On Saturday night, Oct. 7, 2017, I took my family to grab a quick bite on the way to the opera--yes you read that right. A young man, about 17, was working the front counter and was one of the most helpful I'd ever seen! He even helped take a family picture for Facebook; of course eating in style! He's the kind of man that restores one's faith in the future of America. What a guy, what an experience!

This one is set up similar to the one on Bell street in Amarillo. The menu looked identical and the same consistent great taste. I had the salad ole with beef, beans and added some sour cream and their mild hot sauce all in a crisp and crunchy tortilla bowl. Very tasty!

It's great. Ground beef is not too spicy. Salsa is great. Guacomole is the best - no peppers.(I am allergic to the seeds in the peppers). Pretty good service. My grandson thinks the fries are the best.

The staff was friendly and quick to take my order. If you are in a hurry, this is the secret place to get a great tasting, filling breakfast. The Big Breakfast Plater is a satisfying meal consisting of a heaping helping of scrambled eggs, perfectly cooked sliced bacon, hash browns and a fresh hot biscuit. It's got to be best "fast food" breakfast available.

I went here and for under $2 got a good lunch. Beans and cheese and a good sized coke. You can't find a decent lunch for anywhere near that price anywhere else. It was healthy (The beans and cheese ☺️) very tasty and it filled me up. Not only that the young man who waited on me through the drive-up window was polite and friendly and even gave my dog a treat. He even asked first if he could do that. I will come here again. You just don't get service like that at those prices in today's world. And I needed to take the time to spread the good word about it.

Who can beat French fries with salsa? Taco meat on a bun? Great tostadas/chalupas/or whatever you want to call a flat crisp corn tortilla with layers of yum. Choices of bean, guacamole, meat, cheese, lettuce, etc.

Gotta have it. Ask for hot sauce--you get a hand full. Try asking for ketchup at McDonalds. Seeming anything over a couple of little messy packets may topple the entire MCDONALDS EMPIRE.

Nice employees with prompt service. I've eaten at Taco Villa since I was a kid (quite some time ago) & I'm so happy they don't mess with what works. They food is good and they menu stays pretty much the same. I remember when this location was down the street & we'd race thru town on our lunch break in high school. It's too bad they don't franchise. Taco Villa is hands down better than Taco Bell. Although I don't live anywhere near the Panhandle anymore every time I come home for a visit I make a point to eat at Taco Villa!

The person taking the order at drive up, on Thursday june 16th 2022 at 1:15pm didnt seem to maybe feel well. She did not greet me only took the order and gave the price. Perhaps she was having a bad day, just no personality at all very blah. I hope her day got better

First time at a Taco Villa. They are kinda expensive for what you get. I got the taco & combination burrito combo. They were both good. The taco had a huge amout of finely grated cheese on it and a whole slice of tomato. Very tasty! The hot sauce was really good too.

Tacos were very good. Meat could have used a little more flavor...fries were fresh n hot. Servicer was sub standard. Asked him questions and there was little to no response or help. I would return again because of the food!

We had takeout here on 25 May and were more than a little disappointed. Our burritos were, to say the least, small. The top quarter is only tortilla, and then the "meat" of the burrito is way less than I've ever seen. I know times are tough but at least give us the option for a bigger burrito at a higher price.

I like using apps these days for the rewards and free food you get from them, but this Taco Villa isn't with the times yet because the nearest location is In Clovis where i can use the app. I can't even redeem my free bean burrito for signing up in the app unless I go to Clovis or Lubbock. Today will be my last time eating here until they get the app up for this location. All your competitors can do it, so can you. This is 2025. Come on, get with the times.

Always check your drive-up order before you leave. It's so frustrating because this TV never gets all of your order in the bag.

They don't give you utensils to eat with, and they're constantly pulling you up to save that drive time. And nobody was in front or behind us when they made us pull up.

Very nice and clean but the food was sone of our least favorite fast food tex-me we havery tried. The meat and beans are flavorless. We would not return if there were other options available.

We went here late one night for a lite dinner.. Boy were we disappointed! We ordered 2 tacos, a Guadalajara, and a nacho Deluxe.. We went through the drive through, and when we were handed our food with no receipt, we had to literally wave repeatedly to the drive through worker to ask for our receipt? When we got our food, she shut the window and wouldn’t come back to the window? We drove to the parking lot, went in to show them that we got NO MEAT on our nacho Deluxe? The cook, took our nachos and blobbed some meat on top that resembled a cow Pattie? It was done with a touch of frustration, spite, or anger? Is that kind of practice even allowed? To take a customers order that had been given to the customer, then they bring it INTO the store, and the cook just opens our order and slings some meat on there? I’m a nurse, so I care greatly about being sanitary, so does that even sound sanitary? Most places will throw your order away and make a new order correctly? He didn’t even offer that until I CALLED THEM? By this time, I was disgusted, my friend was mad and our food wasn’t even hot? I don’t know ? But it was absolutely unnecessary to treat your customers like that? PLUS.. we were THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE? It’s seemed obvious that we seemed to “INCONVENIENCE THEM?” We left, my friend was very upset, and I called back to the store to see why they were so accommodating since we were their ONLY CUSTOMERS? The cook answered the phone and admitted he’s the one who put the “extra meat” on our nachos? There was NO MEAT IN THEM? “EXTRA MEAT” really? If you look at a pic on their menu, you see the nachos Deluxe that we were ordering.. On the top, it shows a scoop of meat, a scoop of sour cream and a scoop of guacamole! We had none? They were not hot or fresh, and the same thing with my tacos and her Guadalajara? We will NEVER return to this store!

Worst service ever today. Still haven't gotten our order today and have been here for 45 minutes so far. First gave our order to someone else then when we did get food it was all wrong. Now have been inside waiting for over 30 minutes to get the right food. Everyone else has come and gone and we are still waiting.

Every time we’ve gone to this location our toco shells are stale. I’ve talked to them several time’s & obviously it doesn’t do any good because they don’t fix the problem.

Very unprofessional staff cussing very loudly from back and also a cook was burping very loud and all the other employees just stood there and laughed, very inappropriate. Need better management for sure.

The workers here are extremely rude. A manager came up to our table and screamed at us to be quiet in front of the whole restaurant because we were talking loudly. There was a much better way to confront us about this incident. The rest of the employees just glared at us and acted annoyed when they got my order wrong. Very unprofessional. Another customer came up to us and apologized for how we were treated.

There were some hairs in the nachos. I have asthma so if I get covid, it could possibly be really bad for me. Please tell your employees to maybe slick back their hair, wear better hair nets or something. Everyone else can enjoy this place but I think I'm good.

I always love to eat here, but today for lunch I was very disappointed! Ordered Taco's which hardly had anything in them, paper thin! Combination burritos were soaked with grease and mexi fries were smashed because they threw everything on top of them. I felt like my food came from Taco bell!

Not good. Some employees were nice. Most were not. And there was some lady who looked to be the manager or owner who sat at a table doing paper work and giving people dirty looks. She kept doing this to my grandma and it made me mad enough to say something out loud. Will never go there again

Ordered some tacos with no tomato as I'm allergic to tomatoes through the drive thru, checked them in the parking lot, seen them on my tacos and took them back inside to get them remade. Got to the counter and the employee had to get a manager, so she comes back with this skinny blonde haired one I think her name was Christy or something, takes the tacos and grabs up the tomatoes off of them barehanded and hands them back to me. Now to be fair, I wasn't making a huge fuss about the problem I just asked to have some new ones made cuz I'm sure the tacos now have tomato juice on them(yes the juice itself I'm allergic to as well!)and this woman flat out refused! She got so upset with me because I was asking her to get an actual manager to the counter(someone who actually knows how fast food works!) and demanded I leave the premises and not to come back or she'd call the cops on me. Wouldn't recommend at least going at evening time, I usually only come to this location during lunch hours. Sorry I had to edit it to put in the date. This happened a few nights ago

So I just purchased two meat burritos for over $10 and they are the size of a taco bell soft taco. I am normally big on supporting our smaller chains here but at that price it's ridiculous. If you can't make decent food at an affordable price get out and make room for someone who can.
