New Sin Lee is a classic takeout spot known for its great prices and friendly service, especially from Helen. The A+B special is a customer favorite, but be aware they are cash only and do not offer delivery despite what their website says.

New Sin Lee Brooklyn Reviews
There is no delivery, even though their website says yes. I even tried switching it to NO DELIVERY, but it doesn’t work. So, don’t ask about delivery, they DO NOT deliver.
It’s a hole in the wall Chinese place with great prices and great food. The A + B special is borderline customer robbery and the women behind the counter is a always friendly if you are. I visit here 1-2 times per week and will continue doing so.
Pan fried dumplings are the best. Shrimp dishes are great and my mom likes General Tso’s Chicken.
A&B Special is a steal. $12 and it comes with a soda. Mix and match the Boneless spare ribs and Beef & Broccoli with pork fried rice.
My food was so good! My egg rolls were cooked perfect and the combo was made perfect! Best Chinese I've had in a while. Wish you were my local restaurant.
No delivery but it’s worth the walk. The lady that takes the orders is very nice and if you don’t like something (ordered some cajun wings that were too salty), she will correct the issue.
Server is kind and friendly, I got free ice tea with my order.
Good people and food. The A + B special is crazy value. They are cash only and some of their stir fry dishes have A LOT of sauce. Inside is decorated with their kids’ drawings and Helen always served with a smile. Classic takeout spot to rely on.

Friendly, prompt service, food was good and reasonably priced. Had the Hunan Beef...it was so tasty. The Chicken Fried rice is good also.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood. Great specials and service is always good.
The lady remembered my name! And i don't eat Chinese food alot but we'd had a conversation a few weeks prior and she remembered me, impressive
When my corner spot closed down during COVID I found this place a few more blocks away and they’ve been really scratching that itch. Just the right mix of bang for your buck for a little place like this. Really good for the price, and sometimes really really good for the price. General Tso’s combo, pork lo mein, wonton soup, egg rolls, and pork fried rice are my usual picks.

Here’s the thing,I’ve been coming here for years and now she’s the only Chinese food spot left around here and she knows it so she takes advantage of that fact. The prices keep going up, so days she’s in a good mood some days she’s not. The only real complaint I have is that she no longer fries the rice instead it comes out of a rice cooker and it’s just not the same.

It’s funny! this is my first time calling to this restaurant to ask if they do delivery , who ever pick up the phone at this restaurant was so rude when I asked her if they do delivery and she just hang up the phone like nothing , she didn’t even give me a chance to ask her to place my order for a pickup. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Fried chicken was ok but the fried rice was disgusting smells metals and couldn’t eat it. Might used expired burnt oil. It’s a big NO for them.
The quality of food is very poor. The chicken is not really chicken. Very chewy and goo-ey. Not good. Very rude customer service. Didn't have napkins, a menu, or small drinks. They didn't have a lot of things and did not care.
I didn’t like this place at all, it’s super dark, they only take cash, the atm in there us super sus, the people are rude, the prices are higher than other Chinese restaurants around, and the food is not great, I got a large beef fried rice and I got 7 bits of beef in it, ridiculous, there was more eggs than beef in it. Never going there again and I tell everyone the same.
Awful. I got Szechuan chicken for $9 and it was a complete joke. Barely any chicken and very little rice and drenched with a lot of sauce and vegetables. Very unfair and not worth buying. Avoid this place please, you won't get your money's worth.
The food was not good at all, paid 12 dollars for a Beef Curry that came with literally 5 (i’m not kidding) thin slices of beef then ALOT of veggies, i also felt off an hour after eating it. There are far better options in the area, don’t come here.
Placed a few orders for pickup, asked for my General Tsos chicken to be extra spicy, mentioned it four times during the call, they said no problem. Food was sweet, I called to tell them about this, their response is that it was spicy, that they've been doing this for 15 years...
