Crust Co. Brooklyn Reviews
They have a lunch special for $9.95 that includes 2 slices of pizza+1 can+Fries!
Great lunch special next to anyone working in sunset park area
Super solid pizza! We ordered here for an office lunch last week and we even scored a BOGO pie on uber eats. Super delicious, kosher and well done :)
This is a great new pizza place that opened up. The owner is very friendly and the pizza is down fast. Very spacious place too
I have returned to Crust Co. Pizza multiple times recently to ensure my feedback is accurate, and unfortunately, the serious issues are consistent and ongoing. The first major problem is hygiene: the entire establishment is visibly dirty and unkempt. The service is equally appalling. The cashier is consistently slow, ineffective, and rude, demonstrating a clear lack of customer service skills. The rest of the staff adds to this unprofessional atmosphere, acting immaturely and disrupting the workflow. Compounding these issues, there is a systemic failure to follow basic instructions, leading to frequent order mistakes. In summary, this location suffers from persistent cleanliness issues, extremely poor staff behavior, and operational failures. I cannot recommend this restaurant until management implements drastic and consistent improvements.
Delicious pizza - one of the best I’ve ever had. Great and fast service
I love watching these guys on tiktok. They’re all working hard and they know how to make pizza!
Wow…delicious and fresh pizza! Courteous and fast service! Highly recommend
Fresh kosher pizza served daily. Great quality. Delicious food. This place has a very enjoyable atmosphere. Definitely a hidden gem found in the Borough Park neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Pizza was tasty. Falafel balls actually tasted better than most other restaurants. Tehine is a little watered down. All in all pretty good.
Great pizza! (but the air conditioner should've worked) Update: that was a 1 time problem now it was very good temperature the food is the same good food then always!
1 of the most underrated pizza stores in Boro Park, 1 of my favorites, I'm surprised they moved from 13th Ave ,but the new store Is much bigger & nicer

The food was delicious, but the place was dirty.
I ordered via uber eats. I clearly stated to give condiments on the side and also utensils which wasn’t given. I had leftover condiments from last weeks pizza takeout which I used. The pizza roll was burnt and inedible. Beverage was missing from order but I got refund for that. However the pizza roll was burnt and the spicy fry didn’t have salt let alone other spices. Highly disappointed.
I ordered a pizza and it arrived completely different from the photo! It was cold and practically without cheese and a mess in the box.

Terrible service. Disrespected my wife and shameful customer service. We will not return.
Very disappointed first time I order in Uber eats i don't know why they cancel my oder I call in the store I ask the person why they cancel my order he just hang up the phone not professional
Placed a order tonight, 4 pies and 2 9 x 13s of fresh fries, each of the pies were not fresh, how dare you send to a customer pizza pies made at least two days ago
Very unsanitary restaurant especially regarding the workers, the cooks grab everything with their gloves on and keep those gloves to continue cooking. Very unprofessional staff. I seen one use their phone and record or go on live the whole time while he’s at work they should be reported never coming here again
The workers were obnoxious. We asked for ice cold water, the guy told us it’s in the fridge. We paid And then was notified that the water had just been put in the fridge. Asked for the slices to be cut in half, ended up with slices 1 inch wide. Also ordered garlic knots and the guy reheated a previous order that was already heated (they were sitting on the side in tinfoil with spices already charred) although the bowl of fresh ones was sitting right in front. They gave us attitude when we said something. Horrible, awful service. And it’s 95° outside with no air conditioning in the store
Workers here are always drunk or high and act like children Laughing around like small babies The food doesn’t taste bad but it takes them forever to take the order and then to make the food You can’t even sit there in peace because the childish workers are loud and obnoxious
