It’s been a while since I’ve been to Prince Tea House. I remember when it first opened in the area I used to come here all the time with friends and family after school or whenever we were craving something sweet. We decided to come back since my cousins wanted dessert, and Prince Tea House did not disappoint. Everything was delicious, and the vibes were just as beautiful as I remembered. The service was fantastic, and the staff was so kind. It’s very affordable and such a cute spot for friends, family, or even a date night. An outstanding evening, I’ll definitely be back soon!

Booked a baby shower here. The whole process from reserving the date to ordering food was super smooth. Love the millie cakes! Owner is super outgoing and fun to chit chat with. She made sure we didn't go over our budget and was really helpful throughout the party. The numbers made sense for a place like this. So definitely recommend booking your next private event here.

We came to Prince Tea House after dinner, and it was the perfect way to end the night. We sat in the back area filled with twinkle lights super cute, warm, and such a photogenic setup. The dessert presentation here is always stunning and picture-perfect! I got the Purple Yam Soufflé, freshly baked and served with vanilla ice cream. It takes about 15 minutes, but it’s absolutely worth the wait warm, soft, and perfectly balanced with the cold ice cream. First time trying it, and definitely not the last 10/10! One of my friends ordered the Fruit Toast, which was beautifully stacked with bananas, strawberries, and ice cream we all had a bite, and it was a hit. Another friend got the Mango Crepe Cake, which we loved, and the last one had the Strawberry Shortcake, light and delicious. It’s not my first time visiting this location, and it won’t be my last. The vibe is always cozy and relaxing perfect for catching up, enjoying desserts, or just chatting for hours. If you go during the week, it’s less crowded and more peaceful, which makes it even better. Highly recommend for dessert lovers and anyone who appreciates a calm, beautiful tea house atmosphere.

Beautiful atmosphere and very nice friendly service. Always accommodating and very pleasant. Food is tasty and presented beautifully. They have a really large selection of nice teas. Went there many times and it’s always great! Love that place

We really enjoyed our visit to Prince tea chaise! The interior is very cozy and beautifully designed. There’s also a lovely summer extension with a transparent ceiling — it gives the place such a nice, airy feeling. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring. And of course, everything was both beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend!

This establishment is always clean and their food more often than not looks exactly like the example pictures on the online menu. The menu can be seen with a qr code on the table, and currently, staff will take your orders. The deserts may be a little pricey, but the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the presentation is excellent

I recently hosted my women empowerment tea party at Prince Tea House, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was incredibly elegant, and the food, tea, and mimosas were absolutely delightful. What made the event even more special was the manager, Shelly, who joined in and added a personal touch that truly elevated the entire experience. If you're looking for a place to host a special gathering or simply enjoy a classy afternoon, I highly recommend Prince Tea House!

I love the Prince tea house however this new location could use some more supervision. The wait staff kept passing my cousin and myself table neglecting to pick up our empty plates and glasses even though we pushed them to the edge of the table. Other than that the food is great as always. It also seems like they cut down their menu. There used to be more tea options. I ordered the California sandwich and it is wonderful. She ordered the chicken and waffle and she loved it.

Came here on a Saturday around 9. It wasn’t crowded. When we went in, I thought the decor was nice. But then the hostess took us out back and it was like we went to a different world. They had a lighted backyard with plants around and cover. The atmosphere was almost romantic except there were other people around. The food was nice. The tea smells good and tasted good too. The waitresses were courteous. Id come back.

Decided on this spot last minute for an early brunch. Arrived shortly after they opened. Host was super friendly even tho we did not have reservations we were able to snag a table. Love the contactless ordering. Foods came out quickly. Everything was delicious and comes out just as pictured. **Insider**Request seating in the rear. Greenhouse style room is absolutely adorable. It does fill up quickly so reservations are highly recommended.

Great brunch place for date and family time. So pretty, clean and so beautiful. Foods are so tasty and fresh , must try their fried squid tails and rose milk tea. I loved both of these they make it really good. Waffles taste so good and the California sandwich was mad tasty. Crews were so friendly and nice. Not very heavy food. This one is not so busy but Its better to make reservation before specially if you go with families.

I stopped by to visit the atrium at the back of the restaurant. The transparent roof was a nice touch. The fruit tea was a bit on the sweet side. The pizza/ chicken wings were fairly standard. The highlight was the banana bread with the fruits on top

Good food, great atmosphere. However, adding 18% tip upfront for a party of two was a little too cheeky when there are no signs posted. A poor choice of business etiquettes. And yes I have been there before at least 5 times and they probably started doing in the last year or two.

Okay food, pretty decor - have gone here at night and it was beautiful sight indeed. Held my birthday party here, safe to say I won't be having it here again and wouldn't recommend having any sort of party here. The service is okay, I can definitely sense some sort of hostility to people who are on the warmer skin tone (as am I), won't be coming back here anytime soon.

The establishment attracts visitors with its name, Prince Tea House, which can be interpreted as a tea house. When you look at the menu, it offers a fairly good selection of loose-leaf teas. However, when you order tea, it’s brought to you in a teapot, but there are no visible tea leaves inside. This raises some questions: where exactly is the tea brewed, under what conditions, and how long ago was it prepared? You don’t actually see the loose tea in your teapot, so it’s unclear whether it’s freshly made or not. Another surprising aspect was that they added an 18% mandatory gratuity to the bill, even though such charges are typically added for large parties, not for a group of two. This kind of practice is more common in places with a high volume of tourists, whereas this particular location is tucked away in a more remote part of Brooklyn and doesn’t seem to have much foot traffic. So it felt unexpected. And it wasn’t indicated on the menu and we were surprised to know about it when the waitress brought us the bill. Overall, the dishes were tasty and seemed fresh enough, but the staff wasn’t particularly friendly. During our entire visit, they barely smiled and seemed to just go through the motions. It makes us wonder: what exactly are we tipping 18% for? It’s both curious and unclear. The place looked a bit dusty and worn out. A deep cleaning wouldn’t hurt.

Cute interior for pics. The dessert is okay wouldn’t say it’s the best place for desserts. The rose tea sucks lol. I really liked the eclairs and the ring French fries tho. I think it was the owner/ manager she charged tip without asking. Which I didn’t like.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this café. The staff was extremely unfriendly — there wasn’t even a smile when taking our order, and it genuinely felt like they were unhappy to be there. On top of that, our order was taken incorrectly. We ordered two cakes, but only one was brought to us. When we asked about the second one, we were told that it was never ordered. The overall atmosphere was very negative, and the staff did not seem customer-oriented at all. Honestly, with this level of service, I wouldn’t have left a tip, but an automatic 18% gratuity was added to the bill. Management should seriously consider encouraging their staff to be more attentive, welcoming, and friendly, as this kind of service discourages customers from returning.

Please be aware that if you're a group and dont plan on tipping after not getting any service, dont expect that its an option. 18% Gratuity is MANDATORY. Never mind that you are not getting water until you remind them after a while or call them to give you what you ordered after a long time even when the place is empty because they could care less since you are already tipping then what they dont deserve anyways. Being in the same industry, its a shame that this location practice this kind of hospitality. There are plenty of other restaurants or cafes in the area that'll give you better service and not force you to pay 18% upfront. Give your money to someone who actually deserves it

I have been to this location several times before and was shocked at the quality standards that were very much lacking during my last time. When we arrived and were seated we informed the staff that we were celebrating a birthday. We were shocked when the birthday girls slice of cake arrived before our meals with no candle or anything. So after we ate we started singing, when another staff member interrupted and offered to clean up our table and get a candle for us. On a last but the most important note.. I ordered their fruit toast, it arrived and looked so delicious. However, after taking a closer look the bread had mold on it. They took it back and asked if I wanted another and I said no. We paid the bill and were getting ready to leave.. but to my surprise they were bringing out another fruit toast for me. I was surprised but thankful , and they packed it up for me to take it home. After the first mold experience, I wanted to make sure that this new one didnt have any mold either. And to my surprise this one did as well. (Yes those white circles on the bread is mold) Please be careful when eating here and be sure to triple check the bread. I know for sure that I will not be going there any time soon. This last experience ruined it for me.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Price Tea House location on 21st Street in Brooklyn. From the beginning, there was a noticeable lack of hospitality. The server barely interacted with us and did nothing to make us feel welcome or taken care of. It was as if we were being ignored the entire time. What really shocked and frustrated me was that they charged us an 18% tip on the bill without any notice—even though we were only a party of two. There was no mention of this on the menu, no heads-up from the staff, nothing. It felt very sneaky and unprofessional, especially considering the service didn’t come close to earning that gratuity. I’ve visited their Staten Island location before, and the experience there is night and day. At Staten Island, the staff is warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It’s clear they care about their customers. That’s why this visit to the Brooklyn location was such a huge letdown. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency in service between locations under the same brand.
