I eat my lunch here almost everyday. Food is good, excellent service, friendly and courteous waitress. Today is good friday and the fanesca soup was delicious. Good prices. Yo como mi almuerzo aqui casi todos los dias. La comida es deliciosa, servicio excelente, meseras atentas y muy cortes. Hoy viernes santo la fanesca estuvo deliciosa. Buenos precios.

Los almuerzos y meriendas son muy ricas y a un precio razonable. La merienda trae la sopa, un acompañante (arroz con carne) y el jugo. Usualmente puedes escoger entre 2 opciones de sopa, acompañante y jugo. La opción de quaker es mi favorito. Lo hacen bien rico sin mucha azúcar. No e tenido la oportunidad de comer platos de la carta porque sus almuerzos/meriendas son mas que deliciosas pero uno de estos días trato y les dejo saber. Pero si los almuerzos y las meriendas son buenas, me imagino que los platos de carta también. 😊

La comida es buena pero sirven muy poco para lo que uno paga, pueden tratar otros restaurantes ecuatorianos del área donde la comida es buena y sirven mucho mejor.

Sin aire acondicionado. Un calor impresionante, moscas por todos lados, el piso sucio! Se pasan! La comida rica eso sí! Lástima que no mantengan el sitio presentable.

Their customer service over the phone is ridiculously horrible. Update: 6 years later I decide to give this place another chance and their customer service is STILL as horrible as it was before. Management is extremely unprofessional and not only do they overcharge but they’re super rude when you ask them any type of question. AVOID THIS PLACE.

But just because I don’t know the language, doesn’t mean that they should scam me. What happened was, I pointed at the blue section of $11 and wanted the seafood soup. When the food came, it was a very nice portion, so I thought to myself this is such a value place. I wanted rice, seeing that rice was not served. Plot twist: when I tried to pay, they literally put 24 dollars, so I was super confused. After some back and forth confirming, they basically served me the special seafood soup that’s $17 dollars and rice was $3.5. First of all, 17+3.5= 20.5, tax in your restaurant is not $3.5 bruh. More importantly, it is just pure scam to serve a big portion to a nonSpanish speaker first timer and expect him to know that it’s a different thing than the $11 that he ordered. Can’t just serve bigger portions and just want more profit. I asked for $11, give me small portion bruh, im not that eager to eat your food… But yea, they told me to not come back, which I would humbly comply 🤷‍♂️
