Custer Grill Cdmx Reviews
We always go for the picanha; it's tender, delicious, and full of flavor. It's always cooked to the perfect temperature and doneness. I highly recommend it. The burger is good, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the bun; a brioche with a crispier crust would be ideal. The service from all the staff was excellent. The space is comfortable and pleasant.
The hamburgers are delicious; I think the surf and turf could be a bit more generous in its portions, but the flavor is excellent. The service is outstanding.
It is really difficult to find a good burger place in Mexico and looks like this is the best place lately. Perhaps the place itself is not really amazing, but it works to enjoy their delicious burgers. They have lot of specialties and at least all the premium ones are awesome!
This is our first time here, and the food is truly delicious. The prices are a bit high, but they definitely match the quality of the food. Social distancing and hygiene protocols are in place, so you don't have to wait long for your food, and for those who love good burgers, this is a highly recommended place. The only negative we noticed is that the HOUSE BLACK SAUCE is too salty, which greatly overpowers the flavor of the food (in addition to the high sodium content), and the choripán is very plain and tasteless. Other than that, feel free to order!
This is a hidden marvel. Get here now and try any of their burgers or picaña , they really know what they are doing. Friendly staff and nice salads for the SO. Did I mention is not expensive???
I've been wanting to visit this place for a while, and I finally got around to it. It's a small but cozy restaurant, and the burgers have their own special touch. They're delicious and not overly stuffed, which doesn't mean you won't be satisfied. The price is reasonable for the size and quality of the burger. They all come with fries as a side. They have a variety so you can choose the one you like best. They also offer salads and meat. Great place. I insist the price is quite reasonable; the price per burger is roughly the same as Carl's.
Letter attached* The place is nice and the service is good. I ordered a "Russian Roulette" to sample their burgers, and it's a really good option because you can try everything without getting too full, and in the end you finish with what would be a normal-sized burger and fries. Super affordable prices Quality/price: excellent Quantity/price: excellent
Great burgers.
Oh, I write this with regret, but it's gone downhill tremendously. We went yesterday after a couple of months without going, and we were frankly disappointed. The service is still good, but the food was VERY bad. In my case, I ordered a boneless burger that was more breaded than chicken (the sauce was good, though). But the big disappointment was the burger. I ordered the one with pineapple, and I don't know what was worse: the bun was stale and flavorless, the bacon was super burnt, and the meat was almost as if it was only part animal, since it fell apart just by looking at it with zero seasoning. My worst burger in years. I hope they can turn it around, because we love the place.
The burger looks delicious, but there were spices in the meat that I didn't like. The patty slips because of the tomato slice; they should put a toothpick in the center to keep it from falling apart. The price of the burger with fries is acceptable, although there are better options for that price. We ordered Oreo and chocolate milkshakes, and the chocolate one was just a frothy milkshake with very little milk for $75, while the Oreo milkshake was $100. In my opinion, it was very expensive for what they offered. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.
I ordered an Outlaw Sirloin and it was a disappointment. To begin with, I think it's the cheapest thing ever to have the meat already cooked in the morning, or maybe even the day before, and just give it a quick reheat on the grill. They boast about the bun as a key part of the burger, a garlic bun that promises a good combination with the sirloin, but it has no flavor or texture. The meat is tasteless, perhaps because it was cooked in the morning and has no juices; reheating it twice makes it lose many of its qualities. The bacon was raw, and overall, the burger lacks flavor and substance. The presentation is good, and the price is very affordable. I don't recommend it.
I live near this place and I hate that almost every morning they wake me up with their music blasting. I feel like they have no respect for the neighbors. I don't understand why they can't keep the music at a normal volume or why they have to shout all morning. It's very inconsiderate of them to the neighbors.
