The Waffle Box

The waffle is tasty. The rotisserie is Delicious! We also tried multiple patties - callaloo was the best. Good customer service and such a pretty store. I'm looking forward to trying the ice cream and those delicious looking juices. Will be back!

Absolutely Divine. We ordered the waffle combos that contained Fish and/or Shrimp. Delicious flavoring! My fish was tender and flaky. The shrimp perfectly crisp! The strawberry lemonade is sweet but delicious! Their natural juice (I forgot the name Mo- ?something😅) was GREAT! Pricing is very fair. Whenever I'm back in Brooklyn (once a week) I'll be visiting.

Visiting Brooklyn and i decided to walk around and explore, came across this place and I’m glad I did! I was starving and the #4 definitely satisfied! Fresh, cooked to order, and friendly staff, bonus was the music! If you haven’t, you most definitely should give it a try! You won’t regret it. I shoulda took pics of what I got but I tore it up 🔥

My daughter was ill and her appetite was low so I offered to buy her anything from anywhere as encouragement to eat. She mentioned she always wanted to try Waffle Box. I googled it, read the reviews and gave it a try. She LOVED it! Her exact words were, "I give them 5 stars for taste and two thumbs up for the texture." She had waffles with nutella and strawberries. The establishment was very clean and the employees (2) wore masks. The cashier was extremely polite, accommodating and wore gloves. * The place is black owned+* We'll definitely be visiting in the near future and wish them success.

DO NOT ORDER Very unprofessional. I placed an order for pick up and when I went to pick up the store is closed . The owner denied a refund via app and lied stating that they were open! I went to the location the next day. Upon arriving the door was locked. I notice a lady/owner at the window eating and started shooing me away. I told her that I placed an order that I didn’t receive and need my money. The owner refused to open the door and issue a refund. She has a disgusting attitude! They deserve to be put out of business! The location is no longer open. DO NOT ORDER.

I never in my life experience such unprofessionalism until coming to this establishment. On 09/15/23 I order some food on UberEats as I was already on my way home and was near by. Now granted I did place the order only a few minutes before I arrived but I never thought it would of been a major issue as I’ve been to waffle box before and was able to wait for my food to be prepared. Upon arriving the door was lock. Red flag #1 I didn’t say much about it as I saw a lady towards the back of the establishment as I waited I noticed she seem to not even pay me no mind and continued with what she was doing. So as a customer I decided to knock and finally after seeing I wasn’t leaving she finally made her any slowly to the door. Now instead of opening the door she proceeded to speak to me through the door asking who am I and whether or not I’m a Ubereats deliver. I told her no that I did place an order through ubereats and is picking up my order that I placed. She then said the wait is 15-20mins before asking for my name or anything and still this whole conversation is happening while I’m standing outside and her on the other said of the glass ridiculous 🙄🙄 So I proceeded to ask her “Do I have to wait outside or can I not come in?” Because if you think about it if an establishment is open and you serving not only mobile orders but walk-in customers I would expect the doors to be open but unfortunately that was not the case here. She started stating not to feel offended and how she is protecting herself because people be coming with there dogs mind you I had no dog with me so idk what she’s talking about 😑 She then started catching an attitude saying how I only place the order 3mins ago and at that very moment I had it with her. One thing nobody is going do is play with me at the end of the day I’m paying for a service and her attitude and energy was disgusting. She has no customer service skills and the main reason why I will never support this black business ever again. You can tell she’s so unprofessional as she ever replies in the comments every time someone call her out through the reviews clown behavior🤣🤣🤣 For Christ sake they have a 2.9 review on yelp and 3.9 on google what a joke I doubt this place will stay in business that long good luck

Was just driving around looking for food got super excited when I seen this place and was ready to give it a try. Despite every light being on and no indication that the place was actually closed other than a “Do not pull door sign”. I was given a stank face and attitude and shooed away by a lady sitting at the front table who was mouthing “closed” at me through the glass. Not to mention the website say that the place is open until 5pm (was 3:15 when I arrived). I won’t be coming here the attitude alone makes me not want to spend my money.

I just bought combo#4 and #5 the chicken is very dry and rubbery, you know its reheated!!! This is my first time I'm so disappointed, I just moved to the area and was hoping to have a breakfast place. The shrimp was good.

And they have the nerve to be overpriced as if this place holds a certain standard!? But I'll give two stars because the waffles are good but that fish needs more seasoning. Oh yeah and whoever is taking the phone calls is a little unprofessional she thinks the best way to resolve a customer complaint is by putting them on hold without a warning and then blocking the number. Who's really out here keeping this place in business?

My husband got a crispy chicken and waffle and it looked so good, the batter looked good and well seasoned but the whole inside was uncooked 😭 the waffle was really nice but PLEASE be careful! We've encountered salmonella in the past and it is not a joke! It's a horrible illness that will make you truly miserable. I want to support this business, ownership seems nice and menu is creative and it's super convenient to where I do business in the area but undercooked chicken can do some really scary stuff to your body.

I came here one day to treat myself as a reward and I could not regret that decision more. The second I walked in I was already skeptic. There had been one woman in there sitting at one of the tables by the window giving me and the person I was accompanied with the most unwelcoming stank eye induced look. It already created an environment that would drive most customers away. The woman at the table working there that day, made my order.I ordered a birthday cake milkshake. The space was very cluttered and the woman making my drink looked confused while making it. The drink was $13 and it tasted like a large cup of sugar and caramel, it tasted nothing like a birthday cake flavored milkshake which might I add, I’ve had before. I couldn’t even get to the halfway point of the drink before throwing it out. The presentation of the milkshake looked sloppy and unappetizing. I used to like this establishment and the items that they served, as well as the quality and effort put into the food and drinks. So, its upsetting to see the quality deplete in the way that it has.

Be careful when ordering food from here.The chicken made me so sick that I literally have to move into the restroom. You guys know your product. If there’s a bad batch of chicken toss it out and do not play Russian roulette with paying customers. Our lives are priceless. You guys made me sick. The only breakfast I had for the day. Hazardous place to eat. Eat at your own life risk when eating at this place. Unsafe and unhealthy.

Last week i drove past this location and decided to give it a shot. When I tried to walk in I saw a note that said “do not pull on door”. I knew they were open though so I tried anyway. The lady in the window was so rude as she yelled at me to go away because “they were closed”. I will never come back here again. Edit** in response to what she said I would like to add that I didn’t write the review on the day she responded to me. Second.. she was flailing her arms while yelling through the window so stop the lies. Also the sign that said “dont pull door” had no indication that the place was closed. So for future references you guys should maybe put up a “closed” sign instead. You guys are so unprofessional it’s crazy and obviously the other one star reviews think the same
