This is a such a rare and great Pizza Hut. The cooks follow directions and made the food with absolute care. The front service is top notch by being polite and professional. I’d drive from Kyle to get better service and food from here.
Felt compelled to note that the last delivery I had (6/29/25) was the best I’ve had from any pizza delivery company in years. That pizza slapped hard, everyone at the house agreed. Keep that staff on everyday.
The food was good. The service was not so good. I was missing the wings I ordered. When I called to get them delivered, I was told it would take a hour. I wish they were accountable for there mistakes. I understand mistakes happen. Customer service could be better.
Jaclyn looks over worked and under paid her attitude wasn’t that great. And she had headphones one asked me twice what I wanted girl cut the music down! After waiting 15 minutes, I went to ask about my pizza and was told it was dropped and I would be another 9 mins of my lunch break , and I asked for a discount or coupon and the cook said he would ask. No one said anything.
POS place. We placed an order @4pm today and was told by 6:45pm it would be ready for pick up. What is the point of placing the order if you guys aren’t going to keep up with online orders? Mind you it was for a party. Management did nothing to help save the night only got a “sorry” what is that BS! Never will I order from you guys again.
Ordered pizza, a 50 dollar order and I had to cook it when it arrived. All of it. The pizza was so doughy. Wings were undercooked, I’m afraid to try the cinnamon bread. When I called to correct it they offered me a ten dollar credit, mind you the delivery fee it self was 5 dollars. Never again. First three are before I cooked the food. Next two are during and the last two is after. I don’t own a pizza pan soooooooooo that made it even worse.
I've been a customer for eight years and this has been one of the most HORRIFIC experience I have had. Not only was my food cold and stiff, I was missing my 2 liter. When I called the female who answered sounded like she didn't want to be there and didn't care. The assistant manager Sabrina had the same attitude. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
Over the last two weeks we have had issues with this place. On 01/04, we got an order for a large pizza in the evening about an hour before close. When we got the pizza delivered to us, you could tell it was not fresh as it was dry and burnt probably from many times that it went through the oven and with a missing slice. The pizza still had a the seal sticker from the restaurant, so it was not the delivery person. We reported this by calling next day and we spoke to someone to report this in a friendly way and as an opportunity for them to train their team. The man we spoke to said he would give us a refund. Never got it. Last night 01/11, we ordered another pizza in the evening at around 10:00pm. The order was cancelled at 10:51, 9 min before closing. We called and got to a customer service line that hung up on me because I asked to speak to someone at the store. By the time I called again they were closed. We gave this place a second chance, but we are never ordering from here again.
How do you make pizza that is still doughy and burnt and the same time? They started making the pizzas a lot thinner too and the sauce doesn’t even taste like tomatoes anymore. They didn’t even cut all the way through the pizza . Everything’s run through door dash now and the lady was rude even though I gave Pizza Hut the gate code and her I still needed to go all the way to the gate to get it and she had no customer service skills. Wish I could take back my generous tip and give her less or at least rate her on door dash but I can’t. This was pretty much the last straw with pizza in the Austin area none of them are running like they used to and I’d rather just get frozen pizza from now on.
My wife called in five pizzas at 1:12 p.m. I showed up at 1:45 p.m. to pick the pizzas up for my daughter's birthday party and I get in there and they tell me my wife never called them or talked to them then I showed them screenshots of my wife's call log and show them their number on it and where she talked to them for 5 minutes. Then was rude and never would admit that they talk to her and just forgot to put in the order kept saying that we didn't call and place the order. Then refuse to give me any kind of discount if I wanted to order the pizzas from them and wait another 30 minutes. Very poor service and will definitely be talking to HR.
Bought 2 pizzas, expecting the price to be as advertised. But the guy said it "rang up 7.99 and can't change the price" Please help me understand why it's even advertised as this price for everyone to see then?? I asked for a manager and he said he was and couldn't do anything I waited there and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes but took 30 minutes!Terrible customer service
I previously gave this location 5 stars but service has gone way down. The last two times I’ve ordered they’ve completely ignored the LIGHT CHEESE and EXTRA SAUCE lines on my order. Once is a mistake. Twice in a row is a problem. See pictures. Edit 1/28/2024: gave them another shot and on e again my request for extra sauce (which was entered on their app both on the order itself AND in the additional comments) was completely ignored. Dry pizza is a waste of my time and money.
Tried ordering delivery on a Saturday which was the first mistake. App says it will be here in 25-35 minutes we come up to an hour after placing the order and call the store. Tell them I will just pick up and get there and the pizza was out for delivery. Pizza is already late and I see someone came to deliver 45 minutes after the quoted time. If I would have known this I would have just picked this up. Lastly the guy at the counter was doing their best to help. He was the only reason I did blow up as he was trying his best to handle people coming in and computer issues. The new manager that didn’t know how to handle this situation and asked the counter guy what to do. Lastly I was told my pizza would be remade and take 15 minutes. 15 minutes later it was never made. My recommendation is to improve your app to be more accurate also promote the counter guy to a manager or team lead. He did great in assisting the new manager on what to do, when the manager should have some knowledge on what to do and not ask should I call to get it fixed…
This was my go to pizza place even though i live in San Marcos. Friday order the big box. Tell me they are out of square pans have to cancel. Manager says they can still do it using round pans. Perfect come home give me cheese pizza ordered pepperoni and the other meat lovers! 🤮 call they are going to reimburse me. Call Wednesday to see about getting refund. Manager says she will give me a large pizza. Order go pick it up. They give me the wring order. Geez. Call again they say your pizza is still here again wrong order. They are going to reimburse again. This place has gone down hill! Staff when answer phone no hello how can i help you. They go straight into we are busy right now its going to be another 20 minutes before i can take your order. No thank you no welcome. Also that Friday there was a cashier who had a jacket on and it was filthy really nasty. See pic below of pizza i got with no cheese and pepperonis look old.
The pizza arrived 30 late, cold and over cooked. Oh and it was like I was eating a paper plate with pepperoni and a hint of cheese with a ton of grease! The crust was so thin it was nasty chewy! We ordered the pizza so we didn’t have to cook due to a death in the family and it was such a let down!
