My boys and I enjoy eating at Dickies. Family friendly and excellent staff. We will be back!

Really enjoyed my meal here. I have to get something to eat before I go grocery shopping and was pleasantly surprised to find a Dickey's! Food was really great. Baker was too big for me but I enjoyed it!

Used the free coupon for a free sandwich with the purchase of one of the yellow cups Dickies has been too expensive for me to enjoy for a long time, but I think I'm going to start making it a part of my weekly lunch or dinner routine.. it was absolutely delicious Don't mind the other reviews, go try them out.

I only love 1 server here making my meals and that's the tatted server who wear the glasses.. I think his name is Chris. His customer service is A1. He makes the best loaded potatos and slices the brisket the best way. If you visit, be sure to tip your server! They deserve it.

I have eaten at this location several times. Each time the food is consistently hot and delicious. A much better value than the other barbecue restaurants. The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. Never disappoints.

Dickey's BBQ on east Hebron has great drive thru service thanks to Cassandra, who gave me the senior's discount. The ribs were great, especially with their special sauce.

I have ordered out and occasionally dined in here a numbers of times this past year, every so often I find my experience being a little disappointing. (Bar-B Que sandwich and fries) and a chocolate cake that was more dried out than it should have been. But I keep coming back because I've had more positive experiences than bad ones. like yesterday the sandwich I ordered was perfect !!! the bun it was served on was nice and fresh. the chopped beef was incredible hot and perfectly served. I wasn't real crazy about the seasoning on the waffle fries, but they were good anyway. I skipped getting a dessert item. I arrived there just a little after 11 so maybe that might have had something to do with why every thing tasted so good this time. freshly cooked. either way I recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.

Decent food, a bit on the expensive side. Couldn't tell if it was open when I first drove up, front entrance was very dark. Ribs weren't very tender, jalapeno cheese sausage had way too much cheese. Brisket was on the lean side. The jalapeno barbecue sauce was excellent though.

Food tasted great. Guy cutting the meat didn't seem to want to be there. Ordered 2 potatoes and 1 meat chicken plate. He had to go back and get the chicken and didn't seem happy about that. I asked for extra sour cream on one of the potatoes and got maybe a total of a table spoon. Not extra, total. Looked like they were running low and he didnt want yo bother with getting more sour cream. They also forgot the sweet tea I asked for. Again food very good, service not so much.

Although pricing is great, but after church on Sunday we were really hoping for...not only good pricing, but good warm food - which we did not receive. The meet was cold, the mac n cheese was cold, the waffles fries were cold...and the biggest NO NO...the BBQ sauces were cold. Not very satisfied with our visit over the past weekend. Next time will probably travel a little further so that we can receive better quality food and sauce.

I purposely drive further to visit the Dickey’s on Hebron instead of Belt Line which is closer. Was very disappointed by my meal…got a sandwich combo to get a drink and fries with my chopped brisket sandwich. I could not drink the coke not due to the mix but funny taste either from their fountain needs cleaning or the ice but I threw it away. The bbq sauce tastes water-downed and that is part of the reason I will go to Dickey’s with all the other choices out there for their bbq saice.. Also, my brisket was bland and didn’t have much of a taste. I will not be visiting this location either in the future.

I had lunch here yesterday and was severely disappointed. It took forever to get my order placed and paid for as the employees seemed to be focusing on to go orders. Once I finally sat down to eat I was disappointed even further. The brisket was super dry and flavorless. The sausage was mediocre. The chicken was dry and cold. The mac and cheese tasted like it had been out since yesterday. The only thing that was fresh was the French fries. Absolutely not worth the $25 I spent for lunch.

Unfortunately, the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and there were gnats on the onions and pickles. The tea was good though.

First time at Dickey's. I was craving a baked potato. Well, I won't be back. While the potato was an average large potato, and was cooked well, the supposed decked out toppings I paid $13 for were almost nonexistent and left the potato very lacking and dry. The meat topping was ok (not particularly moist), but there was so little butter, sour cream, cheese & chives it was laughable. I had to add to it at home so it wasn't so dry. There was so little cheese and such that you could barely see it. Anyway, waste of my money and time.

As it was my first time in Texas, I tried the first place open close to the hotel. I order Uber Eats and was sorely disappointed. Bland, dry meats that without the sauce would have epically failed. Pork & Beans, calling it baked beans - sad. Sweet Tea without the sweet. I am scared of what else I may find in Dallas.

This place used to be a lot better than what it is now. They no longer serve hot bread rolls, killer it for me. Not coming back. The ice cream used to be real vanilla, now the ice cream looks like pale yellow color. Sad. I used to like it a lot.

Terrible! The prices are ridiculous and it was not clear what I actually paid for. The service was awful. How is this place even open? No one was eating there and they had zero cars in the drive thru. Don’t stop here you will be disappointed and ripped off at the same time. For the price go to an actual BBQ place like Hutchins or Hard Eight .. you will thank me

Great service but the food was terrible. The brisket was cold and dry. The sausage was cold and dry. The banana pudding had one banana and it was very very bland. Only good thing was okra which was cooked fresh upon request. Paid over $60 for a terrible meal. Won’t be back

I walk up to the door at 8pm on Saturday night with people still inside and at the register for the guy to tell me he’s closing up while wiping the door off. Sign said 9pm and wouldn’t have been a big deal if there weren’t other people eating and going through line. Didn’t want my business so I won’t ever go back. Also, don’t think BBQ is the only thing that guy smokes.

Didn't eat. Sign outside said $8.99 lunch special, pulled pork. So 1:25pm on Tuesday I walk in and order it. Gentleman behind the counter stands there watching his phone for a bit. Gentleman behind the counter, "we don't have that anymore...." Me: you have a sign out front... Gentleman: Yeah it's $10.99 now. Me: sign says $8.99 Gentleman: yeah well it's $9.99 now. Me: let me demonstrate the proper response to false advertising to get customers in your door, it's called walking out. Gentleman: what ever With that, I hope the next business there is better. There is absolutely nothing delicious about the food. The sides looked terrible and the brisket has zero flavor. I am not sure they actually smoked it. Tastes more like it was done in an oven the whole cook. No smoke ring and bark was non-existent. Not Texas barbecue! Follow-up - Dickey's responded, asked me to reach out to an e-mail address. I sent an e-mail to give them more information. They have not responded at all!

DO NOT EAT HERE.I ordered delivery and did not get all I ordered. The texas toast was a bun, not toasted. The cookies were dry and not good. Last time I went to pick up my order at the same location, there was one employee and over an hour wait. I highly recommend to NOT EAT HERE.

I ordered delivery on Monday at 5 p.m. at 8 p.m. I drove to the location and requested a refund because I had not received my order, nor had I received a call or email or any form of indication that they just weren't going to be bringing the food they accepted payment for. When I requested the refund and explained I had been waiting for three hours for the food I had ordered which had not arrived the manager didn't offer to fulfil the order and informed me that the owner's wife would have to perform the refund the following day. He asked that I email him my receipt and assured me that it would be handled. A week later and I still haven't received food nor refund. Odd way to conduct business if you ask me to take payment for nothing in return but an empty promise.

If you order online or via the app for pickup - the app and website will not allow customization to items easily, it eats the notes entered, does not update tracking so you can get earlier if it is ready and you are there or if you need to dash in to make sure that the drinks don't have ice or if you wanted extra sauce - because even if you manage to get the request in for it, it won't be in the bag. I have 3 drinks now none of us can drink bc they sat for 20 + minutes when I was watching the tracking to see when it would start prep so I could PREVENT that. So, 15 bucks of drinks undrinkable. And as I did not have any extra sauce - just 1 Lil cup - I am not able to eat the 19 dollar 2 meat plate I purchased. When I complained, I was told people just came and grabbed. Whatever. No offer to help fix it was made.

This location used to have good service and good food quality, disappointment in my las visit, poor quality food , the price is very expensive, establishment is extremely dirty, there was a spill on the floor in the middle of the dinner room and employees placed a warning cone instead of cleaning it, was left unattended during our visit, only 2 other customers present, ice cream machine not working, not coming back ever

Came up to the drive thru and the employees seemed surprised there was customers. When we arrived at the window they were confused that we ordered two combos. Our food tasted like plastic and glue and my drink tasted like it had dirt in it. Will not be back
