Delicious is an understatement. It was 2 of us that went for brunch. I opted for the egg Benedict which came with prosciutto (which i do not eat), but the kindly gave me the option to switch it to salmon. Couldn't have made a better choice. Long story short, go here and enjoy the delicious food they serve!

Delish little restaurant. Oxtail ragu was lovely. Perfect al dente texture, if you were wondering. Tons of indoor & outdoor seating. They have a gelato bar. Easy to walk in on a Saturday at 2pm.

Cozy vibe, friendly and quick service, with good brunch carbs and seafood option. We loved the Charred Spanish Octopus and Ravioli though the dessert was not that impressive. Overall, will come back again.

Walked in restaurant Saturday at 6pm, got two seats at the bar without a reservation. Food was good, drinks were too - bartender was nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Hostess was so nice, she was pregnant but hustling to service us and speak to us :) (thank you) Vibes were great! Would go back Paid +$250 for two so it is expensive

First, I want to commend the culinary team here. The food was truly exceptional, particularly the chanterelle ravioli pasta and the NYC strip. The cocktails were also excellent. However, the service we received is close to tragedy. While our server seemed to be pleasant gay dude, there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness and interest throughout the entire visit. We had absolutely no interaction, beside when placing our initial food order. We experienced zero follow-ups regarding our drinks or food, nor any general check-ins. This lack of engagement resulted in us waiting approximately 20 minutes to order dessert, which is completely unnecessary. We end up tipping 20% because we plan to come back but this should not be a service standard for the restaurant of this caliber.

We sat on the patio and had a great experience. Marisa was our server, who was extremely knowledgeable of the entire menu, and her wine and food recommendations were fantastic. The ambience was relaxed yet refined, with dim lighting and ample space between tables—perfect for a date or catch up with friends. Gelato stand is a great way to round the night out.

Evelina nails the ambiance—it’s a beautifully cozy, dimly lit spot that feels effortlessly romantic, perfect for date night or an intimate dinner with friends. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, adding to the overall great vibe of the place. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t quite live up to the setting. While nothing was outright bad, most dishes felt a bit underwhelming and lacked the flavor or finesse you’d hope for at this price point. The crudo was a bit meaty and chunky and the bread and dips felt more like a greek dish than an Italian one which felt out of place. The tiramisu was great. Still, if you’re looking for a charming atmosphere and great hospitality, Evelina is worth a visit—just don’t go in expecting a culinary knockout.

Excellent neighborhood spot. Food was delicious and everything we ordered was pretty good. Nothing out of the ordinary but the quality of the food was really good and menu had a good variety of items. The steak, halibut and zucchini flowers were probably the most memorable dishes. I thought the pastas could have been a bit better seasoned. Really enjoyed it and would recommend and go back!

This neighborhood spot has such great charm to it. We came on a snowy night and it had such beautiful cozy vibes. The art and the decor was lovely. The service was really great, we came with the party of four and we were there just under 2 1/2 hours. Everything is very unique, I think our favorite was the mushroom pasta, as well as the olive oil cake.

Evelina has a lovely ambiance and aesthetic—perfect for a nice night out in Brooklyn. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to the setting. The ravioli and calamari were just okay, nothing memorable. The biggest letdown was the tiramisu—it lacked depth of flavor and just tasted overwhelmingly sweet, more like sugar than dessert. With such a great atmosphere, I had high hopes, but the food left much to be desired.
