Sajoma Restaurant Brooklyn Reviews
Its very clean the food is great and the employees are very nice they serve you with a smile.
My go to spot in the neighborhood for rice and beans. I usually get the beef stew. delicious, quick, and the ladies there are always so nice
The prepared food is very good. Decent price. Pizza's not bad either.
Beat place for catering the prices are reasonable and they have great service. Highly recommended. They are open early as well which is good for breakfast
Delicious Dominican food in Brooklyn. A variety of options and delicious take out. Good portions and good price.
I love this restaurant! Everything from the food to the friendly atmosphere to the beautiful sounds of merengue playing in the background. The servers are bilingual and greet you with a warm smile from behind the counter. The food selection is appealing to meat lovers as well as vegetarians. I highly suggest checking out their breakfast menu delicious and fulfilling! When going to work or getting off the bus coming home the B38 stops right in front of this Dominican Food Paradise!

The place is clean and the food is great I really like this place
Delicious food. Good prices. Their garlic sauce is so flavorful and delicious! Busy during lunch time. I always get the yellow rice and peas, beans in the red sauce, roasted pork, and plantains. Their baked ziti is so flavorful too!

Staff is very nice the food is okay but the prices are a bit High
They serve hot Spanish food. I don't like the price compared to other places in the area but the food is always good 👍.

I really use to enjoy going to this place every so often, because the prices were great and it's convenient, it's walking distance from my home. But now they are starting to overcharge the customers, and they have become money greedy. I went there today and 1 of the ladies in the front charged me $9 for a small lunch. I understand I got a vegetable, but it was only supposed to be $1 more. When I called to address it, they hung up the phone on me. Not acceptable, and I will NOT be spending anymore money with them. Be warned people!!!
The food is great but I gave them 2 stars for two reasons.. 1. the guy prepping the food want wearing gloves on both hands, and 2. They don't accept debit or credit.

Stay far away from this place!!! My child got food poisoning from their food! Do not buy food from them under any circumstances! When we went to their cafe to discuss the poor quality of their food, they initially spoke English. Then they switched to Spanish, claiming they didn't understand any English. We entered their kitchen where they prepare food and witnessed appalling filth. The kitchen was completely dirty, with a greasy, filthy floor. The stove was caked in grime and grease. Several foul-smelling chickens that reeked of rot were lying on the table. We took several photos of this kitchen and will definitely post them on Google Maps to protect others from getting sick. Protect yourself and your loved ones from this cafe!!! Keep your distance!!!
Absolutely appalling service! And it gets worse - I found a dead fly in my food from this cafe. The kicker? I couldn't even confront them about it because I'd gotten takeout and was miles away when I started eating. Steer clear of this place, folks! I'm not even mad about the money I wasted - I'm kicking myself for not reading the reviews before buying anything there. Word to the wise: think twice before getting food from this joint. You've been warned!

This place is the most mediocre Dominican food in NYC. Yuck. No soul. No flavor 👎🏽
Idk how people eat here or even call this Spanish food. Everything tastes the same and it’s all very underwhelming. I’ve always said you can tell when someone puts a lot of love into their food and this place is just not it. Their prices are ridiculous and they do overcharge. A coworker of mine bought a Mangu plate from here for 9 dollars. I ordered the same plate the next day and they charged me 12.
I am beyond disgusted and will never patronize this business again. I ordered a significant amount of food today and once I was done with my errands, I anticipated going home and enjoying the meal with my children. We sat down and began to eat my meal and as I got down to the bottom of my container, I noticed a horsefly cooked into my food. Disgusted, I immediately ran to the bathroom and forced myself to regurgitate what I had already consumed. I grabbed the container and returned to the restaurant. I pointed out the fly in my food and expressed how upset I was and that it was unacceptable. They began to speak in Spanish and acted as if they didn’t understand what I was saying to them. I asked what is going to be done and they stared at me as if I weren’t speaking at all. Once I saw I wasn’t going to get a refund, I left the establishment. This is absolutely ridiculous!
Horrible customer service! Would act like they don’t understand English unless you in person! Do not play with people on the phones! And make sure you pay attention to your charges, they will charge extra! Oh & all the food has the same taste!
0 stars, overpriced mediocre food. even starving i found the food barely edible. watery chicken noodle soup for $7 with no rice. soup was meh. never again.

Nothing special. Food was salty! Typical corner store latino/hispanic food.
