Just when you think customer service no longer exists, Kathleen and Daniela made our Saturday lunch very pleasant.
Server Nicholas Perry amazing what a gentleman, we were so happy to get such a wonderful service. Thank you Nicholas
loved the food and great customer service!! The singapore noodles are really yummy!
Really great place. Especially for birthdays. ❤️
The staff and waitress were so amazing, our order came out hot and delicious. Salt and pepper prawns amazing and after not eating them for a year...they did not disappoint. Drinks were perfect! Thank you, We will be back next year on our visit to CA.
Went in for lunch with coworkers and had an excellent experience. Started off with lettuce wraps (highly recommend) and calamari; then we ordered family style meals a couple of Mongolian beef, combo fried rice, and beef lo mein. Our server Ruben was very friendly and attentive! Looking forward to our next visit here! ~J
Our Awesome "Jillian" was / is Professional, Pleasurable, Patient, So down to earth!! Jillian is a huge representation for your establishment chain I was observing other patrons she was assisting and the positive energy she was receiving in return was very visible. Please acknowledge her effort in what she does so honestly❣️💞🥰😇 WIll definitely be back at this location because of her statue 1st time visit there...
Always love their lettuce wraps! Also had the Singapore Street noodles which were just as good as I remember. My friend had the Mongolian Beef & said it was quite delicious. The service was also good. Will likely be back & maybe try some other dishes instead of my usual. 😅😋
Great restaurant. Food is amazing. The Singapore curry noodles are so delicious. I could have had the whole entree myself. The morning Mongolian beef just as great. The food is really top notch. The Japanese old fashioned and the agave margarita are the bomb 💣. Everytime we go it does not disappoint. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
I go to P.F. Chang's all the time but this was my first time at the Yorba Linda location. The food was good, as usual, though a bit bland for my companion and for me. I ordered spicy chicken and she ordered something vegetarian. However, the server gave us plenty of different sauces so we were able to make our dishes spicier. Both dishes were well-cooked. I plan to return and, hopefully, remember to present my P. F. Chang's membership next time.
Loved this PF Changs! The decor is very nice inside and looks pretty fancy. Our server was great, very professional and personable. The food was delicious! We had orange chicken, sesame chicken, and Changs Spicy Green Beans. The food came super quick and was really good, definitely hit the spot! This location is in an outside mall with plenty of parking. We’ll definitely be back next time!
Service was great!! We had a large party of 10 and everyone was so pleased. Good attitudes, happy employees, great dining experience. Brussel sprouts are fantastic!!
Best service ever!!! Drinks were spot on By Brittany
Our server was amazing she was full of recommendations and was so nice the whole time we were there! She even did a special celebration for my son’s birthday and made his night so much fun! We’ll definitely be coming back and hope to be sat back in Elise’s section!
I recently dined at PF Changs and had an amazing experience, largely thanks to our outstanding server, Lupita. She was very attentive and gave us excellent recommendations on what to eat. Food and drinks were great. I would definitely be back.
One of my daughters is vegan and we love coming here because they offer food she can eat plus appetizers. Everything is Delicious!
Best service ever. Best food. Everyone should go visit my favorite sever, Lupita. She gives the best service and is just the best sever in general. I’m coming back just to see her. Ask for LUPITA to make you some bomb drinks.
We’ve been to PF Changs a few times, but this location is a great one. The first time we sat with Jillian, and she was just an awesome server. She was attentive, gave great recommendations, and just an overall well-rounded server. Today, we came back and requested Jillian’s section, and again, did a phenomenal job! We drank the Tokyo Mules, eat the crispy green beans and each had a delicious and filling lunch special. I recommend the orange chicken or the Magnolia beef. If you want a great server, just ask for Jillian! She’ll take great care of you!
Went for dinner last night at the bar. Lupita makes a great old fashioned. She always takes care of my girlfriend and I with the best recommendations and service!
Heyyo Vegan lady here, and I have to say hands down does PF Chang’s make mine and my hubs dining out experience feel unlike any other. My favorite waitress Lupita informed me that all speciality diet or allergen items are prepped separately or in the morning to avoid cross contamination- omg I don’t know any other restaurant that takes individuals food needs to a care such as that 🫶!!! Not only do we love the vibe here and love to unwind after a long work week- but we have ALWAYS have felt taken care of with such friendly service and attention especially from our girlies Lupita and Sara. As a manager in a restaurant myself, I truly do appreciate great service and these girlies do take it above and beyond. Thank you both for allowing me to destress and relax with my husband and eat excellent foods while feeling just so extra special!!! 🫶🌱🫶 Fellow vegans!!!- -Mongolian tofu, vegan as I’d ***chefs kiss 💋 -Tofu fried rice ask for no egg and vegetarian (it’s vegan) ***omg bomb 💣 And desert!!! -Banana egg rolls (has no egg) just no caramel or ice cream sub for strawberries and agave 😭😭😭 it’s sooooooooo good!!!!!!
I love Mongolian beef. The wife really likes the noodles. Great atmosphere and Claudia was a great server at my Chino Hills location! We also tried the broccoli beef which was really good as well. I am looking forward to trying the orange chicken but it will be difficult because I love Mongolian beef so much! Maybe I'll go for lunch and try it ....
Well Kate was an amazing server! She helped us out a lot. Super cool and very friendly. I met the manager Daniel and he is the coolest guy on the planet!!! Kate and Daniel were very accommodating. I’ll be back next week because of them. I haven’t had service like this in a long time! Management must be doing something right here!!!!!
The food was good. Waitress Sarah was awesome. Definitely recommend you come with a family or a big party. The chicken lettuce wraps are my favorite. Make a reservation ahead or time if you don't want to wait. If you do wait, there's more than enough stores around walking distance to shop while your table is ready.
Dined this afternoon and tried their new menu setup. I had tons of choices and even got to try the new Teriyaki Chicken. Delicious! The server was very attentive, and I was in and out in 45 min. Left me plenty of time to go shopping afterward. I will be back again soon to try another new dish! Can't wait!
Went to have some Valentine dinner and we were treated first class. Our server George was excellent; making us feel welcome and made great suggestions. Our food was on point and flavorful. Excellent service on a busy night is some thing you can't buy. Thank You George, for the great service.
We met friends here, both of us having traveled long distance. Let the wait staff know we wanted time to talk and take time. They were wonderful! We had drinks, the appetizers for the table, then finally dinner. The food was excellent, the service outstanding.
I want to thank our server Jordan for being an awesome server, she went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday very special 😃 great customer service she always had a smile, made sure to refill or drinks making sure we were well served and not missing anything. Food was great like always. Thank you Jordan
Nicholas Perry was wonderful! Went above and beyond with friendly service! Thank you
Food is always wonderful. My husband loved the new spicy shrimp
I have used their catering services multiple times and it doesn’t disappoint. Most of guests are pleasantly surprised and love the food. The food is always ready on time and they give you all the supplies you need to host your guests. Great job well done to the managers Armando , Daniel and your team!
My wife and I love to visit for some great tasting Asian cuisine. I would recommend the sangria paired with some chicken fried rice and pan fried dumplings. Lupita our server was so great and make sure our order came out in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend to swing by.
It was our first time at PFChang restaurant. Manager Arturo Soto, greeted us & was very kind helping us with the menu and selections. My husband and I enjoyed the food and overall experience at PfChangs.
Went in for dinner last night and was able to grab a spot at the bar right away. I had the best service from Lupita! She had amazing drink and dessert recommendations and let me know about the current specials available. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Will definitely be back to see Lupita!!!!
We visited the chino hills P.F. Chang’s and we truly appreciate the AMAZING service from Lupita she truly went above and beyond for us! We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday and she made it so special for us. I do got to say the team here is amazing! Thanks to the manager Kathleen for being so kind as well. This team is amazing and Lupita keep shining as you are, you made our visit amazing! I hope you are recognized as well as this team! Lots of appreciation! Gabe ☺️
Service was amazing and Brittany was very attentive and helpful in choosing the perfect meal.
Nicholas Perry, our server was very efficient, nice & polite. We had a wonderful time celebrating my friend’s birthday. Very pleased with Nicholas. He took great care of our group. 😄
Our server Carla was very attentive. She was on top of her game. Constantly checking up on us. She was so good and upgraded our drinks and our meals. She was a great sales person. A great waitress to represent the company.
We really enjoy this PF Chang in Chino Hills we get such great service from Lupita that we come in just to see her and say hello! She’s attentive and suggest a variety of options so we try something different every time!
I went to PF Changs in Chino Hills for lunch on Tues, the 24th of Feb. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Brittany. She was very helpful and kind. I will be coming back. 😊
This P.F. Chang’s delivers a consistently elevated dining experience that goes beyond just food. The interior design is polished, warm, and thoughtfully laid out to accommodate everything from date nights to family dinners. Service flows smoothly thanks to the open layout and clear sightlines throughout the restaurant. The atmosphere feels upscale without crossing into overly formal territory. Lighting, seating, and spacing all work together to create comfort and style. It’s a reliable choice for both casual meals and special occasions. Overall, this location feels well-maintained, welcoming, and intentionally designed.
Great food here. We ordered the chicken and broccoli with ginger and gluten free, and the sesame chicken and both are delicious. They have takeout as well and they also serve their own brewed ice tea by the half gallon. It is way better than what you can find in a store. I highly recommend their lunch and dinner specials.
P.F. Chang’s is my favorite of the big chain Chinese restaurants. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty! I’ve never had a bad meal there. Service is always fast and friendly! Looking forward to eating there again!
We had a group of 9 and it was the perfect way to celebrate my parents anniversary and birthday. The food is always amazing but what really made our dinner memorable was the service of Jordan. She was so nice and thorough. She was readily available and genuinely nice. The best server we’ve had in a long time. She deserves recognition! She should always be booked for big parties. Hard worker and great friendly attitude.
Had a fantastic dinner at P.F. Chang’s in Chino Hills last night. The food was excellent from start to finish, but what truly made the experience stand out was our server, Jordan. She was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional the entire evening. Her attention to detail and care throughout the night really stood out. Every moment felt easy and effortless, and we genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their server. And lastly… special recognition to the most consistently refilled iced tea glass in the building. Impressive work. 😊
Went to PF changs for lunch it was my friend's birthday. He has a high shellfish allergy.. are server Nick, took such great care of us. He was concerned about the allergy and got the manager. She did a printout. Nick made food suggestions always came around and made sure our drinks will filled and if we needed anything.. friend had beef broccoli with white rice and I hadMongolian beef with noodles. They were both quite tasty. questions for a good size we did take leftovers..oh and their key lime is to die for. Once again thank you Nick..
Carlos was very friendly server who helped me at the pickup window. Manager Armando helped due to my gift card being older needed futher assistance. I ordered bbq ribs which were Amazing, and the dragon roll which i received a spicy tuna roll and some spicy orange chicken which was also delicious. So No Big Deal.
PF Chang’s offers great options for everyone. The whole family is happy yo go there- which says a lot! Calling out Leo- our server today. He is awesome! Very attentive and on point👏
The best experience ever from the lady at the front to the amazing waitress and waiters.. this is now our favorite PFChang .. Irvine spectrum service not as good nor their food .. this branch will surprise you .. you’ll hate every other branch ❤️ understaffed longer waiting time but it’s worth the service is still as good as it could be
Our first time here in YEARS! Overall great food, great drinks, and great service! The food was served in a timely manner. It was delivered hot and tasted fresh! The drinks were blended well, and delivered the most needed “kick” I was lookong for. Our server was super sweet and took the time to explain some of the items on the menu. I am definitely coming back. Thank you...
I was surprised and delighted by this 5☆ Restaurant! Excellent food...service...location...and it was the "children's choice after Church Sunday. Friendly service. Wonderful atmosphere...you feel like you've been someplace nice. The whole meal was excellent. The shrimp took top price. Very nice experience rates it at 5☆...rate for a chain...
Good service. We got all we ordered fairly fast. The food was good and desert great. I would give them 5 stars but the prices are high. With a tip, we average $50, per person. We did not ordered any alcohol and only one desert. I guess prices have gone up substantially.
This was my first time here. I've always seen their frozen dinners in the grocery stores. I'm only giving 4 stars because of the price. For 2 people at lunchtime and 2 cocktails, it was $130. To be fair, it was a Saturday. Otherwise, this was definitely a treat.
Everything we had, from the Gluten-Free Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Hot & Sour Soup, Pork Dumplings, Combo Fried Rice, & Honey Shrimp, was delicious, all came out hot, & we had no complaints whatsoever with the food. Service was slow. We dined on the outdoor patio, & there were at least 4 times, where we needed something, like a refill on water or iced tea, and our server was nowhere to be found. Perhaps we would've gotten better service inside the restaurant, but my daughter wanted to eat outside.
The food was delicious. We had sushi rolls/dumplings and a cup of soup. Both the Won Ton and Egg drop were very good. The dumplings were not hot enough but the sushi roll delicious 😋 The Red Sangria was very refreshing!
I haven't dined in for a while but i order from here occasionally. They're kinda getting too high for what it is. Anyway my go to here is the lo mein with beef/shrimp. The beef they put in the dish is sooo tender and cut perfectly not too thick or thin. The shrimps are really juicy and flavorful too. The noodles are cooked perfectly and have good flavor. I've had other things here but usually if I want chines food I like the mom and pops. . Anyway the cook knows what's he's doing . I also suggest the Brussel sprouts side dish ..I'm not even the biggest fan of Brussel sprouts but the way they do this is really 2 thumbs up. It's like roasted with some char and seasoned really well. The chocolate cake that looks like the kind claim jumper used to have minus the nuts is good too and moist!
First time here . Staff was super friendly , atmosphere is really nice . Had one of the best mojitos I’ve had in my life ! But I feel like the food is not all that for the price . I was super excited to try their chocolate soufflé and I was pretty disappointed- don’t order it ! Not sure if it was just cooked incorrectly or if they just serve you a brownie and call it a “ suffle”.
Amazing Experience at the Bar! Me and a couple friends went on March 10th Our experience was fantastic! We sat at the bar, and our server, Trevor, was outstanding—great service, a positive attitude, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. We absolutely loved Trevor! However, the host was a bit standoffish and unwelcoming, which was disappointing. She didn’t even bring us plates or menus. Improving this aspect would make the experience even better. Looking forward to coming back!
I recently ate at PF Chang’s in Chino, tried the Mongolian Beef and was absolutely delicious. The beef was tender, savory, and just the right amount of sweet and spicy, served with perfectly cooked rice. The ambiance inside usually feels warm and inviting, and have never had issues with the staff, were attentive and welcoming. Drinks came quickly, appetizers as well, and our order was timed well so nothing got cold. Overall, it was a relaxing, satisfying dinner that hit the spot, exactly the kind of place you want when you’re craving good food and a comfortable evening out, also doesnt break your bank at all.
Didn't look busy at all. Inside or out out. But apparently it was. (Maybe due to not being able to open 100%.) The hostess said 1 1/2 hour wait. We had only 1 family waiting a head of us. Ppl were leaving but they weren't calling anyone. We watched family after family leave. A few families showed up and they seated right away. Meanwhile we were still waiting. Our waitress was really nice. (I had a few questions due to the fact we only had eaten there 1 other time years ago.) We decided on our meals. Food was good. Just think the girls in the front could have been more organized and a but nice about the situation.
Ordered Beef n Broccoli with an egg roll from the lunch specials. The food was not as tasty as it was in years past. Very small amount of beef and broccoli over a plentiful bowl of rice. Beef was okay in taste but a little on the tough side. Egg roll was very good and hot.
I guess it's partly my fault of how this experience turned out because I didn't look at the price of the bone in Fried Chicken. I ordered just the six pieces of chicken and a side of brown rice. I was taken a back at the cost being $42! The chicken was good but not THAT good. Should have stuck with I usually get which is half that price.
I was excited to go back to this place, hadn't been to one in almost a decade. But it wasn't what it used to be. The food was no better than I could get at Panda Express, and the service seemed to do only what passed as "bare minimum". And yet they still charge prices on par with nicer restaurants. I was disappointed. Won't be back.
Food overall was okay, the only one dish worth wild we ate was the SHORT RIBS ($33) served on seasoned rice or broth rice. We usually get two apps and two dishes and two drinks to make it worth wild to say we ate here. Bill was over 100 bucks, and sushi was okay, I could have made better pot stickers. I thought who could honestly make worse orange chicken, but...this place!! I was ashamed for the chefs and the price. The Oolong Tea tasted like peach, and they pre sweetened it(Why!).We might have gotten the wrong order, but only two other tables were there. I don't have Mysophobia, but dont hold my glasses and tea cups by the rims I set my lips on. I had such high hopes for this place that I always wanted to go and was let down. They rely on presentation, not taste.
go for atmosphere and look than food taste. if you are looking for authentic asian food and taste then go to some other authentic Asian cousin.
It's okay. I grew up with eating Chinese food. I'm from Hong Kong and San Francisco. So, it's not fair to compare. I've heard of this place for several years and when I saw it was nearby I thought I would try it. The service was impeccable. The place was packed and the staff was always there to help. More hot oil.... more tea.... more rice.... they were awesome. The food is okay. Prices are fair. The Oolong tea was much better than I expected it to be. Super fragrant.
We have been here many times. This time was a major disappointment. The food was very dry and overcooked. The chicken in the chowmein was dry and hard like it had been re cooked. There was no sauce or moisture to the food.Everything was bland and tasteless. For $110.00 lunch I expected it to be cooked properly. The portions have gotten smaller and the quality is just not what it used to be.
Food has changed since the last time ie been. Didnt enjoy the food at all.
I have been coming to this restaurant chain with my family for so long. Today we decided to pick some food up and bring it home only to be let down by our meal. We were hardly given any rice and my mother had to ask for more, and the rice were half filled (see picture below). The wonton soup which usually allows for each of us to get 2 wontons was now smaller in size and I only had one. The plates in general were of much smaller portions. The beef broccoli meat felt cheap and I nearly gag thinking about the texture of that meat, and all these issues occuring in overpriced cheap food. Absolutely disappointed, will not be coming back anytime soon.
Food was cold when served, our dinner was incomplete, we had missing entrées. PFC food and service changed, this will be the last time my wife and I will visit that chain. I hate to say it, but Panda Express has better tasting food.
I don't know what I was supposed to expect , but I've always heard there adds on the radio and heard people say great things about PF Changs , gee they even have their food in the frozen section at the supermarket , benefit of the DOUGHT but was disappointed with the atmosphere especially , they had some really loud music playing , I think it was R&B and jazz , but I couldn't hear the person I came with when we tried to talk , the server was OK but I noticed a lot of young people , like fresh out of high school or still in high school , just not what I would expect from a name brand restaurant ... and the food ? it literally tasted like the stuff I've bought at the frozen food section at the supermarket ,bland and no real authentic Chinese flavor. if you want real authentic Chinese food either go to China or go to a restaurant run by a Chinese family , I could name a few here in Chino Hills and they are really awesome , but I was curious about all the hype of PF Changs and the restaurant here in Chino Hills was less than mediocre, kinda like when Panda Express used to be good food and now it became too Americanized,... Would I recommend PF Changs of Chino Hills ? NO ...Try out some of the mom and pop local restaurants here , I've grown up in Chino Hills all my life and remember the good old days when I could hike the hills and all the dairy's and corn fields ... Chino Hills is not what it used to be ...
Just got a family meal and the mongolian beef i got waa DRY, it was like beef jerky! I am very dissappointed and would like a refund for my food. Ive ate at this location before and never had a problem. But the food that i got is just unacceptable. I was going to call but they are now closed. If you order take out, please check it before you leave so this doesnt happen to you.
about your experience PF Chang's is my favorite restaurant!!! I'm a loyalty member. I requested that my server take my number. Karla, our server, suggested to wait til the END. We both forgot!! No points— and a LARGE bill. Most of food was satisfactory, however the garlic green beans were POORLY prepared. The stems had not been removed. We mentioned this to our server. No manager addressed this with us, and no adjustment nor accommodation was made. This was not a stellar experience...
Our food was dry, cold , lack of flavor and portions were ridiculously small for $28. A. Plate! We shared our experience with management and all he said was “sorry “ I told him we won’t be coming back and he replied with “ok”….. very unfortunate
First of all they do not honor reservations made online which is 1) poor business and 2) unprofessional. Having a reservation one month in advance we were instead booted to the patio in the rain with literally zero apologies or consideration. The cocktails were lacking, the food is nothing like it used to be. I encourage them to look into the above as they have now permanently lost 3+ parties business. It's them that suffers in the end. Take your hard earned money elsewhere
I used to love PF Changs back in the day...ive thus eaten here twice in a span of 2 months and every single time I get food poisoning. I thought it was just me not being able to stomach the food but after going to doctors and eating at other restaurants I can confirm that this is the only place that makes me vomit after eating there. They constantly keep changing the recipe's on dishes, sometimes making them too greasy or too salty. Most of the time the service has been bad with a lot of the female servers ignoring customers or delivering food and never coming back. The food is just not the same anymore. The lettuce wraps also have a weird seasoning on them now. Bring back the old recipe's and stop giving people 1 scoop of rice for 5 people when theres endless rice from a rice cooker back there. Ridiculous. I'm not coming back. Like someone else said on this thread Panda Express has better food at this point
I ordered Easter dinner for my family from P.F. Chang’s and was disappointed by both the food and the customer service. The Pad Thai was dry (little sauce) and flavorless, and the lettuce wraps chicken was oily, and had an unpleasant aftertaste. When I called to share my concerns, the manager admitted others have complained about the Pad Thai being dry, yet offered no real solution. The manager, Daniel also confirmed that “yes, in the past during delivery we’ve had that concern before.” Instead of addressing the issue or showing any empathy, he deflected responsibility and told me to contact Grubhub. On a holiday, no less. A simple goodwill would’ve gone a long way. I’m writing this in hopes that the restaurant will take better care with both food quality and how they handle customer concerns.
Twas the night after Christmas.... I can't remember the last time, Chinese food tasted this bad. We would have rather gone to Panda Express. Seriously, shrimp dumplings, broccoli chicken, pepper beef, honey shrimp, orange chicken, garlic noodles, and lettuce wraps..... everything tastes like it was from a freezer pack and reheated but worse. How in the world was that $187 bucks!!! Soooo darn frustrating to pay that much money for trash food. Please don't waste your time or money. Go to any hole in the wall Chinese food place for better food and for less money.
04/30/2023 Update: Five of us ate here for lunch. $225.72 Just let that sink in. No alcohol drinks were ordered. Five plates of food, two appetizers, 1 tea, 3 lemonades. No desert ordered. $225.72 That's chicken, rice and noodles. $225.72. The green onions in my Mongolian beef, still had the roots on their ends in my dish. Pretty sure that's a choking hazard had I not pushed that to the side. Counting the days until the doors close. Restaurant was maybe 30% occupied on a Sunday afternoon. Every other restaurant in the area had a line of people waiting to get in. You got my last chance business. Never again will I patronize your restaurant. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 06/12/2022 Update: Four of us ate here for lunch. All of us ordered the lunch portion of Kung Pao Chicken ($13.50 ea) and all of us left hungry. For myself, I had only 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl, about half of a chicken thigh's worth of chicken meat. Now considering that I can buy close to 9lbs of cooked chicken at Costco for roughly the same price as what I just paid for 4 pieces, I'm not a happy camper. It's chicken for crying out loud, which I can still buy in the store for a buck a pound on sale. Since all four of us were having the same experience with what we ordered, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say this was not a "one off" situation. Word of advise, if you have to cut corners and chisel your customers portions to the point that they leave hungry, then you don't have a working business model. There were also about 15 un-bussed tables when we left and way too many employees standing around talking to each other, while the one or two buss boys clearing tables were working at a very slow pace. This combined with our food experience tells me there is a management problem at this restaurant. I've eaten at P.F. Chang's all over the place and this one is really a disappointment. Something needs to change or I won't be coming back.
