We ate at the Chick-fil-A on w.t. campus at the JBK, food and service were excellent. I am in a wheelchair and went with my son who works on WT campus the associates of Chick-fil-A were very attentive very accommodating and polite. I highly recommended is it place for lunch🙏🏽👍🏽

It’s on the campus. We’ve been on the road for 7 hours and decided on this place for lunch... only to find out it’s located within the campus. 3 stars because I love Chick-fil-A but this one is not driver friendly.

I ordered a grilled chicken club and a large waffle fry. I was given a small fry and a spicy fried chicken sandwich. That was the wrong order but I was already at work so I couldn’t exchange it. Even if I wanted to exchange I wasn’t given a receipt for proof.

Wanted to items out of their menu and they did not even have them one was The wrap and for instead of fries I wanted fruit and they don't have that either Only reason I went because my friend was going and I knew I shouldn't have gone there I wish they would have the full menu not just some of the menu of a real chick fil A
Dosent even honor the rewards app despite being apart of the company. Never has enough in stock. Dosent help out stidents at all.
