Just started going here and I’m so glad I did! Great choices for breakfast and awesome coffee. Friendly staff/owner too!
i've worked right by this place forever and had no idea it was there and it's SO GOOD??? they've got loads of pastries that are super reasonably priced and extremely yummy and really friendly awesome helpful staff as well
Wonderful new little coffee spot! Lots of options for food and sweets, and great coffee! The owner is really nice too!
The food here is amazing! I had the apricot croissant. My dad had the pistachio and my brother the hazelnut so delicious and a really satisfying size. Also recommend the brownie. The spinach, olive, Feta sandwich was a wonderful treat.
Firstly, we need to support our amazing local family owned businesses. After all, this is core to the culture of the neighborhood! Secondly, the owners friendly nature makes you feel instantly welcomed and the cafe has the same vibe. A place to take a break and sit inside or outside to have a conversation with a friend over a coffee and croissant. Thirdly, the pastries, cakes, as well as the breakfast and lunch offerings are all made on the premises! Yes, pass by at 5am the lights are on and magic is happening! Finally, for the people who are chocoholics and are always down for finding the perfect chocolate croissant, look no more! The croissant on its own is delicious, but on the inside it is loaded with a double portion of chocolate! I know! Words cannot describe how amazing a chocolate croissant can be. Like they said, back-in-the-day; Run, don’t walk, over to Cafe on 7th before those chocolate croissants are sold out for the day!!
Coffee is always delicious, staff is always lovely! Great place to grab and go (sitting/staying might be tough due to limited seating). Food was also surprisingly good! Overall recommend.
New spot just opened around the block from me! Yay! This area tends to be a bit of a "food dessert" – I have to walk a few blocks to reach a cafe, but now I have a spot right near me, which rocks. They serve a wide variety of baked goods and breakfast staples. Great coffee and a wide selection of tea as well. Highly recommend stopping in!
Lots of pastry, breakfast and lunch options. Good coffee. Lots of individually wrapped gluten free and vegan treats. The owner is very nice and accommodating to celiacs. Awesome addition to the area.
My favourite new breakfast spot in Brooklyn. Plus the staff is super friendly. The Turkish coffee is to die for, as are their bagel sandwiches.
Friendly staff; delicious, evolving menu; attentive to customers; and demonstrates efforts to self-improve and provide even better service. I definitely recommend Café on 7th!
Best almond croissant I’ve ever had. Freshly baked. Still warm. Loveliest gentlemen. A hidden gem in the neighbourhood for sure.

I like stopping for a coffee and pastry always fresh & delicious. Service is great they take their time crafting a quality drink! Bonus points for adding the sleeve for an iced coffee!

I've been going here since it's close & I love a good pastry. Also, I recently found out the food is also halal! Win-win in my book

Food was okay. The bacon on the BEC was soo chewy - if you’re one of those weirdos who likes floppy bacon, you might like it but I’m a crunchy bacon girl. I also wish the croissant was toasted. The cheesesteak was pretty good. But if I were to get it again, I would get no lettuce because it got wilted and gross.

Stopped in for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. They didn't have rolls so they subbed in a wrap. The bacon was a processed chipped meat (turkey?). They also added seasoned fries for some reason, at 10am? When they charged me the total came to $10+tip for the food, no drinks. The fries came out soggy. I hope in the future that they check with their customers before adding in extra items and charges.
Coffee is great, but I was charged $11 for one single latte and I asked for the smallest size! Way overpriced

The blueberry crumble cake tasted funny and stale - after a a bite, I had to toss it out. $5
I just ordered a croissant and corn muffin from this place. It’s the afternoon on a saturday. Came home and couldn’t even bite into the croissant it was so stale. I tried microwaving it, still rock hard. I called to share this with the person there but there’s no answer. The people who work here are nice but what I was sold today seemed like it was over a day old.
