RECENTLY REMODELED. The inside and exterior were updated to give a newer look. They seemed to have stepped it up in the kitchen as-well my food came out very hot and fresh unlike before. Seems like new management has everything under control now.

Service was fast, efficient and friendly! Clean establishment as well. Food gets a 4 out of 5 mainly due to the cherry poppers were just not good and tasted like they had been sitting a while which may not be the establishments fault as they could just taste this way. Overall would recommend going here and trying for yourself vs the bad reviews!
12-15-2023 @ 9:40PM I came through for some food after my shift. The people in the drive thru were so nice. The employee at the window recommended a sauce that was new to me - Buffalo ranch. Excellent service.
I gave up on KFC around the U.S. because why was the chicken so dry.. But THIS location?? Juicy. Crispy. Actually seasoned. The staff is fun, orders are always right (and I’m there way too often to test that). My KFC addiction has officially been resurrected.

I had the hot honey strips, very good. The new waffles and chicken strips are very good, add the Mt. Dew Sweet Lightening and you got yourself a delicious meal. I will be back
Service here is pretty good. I've never had a problem with my order, it's always accurate. 90% of the time I go through the drive-thru the only time I have to really wait is for the other customer trying to make up their mind. I very much appreciate the $5 fill-ups, I'm totally impressed with the quality freshness and the amount of product. For $5 you get three tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, delicious biscuit, cookie and a soda! Another one of my favorites is the chicken pot pie totally amazing and even better than Marie Callender's!

I dined in this establishment with my wife 6 years ago to the day. I purchased the KFC donut sandwich as there was an ad in the newspaper for this particular item in the sports section. It has since been discontinued. I did not enjoy the sandwich. It was yucky. Later in the week, my wife purchased a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts. Her coworker purchased a 5 piece tender combo from the local Popeyes in Oxnard. They paired the two items together with honey and said that it was better than the KFC donut sandwich I had earlier in the week. They did not share. I was disappointed. I told my wife that all I wanted for this most recent Christmas (2025) was a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and a 3 piece tender combo from Popeyes, but all she got for me were some expensive concert tickets instead. How disappointing.

Made an order for 2 buckets of chicken. Waited 40 minutes after the order. The order had disappeared from their screen. It does not take 40 minutes to fry chicken. Absolute incompetency, and what, they couldn't be bothered to give anything more than "sorry" for wasting so much time?
Absolutely terrible service from the get-go. Speaker not working or worker has clogged ears. Terrible attitude, forgot utensils and napkins, tenders tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for 2 hours, and the soda was watered down. Go to Chik Fil A instead.

As long as you don’t order online or go order through the lobby you should get your order in some what of a timely manner, the only thing this location cares about is their drive through times and those aren’t even accurate because they love to park people and make you wait just so their times look like they are quicker than they really are, wonder if the owner is even aware of this. I go into the lobby to pick up an order and you will be told be right with you about three times before someone helps you. You are their bottom priority if your in the lobby. Went in there today April 19 2021 at about 5pm and manager walked right in front of me as I was trying to ask a question and said she would be with me in a second but went to the back to make chicken pot pie’s. Very unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever.
The franchise owner should evaluate the job performance of “Dylan the manager”. Typically managers listen to the customer, assess the issue, and offer a resolution. Instead he immediately directed me to call corporate and file a complaint. Which I did, then let him know I took his advice. He still offered no apology. He’s arrogant to think his staff makes NO mistakes. I was shorted half of an $108 order and brought it to his attention. It took me arguing with him and proposing different options to get the missing part of the order. This is due to his stating “Once order is considered fulfilled there’s nothing we can do”. I will not be coming back to this location. The last of the reviews in the 3-4 months state service issues as well. Curious to know if it all stems from Dylan.

Last time I came through the drive through and asked original, I ended up old chicken that was probably sitting in the warmer for like 10hrs. Chicken was dry and hard…Going to Popeyes and I least I know there my chicken and order will be fresh and made right…
I want to get food for dinner spend $30+ dollars when I go home less than 30 minutes later and try to eat the chicken was to hard and NOt a single drop of juice came out of KFC. I called the restaurant a man answer said he was the manager very rude and unprofessional I told him about the food I had just pay for he refuse talk to me and refuse to give me credit for my $30 + dollars I had just spend there. He said I had called 1 hour later and they do not guarantee the food 1 hour later. I called headquarters I end up in the Philippines talked to 3 incompetent people 3 different times. I was promise a voucher well I never got it. I called again and was told they sent the voucher to wrong address. I called this afternoon ask for a manager a so call Supervisor/Manager Leiah told me because the voucher was already sent the store will have to contact me. I told her they made the mistake sending the voucher to the wrong address not my fault. Leiah reply the store have to contact you we cannot help you anymore. If it was $5.00 I won’t say anything but I paid over $30.00 this is b#%} 🤬.
