Milk & Pull Brooklyn Reviews
Amazing place with amazing staff and amazing coffee. Would be 5 stars but the bathroom has an insane issue that has been going on as long as I have been coming here. Toilet is unusable and constantly filled with toilet paper and bodily fluids.
The mocha oatmilk latte is pure life. And the breakfast burrito is absolutely delicious. It's the perfectly sized and stuffed breakfast burrito with just the right amount of heat. I usually don't like potatoes in my burrito but the way the potatoes here are cooked perfectly and seasoned. Chefs kiss.
Since 2023 I’ve been a customer @ milk pull, and I have to say, the consistency is outstanding, and quite impressive. Being able to sustain top tier customer service, and timely work ethic not matter what day it is or who is there. From back of house to front of house there is rarely a beat missed. Management down to staff make sure everything is a seamless process, and it is always worth the wait (if there is one) See you in a flash! 🫡 -Toni
Great coffee shop. Polite and efficient staff. Amazing atmosphere with an outdoor space better than any other spot in the neighborhood. Enjoyed the cold brew as it was smooth. I appreciate a coffee shop that offers flavor syrups and they have a good selection. The vibe is chill and quiet conversation which is amazing since they accomplish this without pumping coffee shop music throughout the space.
I like this café. It’s a nice place to work from, although at times the music can be a bit much if you’re trying to work. I like their special drinks of the season. The pastries are good, but the rest of their food I’m not too fond of. I do like the everything bagel but I’ve gotten it twice now and it wasn’t consistent so it’s hard to tell if that was just a fluke. Overall I will continue to come back here.
I didn’t get a picture but the storefront is all windows so there’s a lot of natural light. The mural and plants add a nice vibe. The place has about 10 two-person tables. Overall it’s a lovely and lively place. I got a large coffee for $3.27 after tax and it was worth it! I’ll come back again.
Coffee is good not taking that away from them. But the girls making your espresso etc are unbelievably slow and it's simple as to why. They're too busy talking to the customers instead of making your drink. No wonder why the line is always so long.
I love their dirty chais here. They’re almost a perfect blend of bitter to sweet and the staff are very sweet and welcoming, so I usually love coming here! Just try to avoid going during the busier hours - especially if you want to order like a bagel or something and chill n’ sit down. I waited 10 minutes for my bagel w/ cream cheese and it was a bit too toasted and quite small to be frank. Granted, they did warn me it could take that long, it can just be a little inconvenient is all, so plan accordingly. And maybe skip the bagels or don’t get them toasted. I wonder if they just have a limited amount of toasters and such but overall I still recommend it to anyone in or near the area.
I had the strawberry hibiscus matcha which in my opinion was overpriced at $9. I was also the only person there but was told to put my laptop away. They have a no-laptop policy on the weekends which is fine, but when it’s an empty and quiet coffee shop I feel there could be some flexibility with that rule. Other than that, the atmosphere and back yard area is nice. The service is okay but not very warm or welcoming.
The food is good and the coffee is nice. However, they have a 20% tip policy on orders over $40, which surprised me—it added an extra $8 to the bill for just two bagels and two coffees. They also forgot to make one of the coffees.
The quality of food and service are not at all worth the price. My boyfriend ordered a mocha and a couple croissants — we were served a partially mixed mess and told the croissants were burnt in the oven while they were heating them up :/ We’re regulars here so it’s unfortunate to see the service fall to this.
