The Palace is kind of like the wardrobe in Chronicles of Narnia. Walk through: enter a new world of fantastical creatures and adventures beyond your imagination. It’s a popular filming location. It’s got all the low key hot rich greenpoint dads and their canine companions. It’s got the post-balenciaga carhart townies who just want to read their philosophy book in peace. It’s glorious.

This place is great!!!! Right next to the park, they have a pool table in the back room which is HUGE! And they have a beautiful frosty mug beer shot combo. And last but not least, the Wings are Fire!!! I got the Buffalo wings and they are crispy, saucey, sprinkeled with and few chives and down right delicious. Seems like 8 come to each order. Maybe get two orders or a side of fries if you are super hungery. 10 out of 10 for this spot!

Arguably best bar in the hood… most locals and regulars. Great burger, plus new pool table and World Cup projector in the back is a bonus - Darts to boot as well. Beer + shot special highly recommended (in frosty mug of course).

fav bar in bk; great wings.

I liked it. Good prices, great simple classic cheeseburger (comes with mustard, onion, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup — five guys style). Great service, not too busy. The music selection was top notch and all I could want from a Brooklyn bar. What’s the story with the guy and the folded flag? Who’s man is he? It was good. Would go again.

It is a great place to chill out and catch up with friends. Now that summer has finally hit, it is awesome that they still have road side space outside. Drinks are reasonably priced and they have some pretty tasty options. If you are a chicken-wings kind of person - check them out when in Greenpoint.

This is my favourite bar in the entire world. Josh, Marco, JD, and the rest of the staff make this feel like my home away from home. It's like cheers, but way better.

Fun Greenpoint mainstay in the neighborhood. Carry my favorite beer Rothhaus, and have a good burger as well. Back room has a big projector for games and also had a good bar room pool table. Good placs for big groups.

This is one of those places where you walk in for the first time and immediately are like “this is fun.” Pure simple fun, great drinks and beer selection. Haven’t really had food here but it sure smells good.

The Palace Bar in Greenpoint offers a decent selection of drinks and solid service. What really stood out was the smoke effect, which created a dark, cool vibe that added to the atmosphere. Plus, there's a great variety of games to play, making it a fun spot to hang out with friends.

Great midweek spot. Afforable, unpretentous, with limited but solid bar food. Way too loud and crowded for me a weekend nights, though.

Good & sweet hard cider, spacious indoors with outdoor seats and right next to a park. Their spicy wings were decent. I sat outside and it was quite loud close to 11pm on a Monday night.

Big space, and like an English pub! Big back space with the pool table. At first I didn’t like the restrooms because they small stalls and are unisex, but they have a separate one too. Nice spot on the park.

The atmosphere is generally pleasant, but the food is overpriced and bad. Tonight, we ordered cheeseburgers that cost $14 each, and they were served raw. For that price, especially for something as simple as a cheeseburger, I expected much better quality and care. I like this bar, but this is not the first time this happens either.

Guys be looking at you like you're ready to dine and ditch. 3rd time coming there same bss. Mind you I left a $20 tip on a $50 bill first time around. Third time $20 tip on a $25 bill for the holidays. Not recommend if you're not a regular or whittee. Budwiser does taste good though. Not good enough to feel like a criminal though. Also, wings are fire!!!

Terrible experience unfortunately came with more than an hour before posted closing and was met with a very rude and abrupt response from the owner. That they're closed despite there being over 15 other patrons at the bar. I would be willing to give this spot another chance but with how I was treated I would tread carefully.

Very bad service and questionably racist bartenders. Venue felt completely tone-deaf to the community they were in. Bartenders took the order of my partner that is Mexican while serving all other white patrons and conveniently “forgot” what he ordered five times until I, a white woman came and stood next to him. What shameful behavior for Brooklyn New York.

I have nothing bad go say about the venue itself! However, my drink was spiked here. A man approached me while I cashed out at the bar & told me he frequents this place for karaoke night. He spiked my drink while I wasn’t paying attention & focused on calculating tip on my receipt. Luckily, I noticed something was wrong after one sip & although I was pretty out of it, I left the bar with friends safely. But please stay vigilant!

Waited 25 minuets for a drink just to have the goth baddie bartender skip me like I was a jump rope
