Uro Cafe Brooklyn Reviews
This post is about sustainability! I love my neighborhood cafe, but especially because it offers real, reusable mugs to customer customers who ask for them. What an easy, logical, and waste-free way to enjoy a coffee. By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. And over 95% of plastic that we send to recycling, does not actually get recycled. Rather, it ends up in landfills, incinerators, and in our waterways. I appreciate that you offer a sustainable option, and I hope that you continue to communicate it to your customers. Thank you again!
Such a perfect neighborhood coffee shop! Drinks are super high quality w great latte art. I recommend the white chocolate mocha.
Slay coffeeshop by McCarren Park! Lowkey this cafe is so different from any other cafe I have been to in regards to its decor and the vibe it tries to cultivate. It is very bro-ey but also kind of antique? Anywho, I got chai and it was amaze, also prices are so slay! Do keep in mind that it is a cash only/venmo only. Staff was so kind as well.
A must for me any time I'm in the area. Fantastic coffee, perfect oat cortado 10/10.
A cute little coffee spot with a straightforward menu and friendly staff. Had a Black Eye Chai Latte (also known as a Dirty Chai) and it was delicious. An easy recommendation for a quick drink!
I used to come here everyday for the best cortado I've ever had! Staff is also so so nice and always playing awesome music. Croissants are great too.
The best neighbor ever.

Quite cozy place for a quick bite.
Was at a concert at the Warsaw and needed some caffeine and something to keep me warm. I got a caramel latte and a hot chocolate and both were really good. Cute inside. Friendly service. No bathroom. No Apple Pay.
Great neighborhood coffee spot! Every single person on the staff is the super friendly, the coffee is awesome and also best prices in town! Small selection of pastries that are good for a snack as well! If looking for something new and exciting try the White Zombie, or in the summer they have a great homemade Lemonade with a special secret recipe !
Great coffe shop in Greenpoint, iced coffee is always my go to. Coffee is always fresh and decently priced, staff is always friendly and very clean.
This is my favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood! (I have lived in Greenpoint for over 15 years). The coffee is amazing and the owner and baristas are beyond exceptional at making people feel welcome. They are nice, warm, hilarious, and just good people, which is hard to find these days. The service sets them apart and I cannot say enough good things about this cute, neighborhood cafe. Uro will always be my number one spot. If you go, you will see what I mean. Also, they are one of the very, very, very few coffee shops that actually have decent prices. They truly care about their customers.
A neighborhood gem. Great coffee. No pretentiousness. I love picking up an ice coffee here on my stroll to the park!
I live for chai tea and this place has the best black iced chai tea I’ve ever tasted I didn’t get 10 steps from the shop without coming to leave a review it’s so good
Delicious, simple, and quick coffee with very low key vibes. Shaded from the morning sun if you want a cool spot to also chill during hot days. Payment is either Cash or Venmo Tap (they do not take Apply Pay)
Solid coffee and friendly staff. Grateful they are open super early and serve delicious coffee. Especially love their cranberry scones.
goated , best coffee in brooklyn . not even close
For as many coffee shops as there are in Brooklyn, Uro Cafe is actually feels authentically European. Quick and to the point. Coffee is great and under $5. Only cash/venmo though!

Came here for some energy for a day road trip. Got an iced latte with oat milk and it definitely did not disappoint. Really good especially for a warm day. The barista was extremely friendly as well. Note: This place is cash only.
Uro Cafe Layout/atmosphere *Three seat window counter; one table; cash only; tables on sidewalk Food/drink *Dirty Chai Latte - Good
a tiny and cozy cafe, that's how gp starts to be a showcase...🙂 good and cheap coffee, and when you add a quick service, it means that it's worth stopping in and trying...
quiet cafe with the unusual option of a zombie white, which are beans roasted for a shorter period of time, less acidic. they also have a small selection of pastries. cash only.

Had my first white zombie with oat milk just now! Has a slightly burnt taste of the roasted beans, interesting smooth and smoky texture. The apple Danish was also scrumptious, ate in one foul swoop. Can see this being a new pick me up spot!!
