Connecticut Muffin Brooklyn Reviews
Decent food after a few laps with friends around Prospect. A bit on the pricier side for a bacon, eggs and cheese bagel, though. Might try something else next time.
After a long walk at the park my boyfriend and I were craving some coffee :) great options we loved the Spanish and Tiramisu Latte. This is going to be our spot from now on !!!!
If Chris Destefano can eat here, I sure can because he is a Prince and so CUUUTTTTEEE!!!
EXPENSIVE!!!!! I just love ❤️ this place! Fresh and tasty pastries and great coffee; attentive staff and friendly service with a great smile 😊 there’s a restroom ; unfortunately it has increased its prices (summer 3024) and that has put a dent in my patronage; I can’t see myself spending $11+ for large latte and a multigrain croissant (good but there’s a price I just won’t pay) on a visit ; I’ve cut my visits from several times a week to ONCE a week.
If I’m in the area, this is where I’ll get my coffee in the boat. Love the Panini and the coffee is good. Nice people work here and I can consider it one of the best local places for a start of the day.
This place appears really boring but the food is actually really good and if the older guy makes your coffee drink, it's perfect. Being friendly goes a long way here. It's warm and there's WiFi and usually never too crowded + outdoor seating. It's a neighborhood staple.
Decent cafe next to Prospect Park. I came in for a snack and to use their bathroom. While I've had better chocolate chip cookies in New York, theirs was not bad and the service was professional. Looking around it feels like a nice place to sit down for a break. I liked their upper seating area. Their menu also looked intriguing, but I had just had lunch, so I couldn't try it.
Previously I visited the place for several times and the coffee here was better. Today I did not enjoy my cappuccino, it was like hot milk, not a coffee
I love this place but the products they use to serve their coffee are inferior and not durable. Every time I buy my favorite coffee, the cups begin to leak and the straws collapse in a matter of minutes as they are not suitable for hot beverages. Ask clerks to double up on your cup if consuming a hot beverage or it will get very messy! CM, please do better and change your cup and straw supplier.
This place is super cozy. One of the best locations to sit and look outside and unwind. Food and coffee are great. My second experience was not too good as I left my pack and by the time I returned the staff gave it back but the cash and been lifted. So maybe not the most honest people
Sorry, the espresso was bad, I don’t think they know how to operate the machine to pull a proper shot of espresso.
Not only is the service less than mediocre but the pricing is funny. Came here twice and the first time I noticed selective friendly treatment with other customers. Was never greeted, but others were who came in after me. Decided to try again today, won’t be back. I’m also SO interested to know how my bec went from $8.17 to $10.38. More than $2 tax on a bagel? That was literally dry. Interesting. when I kept asking to put butter on it, I was ignored by the older guy who looked at me and just stood there. When I went to pay the screen quickly went from $8.17 to $10.38. Interesting, all I can say.
The hospitality at this place is despicable. The older guy is so rude. He was yelling at an old lady to leave, I overheard she had knee issues and was sitting longer than intended while waiting for her ride. Absolutely zero compassion for a paying customer. I was also rushed to eat my food because it was already the 20 minute mark but there was NO ONE IN THE STORE!!!! Don’t come to this place. There’s so many other coffee shops nearby. Just go there. Don’t waste your time here. ***2025 Update. It appears this establishment still maintains to have an unacceptable attitude towards customers. Very rude demeanor given by employees. I ordered a flavored latte, when I received my item I informed the employee it did not have any flavor for which I paid for. After multiple attempts to fix it, another employee decided he would remake it and I kindly asked for him to put a little more since it lacked flavor when I had first received it. He got so annoyed and told his coworker to ring me up for extra. I told him I already paid for a flavored latte and shouldn’t be paying more since they had no issue fixing/remaking it the first time around. He ended up not charging me and the man got so upset, he walked out the store to smoke and was basically staring me down from the outside. I could literally see the smoke come out of his ears and quite frankly a little afraid for my safety at this point. I do not recommend for anyone come here. Ever.
