It was a pleasure eat here... the staff is cool and polite. When I was standing on line, their was a little old Spanish couple behind me and the wife was looking for something in her purse but behind them was an African American man also waiting to order. The Spanish man told him to go ahead So he did and he was grateful for that. The African American man told the Spanish couple he would pay for whatever they wanted off the menu...because they were a cute little old Spanish couple (had to be together for 25 years at least) at first the Spanish man was like no thank you... but after a few mins, The Spanish man and his wife order, ate there and had a nice late snack. See New Yorkers their are still good people out there in the world.. White Castle food begins people together... 😁😁

This White Castle is one of the best White Castle I been to. The manager and his co worker was very friendly and also greeted me before taking my order. It’s very rare to find the service that they provided today with the utmost respect and patience. I really hope that they are recognized and the company is doing their due diligence to keep them both. The time is now 7:56 06/13/2024. Was visiting my old childhood neighborhood and had to stop for a White Castle burger. They're a little pricey nowadays. A dollar and $0.08 I believe each for a cheeseburger. That's crazy. You can buy them Frozen for a little bit over a dollar each. They're making a killing. But the burgers are awesome!

I love White Castle I have a nephew that always comes from Florida in the first place he stops is in White Castle and we sit there and we eat he always enjoy White Castle when he comes to New York and I have family that love to go to White Castle when they come from Puerto Rico so that's my favorite place

Super friendly staff. They even offered a cup of water for dog in back seat! Lost a star only because they were out of bbq and honey mustard. I use both on every sandwich/burger/fry I eat from there, so my meal just wasn't quite right without them.

Pretty fast drive thru during lunchtime. Do not order ahead unless someone else is picking it up for you. There's a grubhub, seamless, etc flow that if you are not aware of, you'll be standing there until you speak up and that seems to be at fast food places across the entire Bronx especially with covid happening. The one cashier that they had was so nice to me and my sister. And she was working very hard. And one thing that really made me smile was that our food was fresh and hot. The only issue was one of the workers was just standing in front of the other register doing nothing talking about she's not on the clock. It was pretty empty not crowded at all no lines of people you just come in order and eat in or eat out there was lots of tables available to sit and eat in most of the white castle locations I've been too were pretty much like this one not crowded and lots of room to sit and eat your food

Been to this White Castle numerous times. However, last time I was there, the meat wasn't tasty. Maybe it was one of those bad days. The good thing is, the service was good and the fried clams are back.

What else can I say, it's a 24-hour White Castle, and chances are if you're going here at 3 a.m. in the morning you're not having that great a night anyway. Or perhaps this is the end of your night, and things are going really well? Either way, I never wait too long, there's tons of parking if you choose to go inside, and the drive-thru is really nice and clean, with a large half circle turn, so it's not one of those crazy tight spots that you barely fit in SUV up through. The food is always well cooked, and for whatever reason they are very accurate with their orders. It's one of the local spots, and I've been going there for over 15 years. Never once had an issue with my meal, or something not being placed in the bag. There's this one person who's a little stingy with sauces, but assuming you are assertive enough, you'll get all the honey mustard you want. Overall pretty cool spot, and easy enough to get to when you're in need of a slider or two.

Mobile App & Payment Clarity There seems to be some confusion regarding the mobile app. On a recent visit, my digital receipt and the physical store receipt both clearly showed a total of $0.00 due to applied rewards. Despite this, the staff insisted I pay for the items. After a lengthy back-and-forth, the manager eventually realized the error and honored the total. It would be helpful if the team were better trained on how to read digital/discounted receipts to avoid these uncomfortable situations. Customer vs. Delivery Identification I’ve noticed that if you don't explicitly tell the cashier that you are a "mobile order customer" rather than an "Uber/Delivery driver," your order may be delayed. There should be a clearer distinction or a more efficient check-in process for those of us using the White Castle app. Special Requests (Steaming) Lastly, when requesting that burgers be steamed, I’ve occasionally faced pushback or arguments from the staff claiming they are "fresh off the grill." Typical White Castle. Location is difficult to maneuver in/out of parking lot because of busy streets. This one was extra slow using the drive thru, but at least the order was accurate.

The woman who took our order at the drive-thru was nice. However, when we drove up to the pay at the pickup window we realized she was using her cellphone and trying to work at the same time. The nerve!!! Even if it was an emergency, do not use your cellphone while servicing customers. That's a big no-no! There was no line in the drive-thru but she made the wait that much longer with her cellphone in her hand. For example by making the drinks with one hand instead of putting the cellphone down and using both hands.🤨

They only get 3 stars today because they closed the drive through and parking lot for line striping and black top repair. No signs telling you they are open. They look closed. You have to park on the side streets and walk in. No parking today.no drive in today. They Are open and Google says they are closed. White Castle is open to dine in or take out. The store is in a good location with ample parking. The servers are polite and fast. Years ago you could get a meal for less than _5.00. Now it is just about double. The same delicious food...but with chicken and snacks. This is my secret vice.

My order was not what I had expected, I ordered 15 Chicken sliders without cheese & guess what they had put cheese on them, now I have 15 Chicken cheese sliders my guest don't want to eat. Last night I ordered a crave case with the chicken sliders , I said I will pick them up this morning @ 11am, guess what, they never heard of my order, so I had to wait while they make a new order of everything so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes, but they were curious enough & apologized for this error, but I was more upset when I said"No Cheese on the Chicken" & there it was, so please pay attention to your customer's orders, I shouldn't have to check my order before I leave the place,so I guess in the future I may have to.

Honest Review The dinning area, was cluttered and looks dirty. Even though tables not in use. Restaurant appears to be staffed at minimums, and the Crew is rushed. Customer service skills, below minimums. The food quality even though it was sloppy assembled, was hot and tasty.

I love White Castle, but on the night I visited this location last, the person at the window didn't speak, not even when spoken to & had a slight attitude. I understand that working fast food restaurants can be a challenge, so I am always nice, I NEVER harass or berate, I NEVER say inappropriate things, I try to be as pleasant as I can be.

The white castle itself is good. It's what you expect from whitecastle. My issue is the man or men asking me for money at the drive thru. Even insisting I give him all my change for a 20 when my meal was about 11 bucks.

White Castle has always been a meet location. After all, everyone is familiar with the White Castle. As far as the entree goes; their shakes are nice and thick. I have yet to try the waffles and/or any of the sides that goes with it. Maybe next time. In the meantime, square sandwiches don't fill this mouth.

I grew up with White Castle. I’m originally from the Bronx NYC. Every time I go there I always purchase the crave case. We eat the 30 burgers and bring home the remaining 30. The second I placed one in my mouth I tasted something real sweet something was different with the burgers. I asked the manager what has changed and she told me that they changed the ketchup. SMH why would they do that. Bring back the original ketchup. I’m still going to give great reviews to White Castle because I am loyal. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL KETCHUP.

A typical fast food spot. The staff is either friendly or not at all, I've have experiences with both. The food is always good, along with the prices. Everything is always clean & it's a decently sized joint.

Just happened to be passing by and everyone was hungry. Saw WC and went to eat there. Stood in the drive thru for over 25 minutes before we saw any food. The employees looked so unhappy it was sad yo see them working. As much as I hate murder burgers is still as much as I would still eat them. My brother calls them belly bombers. 🍔

Great service it's white castle. For those who've never had it. It is a New York and New Jersey favorite for many years. Those small hamburgers melt in your mouth. Nothing like you have had anywhere else.

If you're familiar with the food then you know what to expect in that department. As far as everything else, this is a relatively clean location. The staff is ok. My only complaint is the wait time. Whether you go inside or use the drive thru, plan on waiting a decent amount of time until you receive your order. They are not quick at all even if you're the only customer there. If you're in a hurry, this is not the place for you. Other than that, it's a White Castle. Small overpriced burgers you can buy 24/7.

Waited over 30 minutes for 1921 sliders bacon and jalapeno meal. The food is usually fresh here. Everytime I went up they kept saying it was coming. I finally get it and it has no bacon. She fixed it, gave extra bacon and stuff. But was very frustrating.

it’s been many years since I last had a white castle slider. Thankfully, the girlfriend treated me for Valentine’s Day and the cheeseburger, sliders and french fries and chicken. Wings were delicious. However, the order was placed online and after 10 minutes, she goes to the counter only to find out that they haven’t even started the order yet the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped and not even napkins helped. I would prefer to have taken the food to go, but it was very cold outside so we ate in and I honestly couldn’t wait to leave. In the future, if I do want white castle, I would definitely go back, but I would take my food to go

Nice 24/7 spot "The impossible sliders" are amazing, it even tastes better than the original. It's plant based (no meat) I'm not vegan/vegetarian but I would definitely choose that over the original sliders. P.S. And yes it tastes good with bacon as well 😏

It's terribly unclean, and disorganized no matter which manager is on duty. I ordered five impossible burgers with cheese and everything on them, plus a sack of onion rings. I waited nearly thirty minutes for my order and it still wasn't correct. I did not receive any cheese on my order which clearly had it on my receipt or any of the toppings that I clearly stated. If you do order an impossible burger it does take some time to make, which is clearly fine, but thirty minutes is unacceptable by any standards from any establishment that carry this item on the menu. My food was sitting in the window area with other orders for over fifteen minutes until I waited for them to call my number on my receipt and then my order was incorrect. I sat and waited at a ketchup smeared table trying not to touch a thing, the floors were filthy with scattered debris from other patrons. All hands were on deck behind the counter while they had online orders piling up with no one expediting them, and delivery drivers stacked at the take out window with other in house paid customers. This is one of the worst and filthy white castles you can ever go to. I recommend against it greatly.

I used to really like this White Castle. Nothing's wrong with the food, but the wait times for your order to be filled are too long. When I went there a couple of nights ago there were only three crew members (that I could see) working. I don't know if the reduced staff is due to budget cuts because of COVID or they were short-staffed that particular night. The drive thru line was very long, too. There were about 10 of us inside the restaurant either waiting to place or receive our order. I didn't look at the fine, but I had to have been in there for about 20-25 min. from start to finish. Such a shame especially when you're considering yourself to be picking up "fast food".

This was my first time at this White castles in Boston road in the Bronx. I went around 2am, most of the tables were dirty the staff all looked miserable, and super slow service. I ordered a sandwich I never had before, which was a cheeseburger with egg in it. I had to go up multiple times to remind several workers that I still haven't received my food. It took around 25 minutes for me to receive a couple of burgers and a Hot Chocolate, mind u the place only had 3 customers before me and they also look like they had more than enough workers to make things run smoothly. Smh. My overall experience was disappointing and I hope I just went in a bad night and this restaurant is not always this bad. By the way the food was still good as always

I read that white Castle was rated the number 3 fast food place in America. I had not eat there in at least 20 years. I remembered that eats time I had eating there burgers were delicious but a few hours after I was very sick. Based on the rating I thought this had improved. They burgers are still delicious but the reaction is still the same. I will probably never go in there again.

The staff members are extremely rude and unprofessional to ask for napkins it a HUGE BOTHER. I drove through around midnight I kindly asked for ketchup and napkins to a short chunky Spanish lady and she closed the window in my face and continued working on another station. (2) NEGATIVES: My wife and I only go to White Castle about once a Year. And every time we do, We're quickly reminded why ... we only go once a year (if that). The lines typically move slow; the food is way too expensive; and it somehow averages about 50/50 chance of being cold by the time you receive it. The staff's professionalism and friendly service is not often found. It seems like people just work there because they can't find anything else, or haven't fully learned the English language. Hey ... I'm Puerto Rican, so I'm all for hiring people who move to this country. But sadly, that courteous/family environment is long gone. White Castle is too corporate, and not enough people/family centered. This is just my Opinion, but ... a White Castle Hamburger/Cheeseburger should never have exceeded $49 cents. Most people are struggling to make it by. So while McDonald's continues to improve, offering the best deals (by far), White Castle has lost its original appeal. Someone at Corporate needs to remember what it was like going there as a family, to actually dine in, and enjoy good "AFFORDABLE" food, in a clean and safe environment. 4 Thumbs down 👎👎👎👎

Pretty bad. The server's mask was under his nose and was sneezing near the food. My coffee was not started until after the rest of the order was finished and I had to leave it behind. Homeless folk were hogging the outside tables so there was no space to eat. Just not good.

First this Nyomi person is in the back arguing with someone, and everyone else is acting like they can’t do orders. They had to call her to the front for orders 4 times. She couldn’t find my mobile order. I showed her proof of my mobile order in their app, and she still refused to give me my order. She told me just put it through again it’s only $12, and expected me to solve the problem like I’m the one that works there and knows anything about their system. It was horrible the night shift is terrible i came in here 3 times within the same week and the restaurant was still filthy not cleaned and the tables were filthy aswell, the night shift crew is rude and serve food with a attitude instead of a smile. That isn’t good for a franchise you need to will the customers in not scare them off this isn’t halloween. I wish i could’ve given NO REVIEW. The burgers are slimy after you still tell them well done. And they have an attitude when you give the order back that they’ve made wrong.
