I went Sunday night before leaving, I was staying at La Quinta right across . The employees were very sweet and very quick with getting our orders out ! Amazing services and great employees !!!

Went to popeyes after a race. they always do a good job of making sure everything makes it intothe order. We got the 14pc meal deal with 7 biscuits but a worker who was getting our food ready forgot them. We even asked if biscuits where in the bag and he said yes. Took us 30 minutes in traffic to get home, and we found no biscuits. So disappointing, but just hope that next time they check the food

Not a bad place, Good for a quick bite. Tried the new Pickle Glazed Chicken Sandwich, it was kinda dry and ot all that flavorful. Same for the fried pickles. Was exited for the fried pickles but they didn't taste "pickly" enough. It maybe because they were sliced too thin, so you don't get that crisp feeling a pickle normally gives. Not briny enough.

Ordered mash potatoes with the gravy, and it was literally a 2 spoonfuls. The employees look like they don't wanna be there. No greetings, nothing. Haven't been here in months, and I see why.

Becides the gentleman that couldnt make his mind up in line, why on earth is this menu so price gouged. 81.99 for a 20 peice chicken meal with sides and buscuits??!?!??! I will be reaching out to the franchise manager in charge of this location. I mean 30-40$ chicken meals are understandable. When did the 20 peice cost more than a ribeye steak dinner.

Every time I decide to give it another shot, hoping for better, I end up disappointed—my chicken strips are still undercooked. It's such a shame because I really love Popeyes, but I can't risk getting sick from undercooked meat. The staff is great, no complaints there.

The overnight crew / closing crew is very disrespectful. They have no consideration for their customers and the way they handle the food & serve the food for the customer. At the register I had to repeat my self multiple times due to them playing hip hop and other radio music as lound as it can be. An even after the manager came upfront they still did not turn the music off and I continued to have to repeat my self multiple times due To the music eventually my order was token. I received my food in a rushed manner I had to ask for bags for my food and my drink. After my food was bagged disorderly I was handed the drink with no cup holder and no bag. So I waited as the worker took it upon himself to move on to bagging the next order when he never finished at least bagging up my drink. So I sat my drink in front of him asked if he can bag it. He looked at me as if he didn’t understand. So I just sat an waited; then he slide the drink back to me. So then I ask again can I get a cup holder and a bag? He continued to look at me and cursed me as he passes me a cup holder with no bag. Then I had to ask for a bag again. He hands it with out opening it or even attempting to. So I took my food tried speaking to the manager and he told me so what report it online. I feel you guys need more efficient and people friendly workers that care.

This location is so cheap with filling up their sides containers compared to other locations in Brooklyn. So disappointed in the quality and portion of food considering how expensive Popeyes is now. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

They don't care. Want a 4 piece? Get ready for a box of old legs & nothing else. Tried the past 2 nights and apparently what I actually want just doesn't matter.
