing food. Way to show your support to the EMS. Thank you a million times over. Your are such an amazing woman. God Bless you. Also there is always dog treats and water outside for all the local dog lovers. All around an amazing place.
So delicious! Decided to make the trip to Ebb and Flow after they supported our hospital throughout the pandemic. Their food was incredible!

I am a health care worker, you delivered meals to the hospital yesterday. I had the opportunity to have your salmon dinner and the oatmeal cookie, the dinner and the cookie was good. Thank you for the dinner and desert.

A nice bakery with big selection of gluten free and vegan pastries. The chocolate macaroon was very delicious, good amount of nuts, but a bit too sugary for my taste. The matcha was so so, lots of crumbs, need a better job of breaking them and whipping when preparing.

Food was OK. Liked their tuna sandwich and salmon with salad. The fries were tasty. If you want to hang out by the water and spend some good time outdoors you can pick this spot. The ambience is fairly soothing

If you are allergic to nuts be careful about what you order here. I ordered a G-F flourless cookie (that's what the sign said) and it had walnuts. It is 2022 and the bakery should be transparent about such known allergens. Luckily, I merely detest walnuts so no great harm done: just an unfortunate $4 spent.

Food was okay. Lady that took our order at the cashier was rude from the start for no reason. Didn’t get her name but she has black hair and is a middle aged woman.
was once the best almond croissant in Brooklyn. not anymore.

I don’t think Ive ever written a bad review. I ordered a simple egg and Swiss on a croissant and a large chai. Was told she was out of croissants but there was an entire box of them to the right back of the counter. I went with the bagel. THIRTY mins later I nor the sole other customer waiting on their item received anything. The girl behind the counter at 10am ish seemed disoriented and totally frazzled. She was incredibly rude and I had to tell her to make my food before she took another customer. When I received my chai it was a medium and 3/4 way full. Then my sandwich didn’t have Swiss and had bacon. Considering I don’t eat bacon I had to throw the entire sandwich away. I never ordered that! If you can’t handle multitasking then maybe you should not be working customer service behind the counter OR someone else should be working with you.

Not friendly, bad coffe, milk is expired, overpriced, use next door coffee bar.
Opens way too late and have no product until like 9am
Rude front desk. Came to New York for a short trip and we came in the use the bathroom (also buying items) and the front desk cashier, rudely told us to wait outside. Poor first impression and never coming back.Do better.
