We order delivery and they don't honor the free soda policy without a confrontation. The food is mediocre and they are very rude. We should not accept less than the best, of everything, just because we live in this area. People in Park Slope wouldn't!!! We need to stand up for our rights and watch out for they may do something to your food. I am not going to take it anymore!!!

Staff is rude, barely listens when you ask for extras that you're willing to pay for ex: extra butter for seafood dish, probably use to people wanting extra for free, every customer is not the same. Played entirely too much with customers they knew/familiar with. It's also true delivery person doesn't want to get out of vehicle, sits there looking at you, until I wave come on, or else I'm about to go back into my house & cancel that order. When calling them on the phone, you feel rushed, in which they have lost money with me, because I just said, never mind, forget it. The last time, I patronized this establishment in person, I just got up, left the order and never came back. I gave this restaurant multiple times a chance to see if they were just having a bad day, or was this their common operation practices and it seems this was their common practice.

The delivery driver was so disrespectful and rude. He was upset after I gave him back the food, b/c he charged me a price different from when I was quoted on the phone. Instead of giving me my money back in my hands like how I gave it to him, he threw all my money on the floor. I’m still In disbelief, in my 38 years I have never experienced that in my entire life.

They are probably the worst Chinese restaurant I have come across. The delivery guy arrived at home and was disrespectful from the start. He sat in his car and stuffed his face while I waited in my door way. When I asked for my food, he yelled "Hold on !" He came to the curb and still refused to pass me my food unless I placed all of my money in his hand. I did not like the service so I went back inside and the driver then yelled "F$&@ YOU !"

They don't deserve not enough one star... if there was a negative 0 star on here they should get that... they are rude when they answer the call.. I asked if they had Brown garlic sauce they told me no... I asked if they had barbecue sauce and the rude donkey stated no.. and when ok he just hung up the phone on me. I called back and said don't bother with that order to my address is don't want it, then he stated I'm not making the food is said I don't care and I don't want it and hung on him.

Terrible service. I ordered delivery and got the wrong order, when I called them back to complain about it they told me that if I want to change the order that I have to bring the food to the restaurant. Waited almost 2 hours for them to correct the order.

Very Rude People!!! You close at 2am, if I call at 1:10am to place an order don't be rude and tell me "its too late to order", THEN hang up on me.

My visits have left me troubled by the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards, which appear to fall far short of acceptable levels. Disturbingly, Lucky Star has failed multiple health inspections, raising serious concerns about food safety practices being followed. During one visit, I discovered a dead (cooked) fly in the french fries, which I feel warranted immediate attention. Upon returning the fries I was unfortunately threatened by the cashier instead of receiving an apology or resolution. Furthermore, I have witnessed unacceptable practices in the kitchen, including a cook handling dead mice. Such occurrences are alarming and have compelled me to advise others to steer clear of this (Lucky Star) establishment for their own health and safety.
