This place is so legit. I’m Lebanese and I’ve struggled to find a Lebanese place in New York that feels authentic and serves the comfort food I crave. This place is it. The kibbeh was incredibly fresh and crispy. The portions are generous. The staff is the very best of Lebanese hospitality. Go with a group because you’ll want to order a lot of different dishes

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From appetizers to entrée we could not stop eating. Would definitely come back again.

My coworker & I arrived shortly after a very large (as in- almost filling the entire restaurant!) party was seated, so service was a bit slow (for understandable reasons), but were, nevertheless, courteous and helpful. We ordered the Kibbeh Balls and Saaj Cheese Rolls for appetizers. Aside from one single Kibbeh ball that was cool on the inside, both appetizers were delicious. The kebabs we ordered as entrees were very flavorful and thoroughly-enjoyable! I also really enjoyed the Mint Tea, served piping-hot in a metal pot (as tea should be!). The mint was refreshing, without overwhelming the taste of the tea. As to how "authentic" the food is-- I have no idea, as Lebanese cuisine is not exactly my area of expertise. But I can say everything we were served tasted fresh & flavorful, and that's good enough for me!

Le Sajj Restaurant is an absolute gem for Lebanese cuisine! From the moment you step in, the inviting ambiance sets the stage for a delightful dining experience. The flavors of their dishes are an exquisite journey through Lebanese culinary artistry – each bite tells a story of skillful preparation and authentic taste. The menu is a treasure trove of delicious options, and the attention to detail in presentation is commendable. The staff's warmth and attentiveness add to the overall charm, making every visit memorable. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes; each one is a testament to the restaurant's dedication to quality. Whether you're a fan of traditional Lebanese cuisine or a first-timer, Le Sajj is sure to leave you impressed and craving for more. A definite must-visit for food enthusiasts seeking an authentic Lebanese dining experience.

It was our first time ordering delivery from Le Sajj, and we got three different sandwiches. Delivery was on-time, with no issues. We ordered the Le Sajj wrap, kibbeh with labneh sandwich, and the Beirut cheese steak wrap. All were very good, especially the Le Sajj wrap that comes with sujok and the Beirut cheese steak wrap which was so savory and a bit tangy and just all-around perfect. They came wrapped in a delectable thin markook bread and were well-stuffed and piping hot. The ingredients are super fresh, and the sandwich portions are generous and come with a handful of fresh fries on the side. Meat is neither old nor chewy. For $12.00 a sandwich, you can have a very good meal. Other Lebanese restaurants in the area charge the same for half the sandwich, with no freshness and no fries. Needless to say, the experience was fantastic and we would order again in a heartbeat. A but pricey but well, well worth the money for this kind of freshness. We highly recommend Le Sajj.

Catered an engagement party for 60 people and every single dish was perfectly executed 👌🏻 Every guest went back for seconds and compliments were given throughout the entire night about how PERFECT the taste of the food was. The grape leaves were soft and cooked to perfection, the taboule makes you hold on to each bite longer to savor the moment. I heard about it into the next day! It made the night that much more memorable for all the guests 💕💕💕 And with all that Marwan and his all star team are a pleasure to work with. Thank you! Needless to say highly recommend Le Sajj catering 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳

Very cozy place with a familiar environment with a nice decor, acceptable clean and the music fantastic. About the food, they have enough options in the menu to everyone. I tried the sausage on lemons and butter and I’ll give it 8 over 10. And also I ordered lamb chops on the grill, it came with vegetables and an amazing homemade bread. I forgot about the dessert, but I’ll come back for it. A little bit overpriced.

Tried this place after hearing positive recommendations from a few random people. Although the atmosphere feels a bit dated, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the food was really good. We had low expectations going into this experience, based on a lot of the other neighborhood restaurants, but we will definitely be back.

The restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. The restaurant serves Lebanese food which is similar to other Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine. I ordered the stuffed squash with a tomato sauce. The dish comes with grape leaves. The Lebanese shepherd's pie is prepared with potatoes stuffed with shallots, meat, pine nuts topped with bread crumbs. The dish comes with a side salad. The hindby is served as an appetizer. It is prepared with dandelion with cilantro and olive oil. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mario is the nice owner with many years of restaurant experience.

100% Halal! The chef was very welcoming and Albert was a sweetheart! The food was a bit too bland. We had the combo deluxe and the shish kebab was the best. We also had hommos and labne, and the chicken shawarma with tabouleh salad. Would recommend it if you’re in the neighborhood!

I love this place beacuse it's very nice well organized and clean. Their food is delicious but the only thing that I did not like is that they have a hookah. which bothered me because I have an asthma I just wish they do not allow smoking hookah inside the restaurant it should be a non-smoking area. If someone need to smoke they should do it outside the restaurants not inside to bother other people with the smell. other than that everything is good.

Really enjoyed everything that we ordered!! I think the lamb chops were my favorite, very tender but well cooked. The little milk pudding on toast dessert just had little too much rose water. I will definitely return! Have to say, I did return and they did not meet my expectations. Second time around, the food did not taste as good. Had to drop my rating from a 5 to a 3.

There's a sea of better options in the area. My $40 entree came with mushy microwaved frozen vegetables and the rest tasted accordingly. Prices charged were even higher than printed on the menu, and those were already way higher than they should be for the quality.

Good food but portion sizes are criminal, way too expensive.

The owner is very rude and always has an attitude like you owe him something, never had a good experience meeting him. The food isn't that good. There are alot of other Middle Eastern restaurants in Bay Ridge with higher quality food that use better ingredients. I wouldn't eat at this place again even if you paid me

Do not have your private event here- you will look bad and feel embarrassed. The owner does not provide enough waiters. He served way less food than what you ordered. He had his waiters take back the appetizers (pies, baked goods) while people were up and dancing so he can save/serve them at a different day and time and he will try to charge you for more people than the actual amount that came. He overcharged for alcohol and watered down drinks. He also hardly provided soft drinks and water which was part of the menu. He is verrry stingy and sneaky.. Avoid at all costs.

We had high hopes, but unfortunately, the visit fell short in many ways. First, the atmosphere was not family-friendly — the restaurant had hookahs, which we were told beforehand they didn’t have, making it unsuitable for children. The food was below average, the service was poor, and the prices were shockingly high. We were a group of six and ordered only appetizers and one mixed grill platter, yet the bill came out to $580. After paying, I called the restaurant to inquire, and the waiter explained that we were charged based on a set menu — $90 per person. However, when I broke down the actual items on the table and compared them to the prices listed on their website, the total was closer to $200. When I pointed this out, I was told that the website reflects “old prices.” This experience felt misleading and left a very bad impression. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve both their transparency and service.
