Let's start with the good aspects of this place: first of all and most recently, the architecture and the interior design is very modern and attractive; the location is very accessible; the food is alright, I wouldn't expect it to be the best food in Juarez; lastly,the inside of this fast food restaurant is very extensive, and also pretty comfortable. Alright, here is the reason why I gave it two stars (this reason may not be much, but the major impact it has on costumer satisfaction is what makes up the two stars): lets start with the costumer service, it is straight up frustrating, obnoxious, lousy and just uncool. Even after having so much trouble with the staff and even the manager, they didn't give any thought on saying sorry, or even giving a offering or discount for the struggle and annoyance. Oh yeah, and also the ice cream machine is broken for your information

Terrible service, no one from the staff wanted to take our order, they took time to serve us.

It took half an hour to get my meal. The place wasn't even 1/4 full and the staff had a hard time getting the orders out. I had 2 burgers and 2 shakes for 2.

This franchise doesn't use real meat like the the burger Kings in the US. Fries are nothing like the state side fries. Pepsi does not taste like Pepsi. They charge the same prices as the states but the food quality is nothing compared to state side Burger Kings. Not happy with our food we ordered.

Took an hour to fulfill my order, the order was wrong, i asked for my money back and the clerk refused to, i asked him to talk to the manager, took another 30 minutes, the manager did give me my money back but was very rude and didn't answer any of my questions, he just gave me the money not even saying he was sorry about the whole mess, never coming back here.
