Great staff
Best place
Esta bien
The staff here are really nice. They typically are at every juice press I have been to. I guess they hire nice people! Also I love going for their raw oatmeal.
Ordered twice with Classpass. Yummy smoothies.
Amazing service and juices! Friendly staff and delicious selection. 100% recommend, thank you😊
after a nice long run on the promenade , celery juice gets me fueled up ! thats my personal favorite & its cheaper than the other juices ;)
Excellent juices and smoothies. Quick service. Will definitely be back
The clean green protein smoothie is so good.
Amazing staff and alway great juices
The Clean Green Protein is delicious.
Very expensive but otherwise nice place.
Great drinks good food
Getting healthy with these guys! 🍋
Love their juices but their soups, oh man, it's like they go right where you need them to go, and their ginger fireball, even though it doesn't taste that great, kills a cold and I would even be so bold to say the flu, in no time flat. After giving up coffee, I switched to their vegetable broth, and that's a thing of beauty too, it clears my head, and makes me feel like I'm having something hot in the morning.
The staff is always kind and fast at this location. So glad to have it in the neighborhood!
Best staff ever. I’ve come 2x in the past week and the staff was so kind, friendly and empathetic. They helped me navigate online ordering issues and promo codes

I always buy the Avocado Greens smoothie, the banana chocolate protein drink and the plain, vanilla almond milk drink! They taste great and are nutritious! Also, if you become a member, you get good discounts! Love this place!
Oh where do I start I just love juice press . I first found it 2020 🤦♀️ . I’ve been to several locations and tho I love juice press itself . I’m soooooo happy I’ve had met Danna and Jose at the Brooklyn Heights location . It’s nothing like having something made just the way you love it and Danna and Jose every time I come to this location and might I say I make it my business to visit this location just to have açaí bowl made by Danna or Jose never disappoint I’m pleased every time I would also like to say the hospitality by all the staff at this location is outstanding . 😊😊😊
I got a blue magic smoothie! It was recommended to me by Jah! Amazing service and was super gentle with handling me and my friend! I appreciate her attentiveness and kindness will definitely come back P.s. they close at 7pm
I tried Juice press for the first time and my server was Jah. She was our server and she was absolutely PHENOMENAL! She made the experience 100x times better and we walked away with 100% satisfaction! Employee of the year fr. Btw don’t believe the lies, they close at 7pm.
Very nice staff!!! Got the wrong smoothie by accident and they were more than happy to give me a replacement for free.
This is my favorite juice spot ;) delish and always fresh. Everyone here works so hard! A+
In love with the Acai Blueberry Bowl w/ granola, chocolate chips and maple flakes. Also love the split pea soup.

Good for grab and go healthy snacks. My visits are limited because it's costly. I also find the options aren't as carried as when they first opened.
Located near the corner of Montague Street this place always serves fresh tasting smoothies.
juices could be better, but they are clean, good, nice place.
Juice press is so great, I often order a drink every day for breakfast or lunch. The food options are also good. I've been trying to avoid meat during lunch lately and they have a lot of tastey options, like vegan noodles, bowls and soups. The staff at this location are so bright and cheery too. My only gripe is about their Android app. There are some serious navigational issues that I wish they would fix. You can't just browse the menu without starting an order. The Saving of favorite locations isn't working, so I always have to search for the same location to start my order. I always go to the same one and after try to order ahead as I am walking there. The Saving of favorite items isn't working either. Then, if you are building your order in the app, the UI is confusing to the point I often back out to change my mind and have to start over by searching for my store again. Very annoying. Please fix soon!
Delicious food and drinks, if feel very healthy here. Service is friendly and helpful.

Delicious food. The customer service was curt and a bit disorganized. I was surprised and disappointed that this chain does not recycle. Your clientele is very environmentally conscious – and it's the right thing to do – get on it!
The smoothies have been great but customer service leaves much to be desired.
I come during open hours and they are closed. It’s 4:35 and the door is locked. This has happened a few times.
The drinks were good. I got the advanced berry drink 20 oz. It's kind of expensive and theres no indoor or outdoor seating. It's a quick stop kind of place.
The smoothie i got was good but I just feel like the fruit variety was a little low. It would be nice to see pineapples or just any other fruits.
Their address is misleading. It shows 124 Montague st which anyone would assume it’s right next to Haagen daz, but it’s not. The store is located half way on Henry st, right next to Kheils. If it wasn’t for the folded sign in the front I would have assumed it was closed. The place is very small, no indoor/outdoor seating. Just a grab and go. I ordered a clean green smoothie. It was okay. Taste more like a juice instead of smoothie. The consistency isn’t thick at all, very liquidy. It taste good but I wouldn’t buy again, for the price I was expected something more thick based.

If the store is sold out of something they should take it off caviar so when I order and don’t receive an item I don’t have to be sitting there wondering what’s going on.
Highly variable quality on smoothies, I order the same thing and it tastes different every time
The smoothies here suck. Go to any other chain smoothie place in nyc
Damn good juice, but I was thrown off by a single pre-made bottle costing over $10.
Please, change the business hours on google. I was there at 8:45pm and it was closed 🙁
The acai bowls are melted when you get them because they pre blend them and put them in the refridgerator. If it was a freezer, it didn't work. It was basiclaly cold soup. Also they don't have fresh fruit to add to the top which I didn't know, so the bananas were frozen.
I live literally around the corner and would be here constantly, if there was really a “here” to come to. The food is downright amazing, but 4 out of 6 times I’ve been here they’ve either had a problem with the supply chain (no bananas on multiple occasions, which are in every menu item except one and mean no food) or their equipment isn’t working (which means no food). The lady who runs it is the absolute sweetest, and Brooklyn Heights is such a food desert that if they got it together, they could be great for the community.

Why even bother being open to the public if after waiting at the counter for 10 min, you’re told it’s gonna be a long wait because of “delivery” orders.
Just left from here got a green bowl the bowl was watery chucks of ice and nut butter just thrown on top the most disgusting thing I ever received
For a $11 açaí bowl, I expect fresh fruit toppings!
Slowest service on earth and the employees are so rude! AVOID! I can’t believe a place like this still is in business.
Can't beat getting yelled at when all you want is a juice. 👎 Go somewhere else.
Me and my GF went to grab a quick coffee before heading to workout and we noticed that a truck was delivering some product outside the juice press store(4pm ish), while we walked in the employees weren’t acknowledging us and we had to get their attention, once we finally did after 2-3 min, we asked if we can order some cold brew or coffee to go, to which the employee responded there’s a 20-30 min wait..basically to offload the truck, to which we replied what if we grab a coffee from the fridge so they wouldn’t have to prepare anything, and they said they couldn’t because there’s a wait(obviously because they were offloading the truck) but being that there were two employees one could’ve continued stacking and another could ring us up which takes about 1 minute to do so…not a very friendly customer first experience and they’ve lost our business just for the simple fact that they had zero interest in ringing up anyone during that time…I imagine a GM or manager wouldn’t simply turn away customers because they weren’t in the mood to do so…it was very unprofessional and will no longer be buying from them. If you have to close shop anytime you receive product then it is a very efficient way to run a business. Close your doors then if you can’t ring anyone up.
Food and juice are great but the lady at the counter is really unpleasant. Does not say hi, no smiles, she just tried to kick you out of the store and make you wait on the pavement. She seems like she hates her job, she should give it to someone else then.
This location apparently closes at 8 pm. I showed up between 8 and 9pm (per google's posted hours) and although the door was open and there was an employee inside, he refused to sell me a juice and gave me lip about how a business operates and told me I should reassess my life because I was frustrated that I drove there and didn't get a juice. Maybe the other employees are better here but this guy really spoiled this place for me.
I got a juice here and found a lot of blue plastic in my drink. I brought it back and asked for a refund and they would not provide me with one. They were very rude. I am 6 months pregnant. Really terrible experience.
I ordered a three day juice cleanse and the store delivered someone else's order. Just three juices. I tried to call to correct it but the phone of the store was disconnected. V. disappointing!
Ordered some smoothies on ClassPass for 7:30 PM. I get to the store and they are already closed… The store hours are until 8 PM. Waste of my time and energy to walk over here… Lost 8 credits smfh
I made an order w/ ClassPass credits for two smoothies for 7pm on Aug 13. When I arrived, the store was already closed despite the times in the ClassPass app AND Google Maps showing it’s open until 8pm.
Not worth coming here. Walked in for a quick smoothie bowl. Was just told "15 minute wait" and was not acknowledged again. Nobody took my order, I was ignored, so were several other people that came in. Walked out and put in an online order. Came back twice to pick up, with "15 more minutes" told to me each time. Took 45 minutes for my order. It was missing additional things we added and it was completely melted. Not worth it, just go to the nearby market and grab some fruit and blend it yourself.
I usually wouldn’t post a comment like this but I am just beyond angry right now. I was waiting for the red light at the cross street of Montague and Henry Street around 9 pm on the night of August 8th, 2022. An employee came out from this store (juice press) and throw trash in the trash can on the street very recklessly and the juice ended up splashing all over my legs. It’s so disgusting! She didn’t even say sorry and just went back to the store. I rushed to the store to request an apology. She did say sorry very unwillingly with a bad attitude. I can’t believe that’s the attitude of someone who needs to apologize. Because of this bad experience with this rude employee of this juice place, I will probably never go there. I think the place should do a better job demanding their employees to be more professional and overall just BE NICE AND DECENT! I’ve read other comments about this place and it seems that I’m not the only one who thinks the stuff here is super rude. I would recommend people to avoid this place!
The food isn't bad. I prefer juice generation but that's not in this area and they don't deliver. About the delivery system. It sucks! Would you believe they sent my order to a PO Box which was my billing address. And didn't record the shipping address that I gave so of course I spend the night without food. And I, first of all, no one calls me. I left my number you would think that they would see that something is wrong but who knows who or what they have working there no one calls me. I try to call I can't get to anybody. I have to email... send an email and of course their business hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. needless to say I've sent emails tonight and we'll see what happens but they do need to return my money.
I went there on a morning (9:30am). Someone was already here waiting for their drink so had to wait too. The lady was doing her set-up. She barely paid attention to me but I did paid attention to the fact she was lifting & opening cardboard boxes then touching the food to process a drink without changing the gloves… I immediately left !
I've never actually been able to get a smoothie here. I just get called "sweetie" and "honey" by the lady then she always lets me know how busy she is and how many orders she has ahead of me and how long I'll wait before mine. It was the same a year or so ago and I told myself not to go back here and thought I would stop in and give it another try, nope...Honey's still sixth in line.
I always regret coming here when I’m in the neighborhood. The one in PARK,SLOPE is so much better. Everybody that works here is mean and miserable. It’s a horrible experience. I would avoid Juice press in Brooklyn Heights at all cost. Not sure who trained the employees here but they’re just and mean don’t even say hello goes against all rules and ethics of Customer Service. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
I was the only person at the store when ordering. It was clear upon ordering that the employees had no desire to greet me or ask for my order. After I waited for them to stop talking, I ordered two of the same thing. Two blueberry açaí bowls. Somehow the people who came in 5 minutes after me, ordering a multitude of different drinks and smoothies all managed to get theirs before me. I understand how that goes, but I saw that my order wasn’t even being worked on. After I while I was then handed one of the items in my order and told the other was on its way. I was in the store for 20 minutes waiting to receive my full order. I now have two melted açaí bowls and a loss of confidence in the customer employees who run the store. I was asked multiple times what was in my order, even though it’s on the ticket they have printed out for reference. I nearly gave up thinking I’d just want a refund and gathered that process would be too complicated for these people to figure out. I certainly will never been going again. Couldn’t believe how that went.
