One of the better craft brew spots in Bryan, chill atmosphere, ice house vibes where everyone's friendly and down to earth. Wide variety of drafts and a well rounded selection of drafts on tap always as well as smaller runs.

N
Nick Collins

Friendly locally owned and opperated bar in downtown Bryan. Free onsite parking. No cover unless for specific events. Weekend nights there are food trucks.

Bartenders are really down to earth and nice. Drinks are affordable and I hope this place invests into more lighting and advertising for their social media pages.

Thoroughly enjoyed it! Good location, great layout, better service! Open mic nights are FANTASTIC. Highly recommend!!

Probably the best craft beer bar in CSB. Most of the great stuff is in cans though. Just ask for a glass.

When I find myself in the Valley of the Brazos, I always wet my missile whistle at the 101! Great bar, rad music venue, ALL ARE WELCOMED, gorgeous bartenders, dog friendly, fantastic vibes, cool music, heated patio, and generally a wonderful hang right in downtown Bryan. Support this local gem.

Great bar, great community! This is an excellent place to grab a beer or drink and hang out. There's plenty of outdoor seating and a stage for music/performances.

The 101 has a relaxed atmosphere and a good beer selection. The owner is a really solid guy, and knows about what he's serving. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and they are animal friendly.

Friday February 16th 2024. We'll go down as one of my favorite shows on tour. So far. This tour started In March of 2023 band the Arkhams opened up for the meteors. The band that invented psychobilly period after playing many shows in Texas all over the State. This was easily the best scene the swift drag. Bran the mystic , and all the other bands were spectacular and made for a very high energy show that will live on in my memory forever

M
Michael Neal

Great environment, love the local and non-local bands, beer availability is awesome, and easy to access location.

M

It’s a good place to hang out with friends. They have live shows every now and then. Bartenders are cool and friendly. I’d love for them to have more alcohol options, however. The cat there is so adorable!

K

This place is rad! Huge outdoor seating, inside seating is open air with the 3 large garage doors open. Staff is super friendly, all wear masks. Excellent local beers and wines, and they have food. Dogs welcome, and great for live music.

There is no better place to get your drink on downtown. This place has a touch of old Bryan in its bones despite being new. This is the place to go to hear good music and find interesting people. The price of drinks are very reasonable, and often there is some sort of food being prepared that is force to be reckoned with. Check this place out if you haven’t yet!!!

K
Kathy Mcpherson

Unusually great music going on here right now, 12 July, 9:25 pm! Amazing guitar picking and vocals by Joel Allan, and great guitarist and vocals Dawson Holland.

B
Brett Hamilton

The staff was very friendly and they have a big selection of beers. Dog friendly too and tons of table top games!

Chill, and awesome bar. Love the old bones of the converted auto shop. Great drink recommendation from bar staff.

Great place, had so many great memories of moshing with my friends to punk and metal. This is the only place to go to if you're a punk Ag! I have had some of the best memories here. The best part is, under 21s are allowed, they are careful to mark us for no booze and we all stay safe and have fun. Moshed for hours and chilled with my friends. Thank you for some of the best times of my life thus far, 101!

This place is my favorite bar in town when it's slow. When it's busy it becomes a bit overwhelming for me personally. I love the crowd and the atmosphere. Percilla (sp?) bartender went above and beyond making sure everything was good as I was DDing for coworkers. Folk-Punk vibes *not political*, everyone is welcome here.

Fun, freewheeling, laid back atmosphere. Great staff and a nice variety of live musicians throughout the month. Also regularly hosts special events like Drunk Shakespeare, drag shows, karaoke, and community fundraisers. Very dog friendly. Not much for vegetarians. Primarily a bar.

A

Hip local psuedo-dive bar with bohemian/scene kid/punk vibes, friendly staff, and a great beer selection. A culture and community hub for Bryan and the local music scene. Events often support other small businesses and organizations with flea market syle booth space.

E

Phenomenal live music venue with great drinks and atmosphere.

One of our new favorite places! Great place to relax and be outdoors. Drinks were great and hot dog stand out front was delicious! Sangria was so good!

Really don’t get out much but a buddy got me out to 101 last night and it’s my kinda spot. Came here from the Midwest so “alternative” “metal/hardcore” bars are my preferred spot and this place seems like that kinda joint based off the crowed and everything. Definitely be back out here. Staff was killer.

Entirely weird and wild Austin feel. Found my new reg bar. Can't stay away from the dark colors and strange people along with the bands playin.

This place is a 4.5. Great beer selection, helpful and friendly staff, live music, food truck. Great place. It's an old service station converted into an indoor/outdoor bar. Mugs weren't chilled but the beer is cold. Really fun spot.

Good selection, fun atmosphere, good prices. I went to the June 20th drag brunch, the Queens were fabulous and it was very fun. The food was very good and the chef was very kind and accommodating. The seating is mostly outdoors, which is a bit of a mixed bag. There is lots of space and room for games, but you will have to put up with cigarette smoke and the Texas heat. I look forward to returning when the weather is a bit cooler.

I was pleasantly surprised. Good draft craft beer on tap and many canned and bottled beer. Full bar. 4 or 5 sandwich choices " hornitos" decent but don't go for the food!

Rude staff. I asked the bartender a question cause I *couldn’t see* something up on the board, she shouted something unintelligible at me then walked away before I could say anything else. I stood in line for OVER FORTY-FIVE MINUTES, and then didn’t even get a single drink cause she was so rude.

Poor social skills. Will loose drink sales from long waits from both bartenders that nite I came . Failed to mention shows that were coming and sounded so bored to be working thier shifts .

This place is pathetic!!! Yes PATHETIC!!! I have a friend who occasionally hung out there was told he could no longer come back because of the way he look.. The guy dresses well sort of like a cowboy and has a cowboy style mustache. Over all a nice well put together guy.I take it this place is for the ratchet only. This is in my book is disrespectful and discriminatory

B

I did not appreciate getting hounded by a "suggested donation " for the band, upon entry. Tell me it's a cover charge. I asked if it was required and was told yes. Ooookay. Bummer because we pass by here all the time and we've been looking for a local spot. Guess we'll keep looking
