My son and I rode mountain bikes to Wendy's in Chico, CA two days ago.We ordered and dined in the restaurant.We both got the 4 for 4 deal,it comes with a Jr bacon cheeseburger,chicken nuggets and fries with refillable medium drink.Also,I got us each a frosty.It was quickly made.It was fresh and delicious.The price was only $13.74 for 2 men.Not bad.The bike ride was 7.9 miles,so it probably burned of the whopping 2,100 calories per meal.

Was just there to meet up with a friend in a convenient place. The staff was so polite and accommodating that I decided to stay and have a meal there... Keep up the great work!

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Nice and clean, fast friendly service. Had the Southwest Bacon Avacado chicken. I asked for grilled and there was no hesitation at all. My food came fast and it was nice and hot. I am going back for another in a few days. I really like everything about this place. A+

Fast, friendly and helpful service, it's what I am used to getting and what I had at this visit. I tried a new salad with chicken, bacon and guacamole. It was really delicious. It had a spicy Western Ranch dressing that was different but interesting. For a fast food restaurant Wendy's is place I trust and always enjoy!

Super fast drive through. I had a lettuce wrap Baconator with no ketchup and it was great. The lettuce wrap didn't have a ton of lettuce like some places. Just a couple of leaves to keep your hands from getting burnt by hot meat. It was a great burger.

This place ranks 2nd when it comes to my fast food burgers. Great food, great service, and quick. I guess if I had anything to complain about it would be that there is no milk shakes. Yes, there's ice cream, but sometimes a shake is better.

This Wendy's gets your order right 9/10. They are quick and exactly what you would expect from a Wendy's during the lunch shift. Night shift is a 50/50 chance of being great or taking way longer than expected.

Wendy's is my favorite restaurant when it comes to fast food. They are quick and always quality. No one can beat the biggy bag with a JBC. The dinning room is always clean, but their self-serve ketchup is almost always an issue. Luckily you can just ask for some packets. Their prices haven't gone up as much as other places, so I'm happy to keep bringing the family to this restaurant.

Everytime I go in, I go to the kiosk, place my order and within 10-15 minutes they have me walking out with a smile! They have never messed up my order, all the workers are super friendly and hard working! I love the chicken here more than anything else in town!

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but I felt like my experience was warranted. The service was fast and friendly, Molly was my cashier and she was exceptionally sweet and kind. Very professional. And for a 10$ meal, it was very good , fries were fresh , 5 stars !

I had forgotten what it felt like to be treated with good ol ' customer service attitude by employees of any business. Coming across a worker with such a cheery disposition while getting food was shocking. The happy employee working the register in the drive through was a surprise that made me smile.

This is the fastest, most polite place I've been too, and the food is always perfect.

I'm a delivery driver and they work very hard at this Wendy's and are super efficient at getting the orders out.

The best portions and quality of food that I have seen at any fast food restaurant. The staff don't try to upsell you and are exceptionally polite/professional. The line always moves quickly no matter how packed or the time of day. The best fast food in Chico, period.

on point as far as service go, the employees all should get raises in my humble opinion. food is always hot and ready to go, never frozen...the parking lot is a lil tricky but besides that another great wendys with an updated look. where's the beef?

Although parking can be a hit or miss (there's plenty at the mall right behind it) the staff is generally nice and the food is pretty good. The prices are the same as most fast food places but I find the food tastes much better.

Not a bad location. Staff seem friendly and are pretty quick. The lack of five stars is literally for the annoyance of trying to get to the drive through. Make sure you enter before you hit the light (before you get to dutch bros) or you'll have a crazy hard time getting to the drive through without having to u-turn in the parking lot.

I usually go late in the evening. Food is delicious, service is quick. their customer interaction needs improvement. Not saying 2 be over the top but at least a good night and thank u would be nice. Customers have many choices.

Hands down the best fast food salads around. Great burgers and impressive menu variety. The chili cheese fries are dangerously good. Ive had minimal incidents using app to pre-order. Thankful for the extended hours as I am a night owl for sure.

19 Dollars for 2 breakfast burger combos with a coca cola and a water. That is very expensive however the food was preety good. The chicken burger was very juicy and the bacon had a very defined maple taste. They also had this devious hashbrown thing on the side. I might go again

Their hamburgers taste fresher than any other drive-thru. I like the single piece of fresh lettuce - no shredded or bagged stuff. I love onion on my burger and they place a generous slice on it. I would give them 5 stars except I like my fries saltier than theirs are but I really like the skins left on. Yum!

Over all over the decades of going there the food is good. Young managers seem to understand when you ask for cooked fresh, but some of the employees and older managers don't. You may want to move that heat lamp food. But I don't want it, it's gross.

Seems like I always get friendly and professional service here, even during the dinner rush. Love their tasty juicy burgers and the chicken nuggets. Even when the drive through line is long they seem to get everyone’s order to them pretty quick. Excellent job Wendy’s! Keep up the good work!

I had to repeat myself when it came time to order my baked potato and when I ordered a second one as well. I didn't think I had to and I mentioned it to the cashier, and I mentioned to her that yes, we just went over that. My next experience was better with the manager.

I give most chains 3/5 naturally because the food and service is what I value most. The food I received was way over cooked. Like it had sat in the warmer for far too long. Honestly, I understand its "fastfood" and the workers need to work effectively and efficiently. Just know as a paying customer I would much rather sit for 10 minutes for quality food than be given sub par food quickly...

The workers at the drive thru didn't mark the diet Coke and the Dr Pepper. When I pointed out that I couldn't tell them apart the young lady proceeded to sniff both drinks. I pointed out that this was not okay, she shrugged her shoulders and turned away.

Unfortunately, the service is not always the best. You see just today, my mom was going to take me and my sister for lunch. They at least got my order correct, but we did not get five baked potatoes. At the same time, sometimes the business can be stressful at times. Could you imagine preparing 5 baked potatoes for someone. It's stressful. Otherwise, I love the chicken sandwiches!

Good for a quick, cheap breakfast. You absolutely can't go wrong with the sausage breakfast bowl, which is as paleo-friendly as fast food can possibly get. You might want to double-check your order before paying to make sure they got it right, depending on who's working. I've had a number of mix-ups here.

Wendy’s what the heck! Your just getting worse. I got a four meals burgers drinks and fries simple right. The fries are cold, stale and missing half no joke. I just feel like you need to do better. Old fries need to be tossed sooner. It’s frustrating.

If you're hoping to eat and spend a few minutes using WiFi to update some apps, bad news this location does not offer wifi. They did just renovate their drive-thru to accommodate larger vehicles if avoiding scratching your paint job has been an issue.

So idk if this should be a Door Dash review or Wendy's, but I had DD delivered tonight, and for some reason one of my two burgers was not inside the bag that was delivered to my door. I got to my door about three minutes after it was delivered, and a cat was eating the burger that was left outside the bag. Why would you ever leave a burger outside the bag?

To no fault of their own they are a really busy Wendy’s on at a really bad location on a busy corner. Lobby and bathroom was a huge mess. The stations aren’t filled for ketchup etc. manager wasn’t friendly but cashier was. Food was so so. I’ll face the facts that fast food chains have failed with their hiring and management. Thank you however for helping serve in a fast paced environment

We eat here almost everyday, mostly breakfast. They’re fast and efficient. That’s all changed today, we won’t be eating here anymore. We waited in a long line because we received a gift card for Christmas, only to have them tell me “their machine is down” and we couldn’t get our food. Why would they still give out gift cards for Christmas knowing their machine is down? Absolutely bull_hit!! Yes little thing like this matter to us! They couldn’t taken the card and put the remaining balance on a new one? We’ve had smaller inconveniences with them and still gotten our food. Whatever, call us petty if you want, but things like this leave an impression on loyal customers. We won’t be returning.

Veterans be aware! They aren’t supportive of veterans anymore. We used to eat here once a week because I’m a disabled vet with three adopted boys. Wendy’s supports adoption and used to offer veterans discounts. The new owner in this Chico location ended veterans discounts. We don’t eat here anymore.

Can be hit or miss and its usually a miss but they're the only Wendy's in Chico so you have to deal with it. When its good, they're good but often times I've gotten old fries or an old chicken sandwich which ruin the meal. Been like this even before the pandemic as well.

Got decent burgers quick. though it seems people working will always take a nugget for themselves out of the 10 piece every time without fail on multiple orders not hard to count but it’s easy to steal food someone else paid for.

It could be better if a deal came with a better food amount like it does at McDonald's Restaurant. The breakfast sausage was overcooked in both sandwiches, the buns were set too close to the heat, hard, and the coke zero was watery. On a bright side the vanilla softie was good. The service person wandered and couldn't multi-task on more than one customer. I've had a lot better at Wendy's but it's not as good as it was since my last review.

They got our order so mixed up no one knew what was right!! Took longer for them to try & get it straight than it was to eat it!! When they finished figuring it out, all they might have done was let us keep the extra fries that were already on the tray.!! Because the mistake was simply giving us the meal deals on three sandwiches which added fries, that we didn't need! The price worked out to be a couple dollars more without the fries! Which quite frankly makes no sense at all!! To be nice to the customer they should have just let it go and figure out what happened later, instead we all stood there watching our food get cold!! Still good anyway but they even got the stuff to put on it mixed up! After all that we weren't going to say anything or they might take our cold food from our hungry hands to figure out what happened!!! Too hungry to complain any more!!! Done!

I left my last visit really frustrated and disappointed. I ordered through the Wendy’s app and was told when I arrived that they were out of Frostys. I understood shortages happen and was willing to work with it, but I was told to request a refund in the app. After trying and not finding any way to do that, I asked if I could simply exchange it for another drink. Instead, I was told to call customer service — which was already closed at the time. I ended up paying for something I never received, and the manager didn’t even come to the window to help or explain the situation. It honestly felt like no one cared about fixing the problem. This experience could and should have been handled much better.

My salad was half wilted, they added parts of the tomatoes you arnt supposed to serve and the chili was the nastiest thing ever. I thought the chili was gonna save my meal man, boy was I wrong. My son ordered a Baconater and fries large we got home . It was overcooked and you foul nearly bite into it! It was cold . A large fire was filled halfway and overcooked as well . We called the store to speak with a very rude man who talked so fast we could nearly understand him his name is loise. He could if cared less, instead of helping us out we were given a corporate phone number . This was the worst customer service I have ever received . We are people who have dined at Wendy’s .we will tell corporate all about louse and poor management .also not receipt in my bag . Thanks for the worst lunch Loise

The people here are rude. Went through the drive up at 6:45 a.m. when they were supposed to be open and they ducked. Came back through 10 minutes later and they were taking orders. Then when placed my order for myself and a few coworkers, they were all the same thing (no way to mess up), they gave us something completely different. I haven't given a bad review of a place yet but this one deserves it.

I went inside stood at counter 11 minutes nobody said anything to me.i yelled hello twice no response. 5 minutes lady she takes my order. The food was cold. The biscuit fell apart when I picked it up and there was so much salt on potatoes. I will never go there again.

The service at the drive thru window where you recieve the food was awful. The worker couldn't fit a lid on the cup and said a curse word. As I was out and about today - I decided that I would surprise my son, by picking up lunch for the two of us before heading back home. So after I finished up my shopping, I hit the drive thru at the Chico Wendy's. The line was a bit long, but it appeared be be moving fairly quickly, so I figured that it would be worth the wait. But upon arriving home with the groceries and the food that I had ordered - I found that although my son's order appeared to be accurate - that my order, which was supposed to be a "Taco Salad" was a container filled with lettuce, a little graded cheddar cheese and a few sliced tomatoes - and nothing else. Despite finding a tiny packet of sour cream in the bag, that was meant to accompany this sad excuse for a salad - there was no ground beef, chips or anything else that would have made this little container of lettuce even remotely resemble one of the Taco Salads that Wendy's advertise in their commercials and on their ordering displays. And while I generally enjoy my ocassional visits to Wendy's - to grab a quick and tasty lunch - today's experience was truly disappointing.

Don’t ever order from here and expect to get everything. I’m not sure if they are lazy or just don’t care but they are definitely scam artists with how they deliver half the order and refuse to make it right in any way. Honestly just a waste of time and energy

Recieved a junior bacon burger that was so underdone it was as pink as the tomato that was on the sandwich went up to show the manager at the counter and she acted like she did not believe me so I dissected the burger n showed her it was the patty that was pink not the tomatoshe was seeing so said she check the temperature but no offer to replace the burger or partially refund me for the burger. So beware if you eat at the chico ca location because this is not there thickest burger they sale and they can't even get this cooked properly

I ordered the new burger pictured with a pretzel bun. It is the biggest photo currently advertised. When I got home, my burger was on a generic white hamburger bun. I ordered a small fries and coke; total meal price was 15 dollars for a gross burger with no pretzel bun. No one advised me they were out of pretzel buns. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this Wendy's in the future.

There's like 6700 Wendy's and if each 1 sold 200 cookies and it costs only like say 20 cents to make a cookie. They would pocket like 320 million dollars a year. So if you're wondering why every time you say that's it, that'll be all, I'm good, I'm done etc, And they don't hear you or care and insist on you answering them now you know. I don't trust them anymore because if I don't say anything after I say termination phrase and who knows what they're doing in the back on this food I find my food juicier when I do not respond and like no sauce on it whatsoever if I order a cookie so go figure huh. The Internet said their coffee is bitter and watery. My choice was Taco Bell or Wendy's I chose Wendy's because. . . Ckecked your online menu for Chico, CA 95926 Wendy's. Decided on getting 1 classic chicken sandwich (chick, bun, mayo, lettuce, tomato pictured) and 1 spicy chicken sandwich (same toppings shown on website). I went to our Wendy's drive through and ordered one of each. What I received when I opened up the two sandwiches at home, was two naked buns with a piece of chicken in each--no mayo, no lettuce, no tomato--just a slab of meat between two halves of a bun. A disappointment! You're slipping!

I don’t usually leave reviews but after being rushed through the drive through ordering process, and them forgetting my fries and not giving me my receipt or asking if I wanted sauce (which I had to ask for numerous times as I was basically thrown ketchup at the window while being rushed out) , I got home and my sandwich had mayo and tomato on it. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I hadn’t ordered it plain and then even reiterated this request at the window to double check. Honestly, I’m too poor to be spending 20+ dollars on a single meal for me and one child for us to be experiencing so many issues. We don’t eat out often so when we do I would like to have a good experience. Didn’t wanna go back and complain so I vented here. Thx

Went in yesterday to get 2 side orders of grilled chicken for my HONEY 🍯 GIRL 🐾 🐾 ❤️ PUPPY 🐶 and manager rudely said they don't do that anymore due to prices increasing! I was there the day before and they did it and was able eventually to get the 2 sides of chicken 🐔! Wendy's and fast food customer service has gone way downhill and if you want to make $20 per hr you need to go or go home! It's a starter job and ridiculous that they will make that much ! Wendy's has lost my business and I will do my best to make sure they lose business by word of mouth! 😠 😡 😤 🤬

Once upon a time Wendy's was my go to fast food joint. The prices were always reasonable the food was good and the staff was always a joy to chat with provided they weren't slammed. Lately however I have noticed a significant decline in both quite of food and staff moral.

My wife and client went there today. Ordered one original asiago ranch chicken sandwich, and ordered two Dave’s singles with fries and when they got the order, it was missing one sandwich and one of the fries. My wife gets home. She got two spicy chicken sandwiches, which was not even ordered plus on top of it they could barely speak any English or understand English.

Give your workers a line to wake up!! They dumb or act cause they always forget items and gave me wrong order even tho I order mobile how hard is it to read off the screen bruh

NEVER go during the night shift, unless you want workers who forget your items and give less than a sliver of a care whether your food spilled all over inside the bag. Male worker didnt say anything at all, just said nothing and handed the bag over and it was a mess inside. So rude.

I've been to Wendy's all over California and some other states as well. The weather here in town has been horribly hot. I ordered dine in , if the air conditioning is on inside it's not working right. I ordered the simplest meal, a small chili a hamburger a small fries. I waited 15 minutes, yikes. There was an employee that came out from behind the counter waited in line, ordered a hamburger got it and ate it long before I got my meal. The drive though was busy but only a hand full of people inside. There were greasy hand prints on both entry doors. I did not have a pleasant experience. I'll go back in the future to see if I can improve this rating. I don't like leaving poor reviews however in this case one star is all they get.

Here' what $13.20 gets you (I had some of the frosty). It's the fries not being filled up completely. Ordered a double patty burger as well and only got one. Did not get a receipt nor do I feel like driving back. No matter how long the drive thru line is, remember to CHECK EVERYTHING before you leave. Who's ever running this place, if you need a real man for job, let me know.
