Scrappleland Brooklyn Reviews
The biggest pinball arcade I know of in NYC. Looking forward for summer so we can have a drink on the roof. The number one thing for me is, they have a The Big Lebowski machine which is one of my favorite movies of all time!
The addition of Peeps kitchen vastly improves the vibe. Not only does it have the most public pinball machines in Brooklyn it’s now also one of the few pinball bars that also has food. A downside is the bar is a little lackluster. The tap beers are $10 with limited cocktail options as far as I’m aware. All the machines are very well maintained and they regularly have the newest games on cycle. Lots of seating and TVs if you just want to hang out. The chicken was awesome as well.
PINBALL!!!! & also beer So many amazing tables to play- All working great when I've played. Still one of my favorite Rooftops in Greenpoint for an outdoor cocktail. (They didn't have food when we visited, but we were allowed to order in)
Scrappleland rocks. Pinball is a buck a game, which isn’t too bad, and the service and drinks were great. Very nice of them to have free games too. Going to come back to hang out on the rooftop, which we missed out on this time.
I had an awesome time last night. 30 pinball machines, some super rare, some in insanely good condition (I’m looking at you Medieval Madness with a new playfield), something special about every single one of them. Great bar service and $5 Narragansett!
This place rocks. And I’m so glad Peeps is here now!

Obviously the new (and hopefully all-time) premier pinball location in the world and the best in NYC, i feel lucky to have access to this place. Scrappleland in greenpoint is worth the transit ride and short walk. I can spend all day here. it is a real privilege to play such beautiful machines. The variety and condition of the machines is what you'd expect from a museum, but better. The people here are incredible, smart, funny, talented and sportsmanship in competitions is fun and exhilarating. Pinball Leagues happen regularly which are cheap enough to enter and play, the crew running it and the regular players are so warm and compassionate toward new people, NYE celebration here was the best one of my life. Lifelong friends to be found! Truly a refuge and sanctuary for people who love pinball. Welcoming, inclusive, very chic and cool environment. I love the scenery and decor, and the machines are just unbelievably maintained, rare, some of the best machines in the world. Of course, all supported by good people. The space is perfectly sized to accommodate 5 dozen machines and counting, the most in NYC, and it is so exciting to be part of this new developing pinball history. Check their event calendar, go play any day, you will meet such great people. Guaranteed. i would be delighted if a membership thing was ever offered to subscribe to events/unlimited or timed play, but i dont mind the dollar per game. It is definitely worth the cost though, even if you are a noob like me you can get a couple hours of pinball for <=$20. i love supporting a place like this so that is great. Thank you scrappleland you are my friend 🤝🩷i love you scrappleland.
Extensive selection of pinball machines, well maintained, and clean! Great priced food and drinks, rooftop with great views and second bar. Service is also awesome.
I was sad to see Greenpoint Beer & Ale Co go, but this is a great use of the space. Nice selection of beer and friendly staff. And like, every kind of pinball machine you can imagine.
Super nostalgic place with the different themes of pinball machines. BRING CASH! The machines are coin operated and there is no ATM inside.
I come here to play pinball. Can't speak to the food or drinks. The servers are friendly and helpful. There pinball lineup is second to none in the city. They have a lot of modern game. With a few DMD games in the mix as well, with Diner rounding out the older games. This place is awesome, the tilt is pretty tight on these so be forewarned. Now if they can get some classics like 8 ball etc it would be perfect. But it's pretty damn close already
What an arcade!!! Packed with the latest pinball machines such as Jaws, King Kong and Evil Dead. Highly recommend a visit here! Staff very helpful and friendly. Many machines to choose from. We'll done!
I fly everywhere across the US. This place has hands down the best variety of pinball - sorry Portland.. And they are so well maintained!
One of the premier pinball destinations in New York if not the world. Phenomenal staff and ownership that generate a community. Happy to see them with a second location (see Sunshine Laundromat) and now serving liquor too! Come for the most special edition of each pinball machine. Stay for the vibes. Nice rooftop outfitted with a Tom Fruin too.
This brand new bar rules! Fantastic service, great beer, and an insane number (27!) of pinball machines in perfect condition. Plus, there’s a rooftop bar! I’d highly recommend checking this spot out.
This place is a best kept secret in Greenpoint at the moment. Great spot with a bunch of pinball games and a great roof to drink on for the summer nights. Beer selection is nice as well. I always usually try to stop here for a drink and some games. Would recommend checking out!

Been to Scrappleland a couple times now and this place is awesome! Always friendly service behind the bar and the selection of pinball machines is top notch all the way up to the latest releases and very well maintained. Great new spot to grab a beer and have some fun. Definitely check them out.
The cider is a must try and the atmosphere is the absolute best. Our weekend trip to NYC found us visiting this bar almost nightly, and it was a blast everytime. Pinball heaven.

This review is for the pinball games only. First great selection of games. TWO Godzilla's! Pretty much all of my favorites (aside from rare games that I don't expect most places to have). Almost all of the games take dollar bills, so bring a stack of singles (a few games are quarters only). $1/game. It would be nice if they were 3 games for $2 as many places do. There were some issues, however. First some Stern games were not configured or hooked up to the internet so you couldn't scan your QR code to keep track of your games. Some did work, so it seems they were just lazy on setting them up. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. Some games were not set up great, for example, Indiana Jones was so sensitive to nudging it made the game unplayable (if you play this game you know that you can nudge the game on the right drain to get it to bounce through the door to the flippers). If they fix the maintenance/setup issues on the games I'd give this place 5 stars. As is it's a 3-4 star pinball place.
Largest Pinball bar in NYC with now over 45 machines! Def worth the hike over here to play. The biggest downside is the drink options, I would appreciate it if they had more cocktail options.

I miss the old brewery!!!! Theres still no food or wifi here. The pinball games are cool I guess if that's your thing. The drinks are good and not super expensive. The biggest issue I have with this place is the amount of potential it has. This place used to be PACKED with the previous owners - because they realized that people mainly want to watch sports at brewery's. They have 2 TV's here and one tv is 5 minutes behind the other one and when we asked them about it during the knicks game they were like "welp." I really wish they'd make it a bit more sports friendly and were willing to be receptive to customers suggestions. Mine would be ... more TVs with different games on each one, make sure the games are LIVE and not 5 minutes behind, and get some bar food.

I get no joy out complaining about this, but there needs to be way better ventilation for their new "kitchen". I spent ten minutes in there before my hair and clothes stunk like a grease trap; I can't imagine what that does to the pinball machines. Here's hoping that gets fixed, I used to love spending time here, but I won't be coming back until that gets changed.

Rude staff. Stupid policy of holding your card when you start a tab and you have to ask for it back to order food from the chicken place inside bc their systems aren’t connected. No pretzels. I miss the old place.
