Great coffee. Great bagels.
ALWAYS excellent coffee and the people are helpful and all around great
Great place, excelent coffee! Vegan food available
I love this place! Coffee is delicious and vibe is cute
Well mixed matcha lavender latte😊
The pistachio honey latte is incredible!
This was my first time in there and the ice coffee was great.
Small, but cozy! Very friendly staff, great latte.
Everything bagel with cream cheese, jelly, tomato and cucumber was great.
great sesame cream cheese bagel. Coffee is perfect!
Small, but cool place. Great options especially for the size of the place
Best bagels ever... Everytime it's a surprise for my palate...
I like this spot. Good prices for coffee and it is convenient.
Great coffee and wonderful David Lynch decor
A regular spot for me, good iced green tea
Their choice of music superb! Hearing Jeff Buckley started my day right!!! Just prepare for tight quarters 😊
I love this Coffeeshop. For over a decade, the only place to get an affordable toasted bagel, matcha, coffee or earthy muffin such as carrot ginger cream cheese bran muffins. Miss the pre covid days when a few people could sit inside. EDIT: indoor seating is back in 2022
Really lovely little spot with good service and good coffee. Very small space but definitely worth a visit.
Best coffee in the neighborhood, pleasant staff, and good bagels. Everything's always good.
Coffee is great, and the vibes are right. Wish they had more seating, but an excellent choice for grabbing a cup on the run.
Great price and great staff! Very positive vibes, always smiling even when it's packed. Thank you guys, you're doing a great job!
Great coffee! My wife and I loved their iced latte! If you are in the neighborhood you must try their coffee.
Had an Iced Matcha. The prices are decent, the drinks are good. I’d recommend trying this coffee shop.
Love the twin peaks theme and the coffee is excellent. I often buy a bag to take with me for home brewing.
As a David Lynch fan, I love it here. I really did have a damn good cup of coffee.
Very small cafe that is twin peaks themed. Very cozy and calm environment. The guy behind the counter was super friendly. There is a 4% discount if you pay in cash so I highly recommend bringing cash with you. I got a bagel with cream cheese and a small black coffee for less than $6. A pound of beans is only $15! Which is a steal in Bushwick. They will grind them for you if you ask. They have lots of different syrup flavors that I will definitely be trying next time I stop by.
This is a small, cozy spot with fresh bagels and kind baristas. I will be back!
excellent beans, a rich caramel flavor, and the reason to get up early on weekends and the muffins!!
5 Stars for the Twin Peaks theme. I was sad to see they no longer served the year round homemade pumpkin lattes or raspberry bars though. These were two of the main reasons that kept me coming back. Still recommend check out.
Such a wonderful coffee shop that acts and feels like it is the heart and soul of Bushwick. The staff are always so friendly and nice, plus the coffee and bagels are very tasty and very reasonably priced. This place is small but mighty and deserves all the praise for keeping smiles on our face every day, especially during the pandemic! Keep up the good work :)
The OG bushwick coffee shop. The new generation may not know it but this plus northeast kingdom (RIP) made bushwick what it is today. So happy to see it still going strong. Vive wyckoff Starr !
This is my go to spot for coffee on my way to work. The coffee is always fresh and the staff is very friendly. The bagels are delicious and the gluten free raspberry bars to die for! Only downside is the fact that they are using paper straws now, it kind of ruins my ice coffee.
First, and still best, coffee spot in the neighborhood (well, maybe not for sitting in, but that's fine). Beans are $13/pound (was $12 for years) for your at-home brewing. Day-old pastries (which are totally fine) are $1.50. The muffins are incredible.
This place is so much more than coffee. It is also bagels and croissants and tea and a bunch of other good snacks. The twin peaks vibe is dope af and the baristas make the most amazing art in my coffee that it makes me think they should be in the met.
This place was an unforgettable experience — it felt like being in the White Lodge! I really appreciate the owner’s attention to Twin Peaks and to every detail honoring David Lynch’s legacy. I even bought a mug and a T-shirt as souvenirs to remember this beautiful spot. I hope I get the chance to visit again!
beautiful place!! amazing coffee, incredible atmosphere love it <33 thank u!🫶🏻💗
Staff friendly and drip coffee is so cheap and tasty.
This is, excuse me, a damn fine establishment ❤️! I was in town for work and made my way from Greenwich Village to Bushwick JUST for this coffee shop. I am a die-hard David Lynch / Twin Peaks fan and this spot was first on my list as soon as I was free and let me say, it did not disappoint. Theming is lovely and well-executed, cute nods to TP all over. My iced latte was delicious!! And both the lady & gentleman at the counter were extremely warm and nice. I loved loved loved this charming, cozy spot. Can’t wait to be back! 🦉🔥☕️🏔️🏔️
sometimes i run to Bushwick--maybe that's symbolic of my need for an escape from Lower Manahattan or just a desire to be in a different neighb. either way, my coffee waystation of late has been Wyckoff Starr. it's a very small shop--eclectic, artsy-ish, & welcoming. there are a couple of seats inside but to me that's the incentive--go out and explore Bushwick with "a damn fine cup of coffee" in hand. there's a menu of coffee drinks plus a selection of savory as well as sweet eats. while the interior is a tight squeeze if too many people walk in--the layout is uncluttered and has character. an Americano, here, has been more than adequate for that hot caffeine kick with roasted java flavor. the staff is genuinely friendly. the nods to "Twin Peaks" are a nice touch.
Great coffee! The make some great lattes and the staff are very polite!! Would totally recommend this place for some quick quality coffee and chill around.
A damn fine cup of coffee and a real, sweet, cherry pie of a treat. Just beware of the owls.
Absolutely my favorite coffee shop ever: the twin peaks theme tickles me every time and that’s to say nothing of the quality of the beverages. The taste is unmatchable in the neighborhood and maybe even the world. Also, I’m always impressed by the music selections. You’ll never hear the same thing twice and you’ll never hear anything that sucks. Thank you everyone at Wykoff Star for a damn fine cup of (decaf) coffee! 🫶🙏 you’re all amazing. And the owls are not what they seem.

Probably best coffee in this area. The AC was blasting which I did appreciate on such a hot day. Young guy behind the counter was very friendly. Would definitely come back.
Aw man, I feel lucky to live near this gem. Great + affordable(!!!) coffee, unpretentious service, incredible decor…I love this place.
There are a lot of coffee shops in this area, most of which can range from fantastic to just fine on any given day, but W/S never disappoints. I have had a range of drinks from their menu and it is always fantastic, high-quality coffee.
A wonderful coffee shop in the area with great service and good food. The baristas are all friendly and prepare drinks quickly. There is some seating inside but it is mostly a grab and go establishment , very close to Maria Hernandez park.
This is the best coffee shop in the NYC area. It’s cute, cozy, and the coffee is the smoothest blend I’ve ever had. Their lavender syrup is also the best around, and their seasonal lattes are all amazing. I could go on and on. Every time I stay in Bushwick, I make sure to come here and get a latte and a Casanova bagel. Sooooo good. The shop is themed after the show Twin Peaks and even though I’ve never seen the show, I’ve been inspired to start watching it because of this shop. Everything about this shop is awesome.
I’m getting my car fixed and need to keep myself busy. Such a comfy, peaceful vibe. Got a mocha latte and everything bagel, yummy. Love the decor. Def pop in for a pleasant experience.

Cozy lil spot to grab a coffee & chill for a moment!
Good selection of coffees and teas.
Despite the lack of seating and overly cool attitude, this is a great spot to enjoy an iced-coffee and a coconut mango muffin.
The coffee is not bad if you don't mind Starbucks prices
Reasonable coffee at a reasonable price. Would be better if coffee was brewed fresh.
Cute little coffe shop with funky seating and great lattes.
We got some great topped bagels here. Very tasty.
Great cold brew. Super fast service.
Good coffee! No tables to do work here
Like the Twin Peaks theme with appropriately good coffee.
Lost a star because the stupid lids they’ve had for a couple months now leak and have ruined multiple outfits and spilled all over my car.
Very good coffee from a neat little shop. Nice selection of coffee and espresso that tastes very good. The staff is friendly and prepares a great cup of coffee. Perfect to take with you while exploring the nearby street art.
nice folks, twin peaks themed coffee shop. they have oat and almond milks, fun flavors, pastries. their chai is not my favorite.
Long-standing cafe with solid coffee and good energy. Not much seating at all so it's more of a takeout spot.
The least offensive cold brew. Nice folks behind counter. Pumpkin Apple Walnut muffin very good. Calm vibes and minimal pretense.
Popped in for a quick espresso shot. $3.50. Hit the spot on a windy snowy day. Smidge bitter though.
I wasn’t super impressed. It was nice and clean but not the best for food. I would pick somewhere else to go for breakfast.
This is a great little coffee shop. Super tiny with not much space to hang. Had an almond milk matcha - AMAZING. They didn't make it sweet and it tasted so natural. Only downfall is they can't make it iced. But it was amazing hot. Prices are reasonable. Service is good. Not the friendliest. But good.
My favorite little cafe in Bushwick for a hot americano or iced coffee and a toasty bagel with a hefty amount of creamed cheese. They are one of the OGs they’ve been there for over a decade
This is a small neighborhood coffee shop plus more, including vegan goodies. We came here and it’s next door to Queen restaurant. So after lunch we went in to explore their coffee and it was good. The service is great and the guys are friendly. It’s a great place to stop for coffee or something more!
Tiny but mighty spot. The cold brew was pretty good. There are only a handful of seats inside or outside, so would recommend getting things to-go in case you don't get a seat. Friendly staff.
I was working on this area and wanted to try out some ice coffee on this hot summer day. First glance, the place is small but the background and atmosphere is great. They have some nice artwork and nice decor. I ordered their cold brew with whole milk and to me the coffee did taste a little bland and watery. They did offer sugar and also liquid sugar which is a plus while other coffee shops just offer cane sugar and sweeteners. Overall, I wish the coffee was a bit stronger to my liking.

Good coffee, small neighborhood location with a handful of seats (unfortunately, no public rest room). The area has a fair amount of street art...take a tour if you want the background or just look around.

Pastry was decent but the coffee was meh.
I've noticed a weird thing here. If the lovely ladies there are working...the coffee is great. Strong but not bitter. If the guys are working, the coffee is weak and reminiscent of dishwater. SO I guess if the guys are working and you need a cup of coffee that is great...go elsewhere, I think they skimp on the grounds. But you can't beat it if the ladies are working.
Nice staff but the cappuccino was honestly terrible, not hot and really disappointing. Just sayin! Great location though.
Their coffee tastes more like bodega coffee than coffee shop coffee. It’s not bad. But it’s just ok. And their pastries are very mediocre, too. Friendly staff though.
Coffee isn’t the best quality but their that also goes for their baked goods but convenience is nice.
My iced chai latte with oat milk was so good! The barista girl was a sweetie and very pleasant, good at her job. Their baked goods are tasty also. Got the banana bread and scone. Only downside was the older cashier gentleman with beard. CRANKY and IMPATIENT. My sister took seven seconds to decide which croissant to get and the guy almost had a heart attack. Does not look at you in the face, no greetings in and out the door. A neighborhood coffee shop should be inviting and pleasant, not stressful because you’re imagining the cashier cursing in his head at you.
Wyckoff Starr.. I love you but for the love of GOD please get better lids. I used to grab something to go on my way to work every morning, but I stopped because the lids would leak all over me every time. Decided to grab a tea this morning and this is what it looks like after 20 mins on the train — I haven’t even had a sip yet. It’s all over my pants 😭

Hipster coffee joint with only a fleeting notion of what a macchiato is (that makes me a macchiato hipster I suppose). It's redeeming quality is the lack of competition around.
Coffee is great. Just wish the old guy fills up the cup. All the other staff fills it up fine. If you see him there, just come back another day.

The place was cramp, the employees especially the cashier was a awfully rude and were very belittling and super careless I don’t suggest you coming
Went with quite a large group and the staff were extremely rude and aggressive.
