Fish and Shrimp Buffet opening day Bisons baseball.
Best place to have dinner before or while enjoying a Buffalo Bisons baseball game. Staff is wonderful and outgoing. Buffet is always spectacular and great tasting.
Excellent restaurant inside Coca-Cola Field. There are many seats with good views of the field. Call ahead to get good seating especially during warm weather. Excellent place to see a game in April.
We went on Vladdy bobblehead day and Laurie waited on us. One of our group members has a severe peanut allergy, and we asked a couple of questions to see what was safe to eat. Between Laurie and the chef they were looking through invoices and even called their supplier to try to find the information needed for our piece of mind. Such amazing service!!! They went above and beyond our expectations!!! Thank you Laurie and chef!!! You started our day off with a smile!!! From the Bush's and the Elliott's
Beautiful inside ! Went in there for a r&b night and it was super chill the vibes were great and a full open bar! Would definitely visit again!
Great food. Huge portions. If you get a window seat it's a perfect vantage point for the game.
Great place to eat at a stadium!! The food is really good and spicy. The employees are very nice and polite
Highly recommend Consumer's Pub at the Park, great customer service, friendly staff and the Manager Kailey Gyorffy and her assistant manager Amy do an amazing job and the food is great and lots of great choices! We were recently invited to a private party at The Pub at The Park. The facilities were generally clean, it was comfortable and a nice venue for the birthday party. The food was simple but perfect for the occasion (hot dogs, burgers, taco bar, salad bar, pasta bar etc.). The service staff were all friendly. The lighting in the restaurant is dim in some corners, but better than overly bright. There is a view of the ball park, but it was night time and hard to see. Overall a good experience. Tip: It's on the second level if entering from outside. Take the elevator to the second level.

To cold from seating at game to eat but chicken wing soup was hot and filling. Wish had a better view of game board. Field view was good right next to window.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining room nicely decorated. The food selection and quality on this mid-week afternoon was only average.
Great place to eat, drink, and watch the game. Though I miss the being able to order a la carte.

It's been 4-5 years since we've been. Craft beer selection is good but the buffet has gone downhill alot from our last visit. Waitress was great and atomsphere is great but was truly disappointed in food selection.
Not a bad place to eat. There's not much of a selection. The bathroom needs cleaning, hand soap and hand towels.

Terrible food. Waitress was wonderful. Warm cottage cheese. Cold corn on the cob. Dry, hard, cold, tasteless wings. Cold hot dogs. Undercooked cornbread. Stale cold fries. The only thing that was fresh was pre packaged rolls. They should be embarrassed by the food they had out and how long it had been out for. The waitress said she thought they had been changing it out, but it didn't make any difference, as nothing was fresh on multiple trips... Don't waste your money!
If you are headed to a Friday night bash be wary of the promoted happy hour. On 4/25/25 at the bar right by the main entrance they promoted a 5PM-7PM HH (and even have a separate clock counting down to 7PM!). Our group ordered drinks at 6:50 and the bartender rang up a price 3X more than expected to our surprise. He then said his manager shut down happy hour at 6:30. He didn’t think to communicate this ahead of pouring our drinks. They didn’t offer us happy hour prices as promoted and the manager wasn’t even at the bar to help navigate this. Poorly managed situation and we all felt like they pulled a fast one due to poor attendance. Not cool…
Absolutely disappointed! Pettibones started going down the last few years it was open but this place is pathetic....not sure how people gave it good reviews. I've had season tickets since war memorial days...and this now sucks. No more menu for diet options just a really crappie dried out buffet for $20.00, no more bucket Rolling Rocks....all sad. Buffet under Pettibones so much better it use to have a salad bar, meat carver so the meat was tender. Consumers NEVER AGAIN stick to selling beer at your store. Server's and bar tender are friendly and good.
One of the things we use to enjoyed about going to the bison's games was going to Consumers pub at the park until July 29th. I made reservations for 4:30pm because that's what they recommend you do. We arrived at 4:15pm when we got to the elevator security told us that the restaurant was closed for a wedding I told him we had reservations he told me you are about the fourth person that has told him that. I called the restaurant in the next hour 4 times which they couldn't be bothered to pick up. I called a few more restaurants in the area but they were all full so like the night before after waiting an hour to get in the park we had a hotdog. The next day I called and left a message for the manager to call me no response the next week I left another message again no response. I called again and asked the lady who answered to put me thru to her voice mail which she did. I said in my message that i asked the women who took my reservations if they still have a sit down menu and a buffet or just a buffet and she said she wasn't sure and she also took my cell phone number so when they closed the restaurant why couldn't they have called to warn me I also told her I wasn't happy again she doesn't return my call. So that's it for us we won't go back I will look every season on the bisons webpage and look at the managers. We won't go back as long as she is the Manger I am worried about the future when customer service means absolutely nothing
