Such a beautiful space with amazing drinks - the mango matcha! The mango pulp is squeezed fresh. Very high quality Brooklyn coffee beans! And the owners are so kind and committed to sustainability. They even give you to go containers made out of milk cartons! The decor is lovely, with stories to tell. Spacious, refreshing, and upbeat. Definitely the best coffee shop on the block!

Excellent customer service - very respectful and helpful. Delicious and perfectly done flat whites. Very chill vibe - couches that are low to the floor, cool artwork, hipsters sitting on their laptops. I’d go back.

Stopped by on one of their first days and they didn’t miss a beat. Service was warm, coffee was dialed in, and the pastry had that rare balance of flake and substance, like it knew its role in the morning ritual and played it with quiet confidence. The vibe? Inviting, without trying too hard. A place that feels like it belongs. Occupying what used to be a garage, the space is now the largest café in the neighborhood. Airy, open, and refreshingly unpretentious. Bonus points for the current wall exhibit featuring works by Canadian-American self-taught artist Charlie Green, whose pieces add a thoughtful, textured layer to the already well-composed atmosphere. I hadn’t been back since, vacation called, but I finally returned, and the strawberry matcha latte sealed the deal. Not too matchy, not too sweet, not too milky. Just perfectly balanced, like it had studied restraint and passed with honors. If day one was any indication, and day twenty-something confirmed it, Coffee Break isn’t just a new spot. It’s a promising fixture.

Great tasting coffee, great convo with the people there, beautiful local art on the walls, open first thing in the morning, which I appreciate. And lots of (board) games to play to enjoy the space even longer. Perfect local coffee shop!

Really love this place! The interior is super cozy and inviting, and the coffee is delicious. They’ve got a bunch of milk options, plus matcha and non-caffeine drinks which is awesome. The barista was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Great spot to bring a laptop and get some work done, or just hang out and chill.

Love this new local spot. The owner is local and very sweet. You must try the creme brulee madelines! Coffee is great. She is a one woman show so you may need to wait a bit but it's worth it. Happy to add another local business to the neighborhood!

What a lovely addition to the neighborhood. The ambiance, the music, and the seating area are fantastic. Great place to work from (with plenty of outlets). The latte was delicious and the team working there is so kind. Absolute gem of a coffee shop. Also, make sure to check out the beautiful sink the bathroom. That's the kind of detail that went into putting this beautiful coffee shop together.

The pastries are incredible. We were recommended the turmeric pain aux raisins and the cheese danish, and both hit the spot!! Fresh and flaky and balanced, and jist sweet enough. The flat white I had was perfect, too! Such a great vibe. The people here were so friendly and the space is super welcoming, with a decent amount of seating too. Will be back for sure!

This is a new local gem. The owner is so sweet and cares so much about what she does. She works so hard and has created a quirky little coffee shop that’s a great hangout. There’s even board and card games there! Really good coffee, teas, pastries and wonderful staff. Pricing for drinks is also probably the best in the area.

Coffee Break is such an amazing addition to the neighborhood, I always envy neighborhoods that has places like that. They have wonderful coffee and the pastries are amazing, but best of all is the vibe, it's a truly unique one of a kind place. Thank you for opening in our neighborhood!

This latest edition to the neighborhood is definitely worth the detour! Delicious coffee, friendly service and chill, hipster ambiance with exposed brick walls featuring the works of local artists.

This place knows how to pull espresso shots. If you are a bit of a coffee snob this is really the only place in the area that will consistently pull solid espresso that isn’t under extracted. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly!

I loved the atmosphere of this place! Sitting inside felt very cozy. I’m not the biggest fan of matcha, but I heard it was good from here and wanted to try. It did NOT disappoint! Definitely will come back to get it again. Loved it!!

Pros: - More spacious on the inside than it appears on the outside. - Staff was friendly. Cons: - It’s strange to apply mandatory tipping on the POS for all orders. - Cost transparency was missing and should be adjusted. - Espresso was watery and, unfortunately, didn’t taste good. - It took a long time to make one drink. Overall, I’m excited to have a new place open in the neighborhood. It’s possible I’ll stop by again, but would have to be further down the line when they may have kinks sorted out by then. With Loud Baby just across the street making great coffee, it’s not much competition when comparing the two cafes as of now.
