Nice service The atmosphere is nice Nice music And most importantly the food is good!
Delicious freshly made Colombian food is made here. They bake Colombian bread daily and everything is delicious. Service is great too, everyone is friendly and treat you like family. Also very good music is played.
They serve fresh tasty food at very reasonable price. Glad I was able to find this Colombian restaurant in the middle of a Korea town. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Waitress was very attentive and was able to recommend the favorite dishes and drinks. Would definitely come back and refer someone for sure. Thank you for the great food and great service.
I was very happy with jenny service. Very attending friendly and neat. The food was pretty good they make you feel like your in Colombia. I would highly recommend this place to eat breakfast lunch and dinner
I’m so happy that I ignored the reviews and ordered from here anyway. I’m Colombian, so if I think the food is good it’s because it is! Their hot chocolate was authentic and delicious! Their buñuelos are huge which is a plus! The portions of their dishes are perfect. I was extremely happy with my order. I’m so happy that I was able to order through seamless and they delivered to me 2 miles away. My food and drink were hot and fresh! I was so delighted that I even called the restaurant to thank them because their hot chocolate spoke to my soul. I can’t wait to try their soups over the weekend.
Meh~ it's alright. Got some Colombian bread and two orders of Chicharron to go. Unfortunately, I think I was either ripped off or maybe the place is Ecuadorian and not Colombian because the cut up Chicharrones I got were tiny as hell. Latin Bakery near Queens Library near Main Street Flushing or even Capy's in Jackson Heights knows how to do them correctly. The cashier lady was nice though
Service was horrible. Everything We ordered was wrong. Waitress argued stating it's what we ordered. I don't even know where to begin other than I don't recommend coming here. There are way better places wo the aggravation.
Was overcharged by a dollar. Are they making up prices? Last time I went there I was charged the correct amount this time what should have been 7.50 came out to 8.49. It is the same exact thing I ordered last time. I had 2 kids with me so I just wanted to leave so I didn't dispute it. However, I will not return for their empanadas because that's what they overcharged me on.
Paid $14 for lunch combo. 1/4 chicken with rice beans and plantain. I get grilled chicken. I call them and she tells me oh sorry we don't have chicken today only grilled chicken. So I asked why she didn't tell me when I ordered and her response was "oh well sorry". For $14 I got mounds of rice a little slab of chicken breast half a plantain and a scoop of beans. This place is falling off. Won't be going back. There are way better spanish places with better food and better service.
The only good thing about this place? The food was decent. But everything else? Absolutely awful. First time here—and definitely the last! WARNING: Check the prices before you order! We were scammed. They charge whatever they want and hide behind the excuse of “we recently changed prices.” That’s NOT an excuse! If you want returning customers, be upfront and honest about your prices. We had a new waitress—she was very sweet, and honestly, I won’t even mention all the mistakes she made because I actually felt bad for her. It’s not her fault she has to work in a place like this! But the management? Completely unprofessional. The person in charge didn’t even have the decency to come out and face us—no apology, no explanation, nothing! They just sent her back to offer us two extra empanadas and a free flan, as if that would magically cover the difference between the menu prices and what we were charged. Absolutely insulting. And to top it all off, when it was time to pay, they conveniently claimed their card machine “wasn’t working”—even though the waitress was using it to take orders! Our only options? Either Zelle them (which felt incredibly shady) or use their ATM, which charged over $3 just to withdraw cash. Seriously?! We ended up paying just to leave, but I walked out furious, ripped off, and disgusted by the whole experience. NEVER again.
The yellow haired old lady at the front desk is very rude and has no manners. No patience for customers. This is a super bad place don't waste your money here!!
The waitress/cashier had a very rude attitude, rolling her eyes at everything I asked for and when I paid she got angry because I paid with a card and in front of other customers she raised her voice at me telling me that I should have cash and that next time I should bring cash. If you don't want to be paid with a card, you can specify that card payments are not accepted. It's rude that someone who works in customer service has such a rude attitude.
This is a horrible place. Do not go there to eat!!!!!!! I’m Colombian and I went there just because I was in the middle of waiting for an appointment and I was very hungry. So disappointed, the waiter is a horrible person with a horrible attitude!!! NASTY ATTITUDE. She didn’t get my order correctly and on top of that, she did not even offer to correct my order and get me what I wanted. disgusting empanadas! Very disappointed
This is the worst Colombian restaurant in flushing Queens New York. The lady attending the customers is very rude. She charged me for extra things because she didn’t listen to me when I ordered also she got mad when I asked her for sauce for my emapanadas! I had a bad experience with this lady. She is supposed to tear customers with respect. Worst Colombian spot ever I will never come back to this place.
Purposely ordered food four hours ahead, to provide them with enough time to make us a delicious Saturday family dinner. First event was getting a call from someone who was annoyed and bothered that I do not speak English to tell me a dish I ordered was not available. The best thing that occurred is food arrived on the hour. A very expensive meal, that was thrown together as if from other's leftovers. Chicharron that was two small bones fried together (tasted like leather) black avocado, dried up meats covered by tons of red sauce, nothing was warm, everything tasted as if the chef was ready to quit for the day and wanted out!
I was thinking about what to say to express how this restaurant made me feel when I ordered lunch on Friday 3/6/2020. Well, all the previous 1 star reviews made justice for me. This restaurant over charges $1-$3, the food isn’t good. They gave me a steak that was under cooked and tasted bad. NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. 🤢🤮🤕🤒😷
