Let's be real dominos isn't that great. But this place is !! The best pizza I've had from a dominos is here. They go extra. Made really well every time. Even when they are super busy. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

I had a free pizza to redeem so I decided to pick it up at this location on my way home. It was ready in pretty much less than 10 minutes. Once I picked it up, it was hot and fresh and tasted very good. They get five stars from me for great food and great service.

Picked up pizzas. Hot and fresh. Mine actually had more cheese than I wanted (don't think I ordered extra cheese). Wouldn't have minded half the cheese and double the mushrooms. Still, the pizzas were fresh, hot, and nicely baked. Tasty!
I’d say 95% of the time Their GREAT; On Time, Order is Correct, Instructions Followed (like don’t knock on door call cell #) but, THAT OTHER 5%, It seems so simple an instruction too follow yet… a lot of the times they don’t follow it. REALLY 🤔, & they all carry cells so in case they can’t find the address. Also whats with taking 10 to 15 mins too deliver a pizza to a house 5 mins from the store. AGAIN REALLY 🤔

I placed my order and followed the Domino tracker. I received a notification, saying my order was ready for pick up, but guess what, my order wasn’t ready. I do not like being deceived, nor having my time wasted. Do better.
This used to be the best Dominos location in the area but not anymore. They can't get the basics right and tonight they argued with me about GF pizza 3 times. I ordered 2 GF pizzas online and was called to say they only had 1 crust. I had already paid and they insisted I take another crust. I explained I am allergic and need GF or nothing. Finally they canceled the order and said I should reorder 1 GF pizza. I did and had to pay again. When I arrived they gave me a non GF pizza and it wasn't even close since it was a large. They argued that it was larger so take it. I had to fight with them again to make the pizza I ordered. Then they made the wrong pizza and now didn't have any more GF crust and charged me again. So tonight I got charged 4 times for a pizza I never got. They refunded 3 but still didn't for the pizza they messed up and didn't put the toppings on I paid for. Don't order here if you need GF. This is a recent issue with this location the other owners were top tier. They need to go back for additional training. The manager called the next day and offered to make my order again.

I'm so upset to say that I can no longer support this location. I used to love this place but it has gone way down hill. The only reason I'm rating it two stars is because the pizza tastes ok. You might as well not even call for delivery because no one answers the phone and you listen to their ads forever. This would be understandable if they were busy but it's just not the case. I have gone in after calling in and giving up and employees are just sitting around and not busy. If you do decide to go in you never know what you are going to get from the employees. Honestly the employees I have dealt with for the most part are the rudest people I have ever met. I really hope they decide to fix this place up because the way it is going they will be out of business soon. I will never support or buy from this place again until they fix themselves.

I arrived 20 minutes after the order was placed only to find out they didn't even start on my order. There's was a lot of commotion or confusion inside people yelling where are the labels we don't have any labels well just put pizzas over there we will figure out what they are later. So after 5 minutes of seeing this the lady decides to go start my order she throws like 3 of every topping on top and throws it in the oven. Seriously I ordered the large extravaganza feast and it literally only had like 3 pepperoni 3 olives no extra cheese 3 pieces of ham ........on a large pizza? I was very disappointed
I love their pizza and buy from them at least once a week if not more. But the other day I decided that on the way home we could stop for some pizza. I told my girlfriend to call it in and by the time we arrived the pizza wasn't ready. She came out to wait with me since I was in the car with my sleeping toddler, it was 11:56 when we arrived and by 1202 they literally closed the doors on us. I knocked at theirdoor and all they could say is we are closed and nothing we can do, even though I can see my food and was there waiting for them.

I have used the app for orders and every time I have ordered I have received an error preventing the pizza from being ordered. For over 6 months I never was able to order a pizza without multiple attempts. Only recently did I learn the reason why. It turns out what happens it the order goes through to their monitors where they see my order, but instead of accepting the order, they wait several seconds letting the order expire, and giving me an "error" message. It's not a bad app. It's lazy employees.
It's the only pizzeria that doesn't give you parmesan cheese and bell 🌶 bell pepper. Also, the pizza it was really bad. Buying there was a terrible idea.

It's a no brainer ordering online, that takes care of itself. I got the coupon and ordered a 5 topping large for carry out. There's no option to add any notes to order. I call 2 mins after order confirm to just change 1/4 of the pie to just pepperoni. They refused saying option was half/half or none. That's crappy customer service since I've done the same request many many times before. I don't know if they have a new crew that can't figure out what 1/4 of the pie is or if it's a rediculous request to save them 1/4 of their ingredients. I hope the owner of this store see this review.
Consistently disappointing, after getting let down for months we stopped ordering and moved on to round table. Till tonight. The ease of the app was appealing in traffic so was the cheap-fill-a-hole get it over with blah Wednesday meal idea. I mean maybe they got their stuff together? Maybe they fired the crappy team? Nope. We put in our order at 8pm now it's 940pm and we just got notified that our pizza hit the oven. Thanks guys! I guess I can eat that tomarrow... just always a bad deal. Why do we get cursed with the worst dominos on the planet?
Pizza has 4slices with only 1 peace of pepperoni on it! The rest have the normal 3 or 4. The pasta is just unbelievable! Picture attached! Part of the bottom of the container can be seen when opened and most of it has single noodle thickness! The sad part for me is : the taste is great but the presentation and portion done so badly here at this location!
I ordered pasta and 2 cokes with my card. I watched the internet meter say it got delivered. I called in and they said I called to cancel the order to place a bigger order online. They figured it out that someone else in my complex called and canceled their order. They re sent my food. The driver calls from the front and asks me to come out instead of delivering to my door. I get there and she tells me i have to pay cash. I have only the her tip on me. I call and speak to the manager who insists i have to pay cash now. I start to get loud and he snaps at me to keep the food and tell his driver to go, then hangs up on me. Food was cold.
Ordered pizza and a pasta dishes for dinner. Drove about 3 miles to the store, gave them a hundred dollars and this fellow rudely tells me that he cannot accept 100 dollars. I asked why I hadn't been told that when I called. Another fellow quickly intersects in a very rude manner. And wants to have an argument with me. The pasta tastes awful and I will never order from this location again. Matter of fact I'm not ordering dominoes pizza anymore
Don't bother. Orders wrong, pizza not cut and when I asked for them to bring the drinks they forgot they wanted me to tell me who the driver was. How the Hell do I know? Then they want ME to call him! No, you as the manager, call him not the customer! This is not their first screw up but this is the last time I will use them.
These people literally just played me out of my money. First of all not professional if you didn't understand what my husband was saying should of told him in the beginning instead of assuming he mentioning something else. Second their calculations of pricing pizza is off don't understand how I spend $40 on 3 medium pizza. If that the case I could of order from mountain Mike & receive 2 large pizza & a 2 Liter for that much. NOT ORDERING FROM THEM EVER
Not gonna order from this store again. My crust was so dry even after ordering extra marinara sauce. There was hardly any sauce or cheese on it and to make it worse they had burnt the toppings as well.
2.5 Hours for delivery + incomplete order + 1 hour for redelivery = Dominos Pizza. we 2.1 miles away store, it takes less than an hour to walk that distance. But yet, it takes them 3 hours to deliver 2 pizzas and a salad. absolutely the last time I ever order form Dominos Pizza. Oh and your Manager could barely muster an excuse as to why it took so long. All he could say is they got busy, FOR 3 HOURS!!!!!!!!
I ordered a pizza dessert and something to drink. Costing somewhere around $20 ish and seeing no sign posted on the window, at the register, or a note online I went to pay with $100 bill. The guy looked at me and said they did not accept $100 bills and that it said so online. Never did I see this online. Not sure if it was because I am a minority woman or what the problem is but I thought this unacceptable without a notice being posted. Total disbelief and unacceptable customer service.
Quite literally the worst dominos I’ve ever had. Pizza was dry (how is that possible?) and tasted awful(again, how is this possible?) Upon pickup asked for cheese and pepper and was told we don’t have that. And walked away. ?????????? AVOID
I never receivedy pizza. I've been waiting for an hour and a half. I called the person by phone and they informed me it would be delivered. He should've told it wasn't going to get delivered. I could even file a claim because they turned off my tracker and the phone was off. Calling Corporate ! Don't buy from here.
Ordered stuffed cheese bread and it was burnt to a crisp. They had the audacity to tell me to come to the store and return it. What a joke. Don’t waste your time if you want good quality dominos. They give the store a bad name.
Another awful Domino's experience. Called in my order at 6:45pm. Called at 7:55 to find out where my order was and was told "it is out for delivery and should be there any minute". Called back at 8:25 and was again told "it is out for delivery and will be there any minute!" The pizza and chicken arrived ICED COLD at 8:45pm (2 hours later) with no apologies offered! I only live 5 minutes from this Domino's. This is the last time I call Domino's!!! The sad thing is I'm sure they don't give a damn!
Horrible dominos. I ordered a pan pizza turns out they sell thin crust pizzas.... never ordered a pan pizza before to find out its thinner then a normal pizza... Horrible breadbowls!! Do not order from here. The bread bowls are half the size of a normal one....even worse they are burnt and still the dough is uncooked. I dont know what type of establishment is being run here but turn around and drive to another dominos because this place is horrifying when it comes to food.
I would love to try their pizza but the last two times I ordered a pizza for delivery online I get a call and they tell me that they have to cancel my order because they're "2 hours behind." Ridiculous. One time I can understand but twice?
The delivery at the location will take a very long time so do not order delivery ever. So this time I ordered carry out. I arrived at the time I was told however my order had not even been started. I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know. They said they were to behind and are not calling anybody. There were at least 7 people working in the store but still not able to keep up with the orders.
Ordered our pizza and was promptly called by their manager. He informed me they were over 2 hours behind on orders and asked if I still wanted the order. He reiterated that he wouldn't be willing to add anything or comp anything and made it clear he did not want our business. Mission accomplished. Canceling piece of the pie rewards and will NEVER give Dominos our money again.
Called in my order for pickup on my way home, they didn't read anything about the order other than what kind of pizza it was. I had to wait for pizza to be made fresh, I wasn't offered any kind of compensation. When I got it home it wasn't really good. I think Digiorno's is better. The last Domino's I ever buy.
Pizza is good. After they had to make it twice because they couldn’t read “light sauce and instead put EXTRA sauce. Not sure I feel that way about the service. When I had arrived to pick up the pizza, which the tracker said was ready, it wasn’t. I showed him the tracker and he said that they don’t control the tracker and that Dominos controls it. I reminded him that they were Dominos. His response, “oh well.” It was 10 minutes after that the pizza was ready. And then it had the extra sauce instead of light sauce. Surprised that even with the bad ratings, the corporate office doesn’t take action.

First the tracker said order is done, half hour later it says its in the oven. Then they send a text that it is on the way, 35 minutes later, still hasnt shown up. I am 2 miles from the store. I call, they said it just came out of the oven and will be the next order out when the driver comes. I say I will just come pick it up myself. Drive to the store, they cannot find half of the order. At this point I am done, I ask for a refund. They did promptly cancel my order without hesitation and said I could have the half they did do. Other people were canceling on the phone as well while I was there. I suggest everyone use somewhere else.

I live three blocks from them and was completely blown off by staff. I couldn't believe I was getting this low level of service and dismissal from such a well known franchise. I did not receive an apology was treated like trash and dismissed over the phone. Never again.
Tuesday, 12:30 pm, I came for a pizza and the girl told me it was only available online. Imagine if I didn't have money in my account, I wouldn't be able to buy it. I had to order my pizza online, wait a moment for them to make it, then I asked for jalapeños, they didn't have any, and I asked for cheese, they didn't have any either. I didn't care about paying for cheese or jalapeños. In the end, this store is useless. If you want to buy pizza, go somewhere else.
Called for delivery spoke to an AI lady then a Customer service lady then a the actual team member, was very unserious and unprofessional and told me at the very end they couldn’t even deliver to me when I live under 8 minutes away very disappointing
Extremely Disappointed – Wedding Party Order Completely Wrong I am beyond disappointed with our recent order from Domino’s. We placed a large order for a wedding party, and not only did they completely mess it up, but they also failed to make things right. We ordered FOUR large veggie pizzas, but they were missing entirely from our delivery. Instead, we received the wrong items. To make it worse, instead of the 2-liter soda we ordered, we were given two personal-sized drinks—an insulting substitution for a large group. This was supposed to be part of a special celebration, and it caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We tried calling the store, but the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. There was no sense of urgency or accountability. This kind of careless service is unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion. We will not be ordering from Domino’s again.
Have ordered before and have had some problems but today made us say never again. Went through the online process and the order was close to $85 pre tip paying cash. As it was in the process payment it just fell off and cart was empty. Called the line and pressed 2 for existing order.10 min later No One had answered called again and pressed 1 tried to explain to the airhead wat happened and she transferred me right back. I hung up and said forget it. If they show up they can take it back to the store. Never ordering there again and my guests are now ordering Round Table

This time, we went to order, and found that they're now charging *$4.50* extra for a different sauce on a Medium. Other local Dominos only charge $2 extra (slightly more than what this location used to charge), so we'll be going there from now on.
Ordered 40 minutes before closing on DoorDash but they cancelled.
Last week my son and I stopped at this location to get pizza. I paid by gift card. The cashier proceeded to the counter to make my pizza with no gloves. I watched him lay the dough out and sprinkled cheese with his bare hands. I asked why he’s not using gloves and he said, they don’t wear gloves. I stared at him perplexed and politely asked for my money back. The worker put the money back on my gift card and I left. I didn’t want to be confrontational so I just left. Be careful because that just blew me.
Delivery driver parked halfway up the street, then started blowing up my phone. When I went outside to greet him he started berating me for not answering my phone, even tho I walked outside very quickly. Everything is extremely under-cooked and the cheese bread wasn't sliced at all, hadn't sniffed a knife in its life before I got it.
