First time at this Subway. Great experience. The lady who helped me was very friendly and happy. I always order double meets at any Subway. She did an outstanding job and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. As always with Subway, it was great!

Did not have the bread I ordered however it was advertised, the mustard was applied heavy even though I requested light on the mustard, the building could use a bit cleaning up inside.

It was a nice place, but the lettuce was a lil soggy and brownish, and the tomatoes were day old, a little mushy. Instead of cleaning the tables that were dirty in the sitting area, they were on their cell phones. It's ok there, but my best experience was at Subway in Navasota, Tx. I had better service and food quality when the old Subway was at that location.

This subway never gets your order correct. Sandwich is never toasted, they never put the cheese on, and honestly I’m going to completely stop tipping here. I’ve addressed this more than once in person and it’s just no good.

Zero service...I mean zero! Couldn't get the employees attention. Rang bell three times over a 5 minute period... nothing! Guy that works behind the counter at the gas station says this is par for the course. He told me that no one ever gets service. If I owned this franchise I'd do some house cleaning. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This store is ridiculous every time I order from here my order is messed up.I ordered online and I asked for mayonnaise and extra lettuce they gave me no mayonnaise with maybe 10 strips of lettuce. LITERALLY. I continued to contact support to let them know how ridiculous this store is and how every time I open my mouth about the service nothing is done about it nor does anyone relay the messages to the right people in order to fix this poor service. I also called the store to ask for their store number and the guy who was working answered the phone rudely with a “hello” and continued to ask me why I needed the store number as I got angry at the fact that he kept questioning me he proceeded to be rude, lying, saying he doesn’t know the store number.

Poor service...wilted lettuce...tried to scrape onions stuck in the tray onto my sandwich...no tomatoes...out of onions.. What happened to subway

Great food and a great employee. I felt bad that he was left all by himself. The manager wasnt helping and wouldnt come in to solve a mechanical issue. Poor guy.
