Very excellent restaurant, I will return to it again
really enjoyed the arepas, super filling and full of flavor. highly recommend la safrina!
A+ empanadas. Best I’ve had. Only $3 each
The BEST empanadas! Try the mechada and domino with llanero cheese
Mini venezuelan grocery in Sunset Park. They have almost all the venezuelan chucherias in the store. They served soup and guisado. I tried the empanadas and arepa already and I feel like in Venezuela! I will try the Cachapas soon !
Empanadas It is delicious 👍

Some of the best arepas I have had, just don't order the stake
I would like to have a Venezuelan food place like this in Los Angeles! Very delicious empanadas and the cachapas too! We just travel a lot from Manhattan, but it's worth it.
Great food, very delicious! The people were very nice as well.
Best thing you can eat in Brooklyn. Arepa Pabellon is the 👌
Everything I ate was excellent, service was on point, and staff made the experience better. Their staff showed consideration alongside welcoming manners. Even basic dishes get special presentation treatment. This place exceeds customer expectations. The restaurant performs perfectly.
Really good food, the empanadas great, fine dough, the stuffed enough, salsa excellent! They have frescolita and malta! Feel like home! The served lunch, arepas, tequeños!!! Oh they have venezuelan chucherías too! 100% recommend!
The location of El Sazón de Petrica caught my attention, but the friendly staff won my heart. It looks like relatives run this place and they're quite nice. You get a lot for your money and the salad had a refreshing quality. This spot has an adorable setup. Visitors and locals alike recommend the quality here.
One of my favorite Venezuelan spots in town. I went there when they first opened and we fell in love with the empanadas. I had tried burgers and cachapa as well. It’s all really tasty and I really like the people. It’s a bit far but to me it’s worth the travel. It feels more authentic than many of the Venezuelan spots in bushwick.

It’s a good place to try Venezuelan food, how ever it’s most likely a deli. So I would suggest to take to go. I tried the cachapa and the patacon (really big) they also have empanadas, tequeños , and some Venezuelan drinks. Give it a try you won’t get disappointed

Foods was good, we tried empanadas it has Venezuelan flavors, but snacks or chucherias need to check expiration date! They sell expired snacks. I bought 1 pack of panque once once and was expired in February. Be careful.
Special wrap was good. It was a tad pricey at $20 but I shared the other half with my fiance and it filled both our tummy for the day.
Food is good, costumer service is OK but could be better and more professional!

I went in this place trying to find ham bread (Pan de Jamon) which is traditional in Venezuela for the holidays. I went on January 2nd and they had 1 loaf left. When I asked how old it was they he guy said it was from December 31st but it was still good, so 3 days old. The bread wasn’t bad, the taste was still good but of course not like freshly baked bread. The price of that bread was $35 which isn’t bad if it was fresh, but 3 day old bread should have a discounted price. Also, he sells all Venezuelan candies and products extremely overpriced. The supermarkets in NYC (Food Bazaar) are starting to sell these products way cheaper, so this place is really just robbing people blind. Everything is overpriced.
Venezuelan cantina, food is ok
