I have been coming to this place for over 20 plus years, I will be honest it used to be one of my favorite Latin restaurants in the neighborhood with incredible food, service and atmosphere plus the price was always good. Sadly the past few times I have been there I have noticed a drastic change in price much more expensive plus the quality of the food dropped and the lady manager seems a bit rude when I asked why they charging so much. Sad to say will stop coming here and I would probably wound drive somewhere else to find good Latin food. Just another reason why the average Latin family can't survive in this neighborhood anymore. Smh 💔

The food is great!!! HOWEVER, the customer service is lacking. I was attempting to order food and one of the servers put beans, (which I don’t eat), on my plate. I told the person that I didn’t want beans and instead of giving me new rice she attempted to scrape the beans out with a spoon. She kept going back and forth with me telling me there were no beans left, but the beans were still in the plate. I just walked out before becoming what I wanted to become (🤬🥷🏾🤯) but I was truly disappointed with that experience. Please treat your customers with respect, I could’ve been allergic or vomited (always do when attempting to eat beans). Little things like that can really keep customers from returning which would suck because the good is great!!

I want to update my review because I went there recently and was suggested to buy fish. I decided to do so. I was giving two tilapia. When I arrived home to eat it, one was in good condition and the other was not. I had to throw the other one out. It was then I understood why it was so highly recommended for that day. That's not good customer service. I still give it a three because every other time it has been good service and good food served.

Been here on and off especially went that green eye lady working . Twice I told in pass no fat in my pork come home loaded me with fat on my half pound paiding for fat that goes to garbage . The other night I pass by saw new ppl serving I decide go in stand there for about 10 minutes I look where the soup and saw a roach. I just walked out ..no they won't see me again never

Food is so overpriced here. Portions are ridiculous with a big amount of rice and very little meat. I mean if you want to charge a lot at least serve a good portion. I feel they are taking advantage of their clients.

Ordered takeout for steak and shrimp and they gave me chicken with rice, watch out for what u ordered lol.

Ordered lunch from here and was very disappointed. I paid $15 basically for rice. The chicken was somewhat dry and they didn't have the decency to give me a whole piece of chicken. I am so disappointed. I ordered plaintain and I received (3) soft overcooked ones. Really disappointed in my rice meal.

I bought a Sancocho soup and it was salty . One piece of meat the other piece was a bone with no meat . Next time throw the bones away.

A while back, say 6 to 8 months ago, they had a good cook who I'm sure isn't there anymore. I say this because the food changed. It doesn't taste as good as it did before. It's still good food, but it was much better before.
