Acai Cafe Cardiff Reviews
This place is genuinely the best place ever, me and my friend come like twice a week. It’s 10/10 everytime, they always nail it, and the service is so fast, so great if you’re in a rush. Atmosphere is very cute and decorated well and in a great location. Staff are always super friendly and helpful! P.S - would you guys ever consider adding nutella as a topping? i know a few of my friends would defo choose this! Thanks xx
Love love love this little gem of a shop! Such a cute, relaxed design in a stunning arcade. Can’t get enough of the açaí smoothie bowls. I think it’s an obsession! Staff are super friendly and service is great. 100% recommended!
I’ve come here twice with my colleagues on lunch and it’s so nice in here!! The guy who runs it is really patient and friendly and the açai itself is absolutely delicious ☺️ The first time my female colleague brought me there, I had never tried açai before but she was adamant that this place was amazing and she wasn’t wrong! I keep thinking of coming back it’s that good ! Would 1000% recommend this place!! ☺️
Absolutely stunning and delicious açaí bowl!! 😍 I wish they did more smoothie bowls and not just açaí as I would be there every day if they did. 😂 Great and lovely server as well. Will be back, thanks!
Best açai bowl!! 10/10!🍓 Will always call to Kiwi Bowls for my açai fix every time I’m in Cardiff.

Delicious and refreshing! Super friendly staff and very clean. It’s such a cute atmosphere. A hidden Cardiff gem! Feeling recharged.
I moved to Cardiff from Hawaii, where açaí bowls are super popular. I was so happy to find an açaí place here, and they’re pretty good!

It was okay, I personally didn't find the fruit bowl to be as good as I expected, it was okay, I might not come back again or maybe yes to try another flavour, maybe this fruit bowl just doesn't suite my taste i don't know. The service was okay, it wasn't slow, the shop is very simple, you pay at the counter and they bring the food to you to wherever you are seated. The staff is very kind and takes your allergies very seriously, they even wash their hands twice before preparing your food just to prevent cross-contamination, the fruit in the bowl feels quite fresh.
Really good acai! And good value for money for portion size :)

I really love their açaí, it’s one of my favorites! 💜 But honestly, the portion size keeps changing every time I order — same price, same order, but sometimes it’s full and sometimes it’s way less 😕 It’s frustrating.. consistency would make it perfect!!
Sometimes the Açai can be a bit too frozen, that is my only criticism
The bowls are nice, but I would have liked more fruit in it, as well as some actual honey, not the cheap squeezy type

First time at Kiwi this morning.I had been planning this visit for a long time as Açai is one of my favourite foods. I ordered the small açai bowl and it was almost empty but full of toppings. I thought I would be a regular customer but I was expecting an açai bowl for £7.90, the same price as a regular açai bowl in London. I have attached the photo just to show how empty it was, the portion is completely different to how they advertised. It’s a shame because the Açai was actually good quality. This photo was the first spoonful we had. I can't say I will be back.

Came first around 1 ish, and amazing. Quite happy. Came for a 2nd round at 3.45pm, and our bowl was barely filled with fruits or anything. We mentioned it to the waitress, and she gave some lame excuse about having to keep for other bowl as it is the end of the day. 1. You barely served any more bowl after this since you were about to close. 2. You took out bowls before and after us which was basically overflowing Not quite happy with the last serve. Makes you not want to repeat. Thanks
