Sunrise Cafe Cleburne Reviews
I'm still sitting here writing this review. Someone at my Dr's office recommended this restaurant. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I walked in and was immediately greeted by Mandy. Whose customer service was so friendly and welcoming. She checked on me multiple times. The wait on the food was quick. I ordered the special of eggs florentine subbed a biscuit. It was so delicious. I'm so stuffed. I even ordered 4 biscuits to go. I'll be back!
I flew down from Arkansas on the 3rd and flew back in the 9th. Had a week long visit with my niece and her family for about a week. While I was there in cleburn we went to the Sunrise Cafe one kor I g for breakfast. It was so good that her and I went back the very next morning. The food was awesome and the wait staff was too nitch. I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. Next time when in Cleburn I will DEFFINANTLY be dining here at least once again!
Sunrise Grill was one of my mom’s favorite restaurants to go eat out in the morning. Thanks to her. We still keep going back. The food is amazing. The staff is incredible. As soon as you walk in, they greet you with a good morning and a smile you’re allowed to sit anywhere you want and feel comfortable. I just recommend this place.
Can't say enough about this place I knew the owner. He was a good man. His son and his family cary on his legacy. Good food good people.
Great service and food. Wife and I love ole blue jean, working class folks diners. Thats what I call Texas atmosphere like where I grew up in Missouri. Not to forget reasonable 1990s prices. $23 dollars for both of us. Enjoy, you won't be disappointed.
First time in here, bought lunch during breakfast hours and got a patty melt, was absolutely delicious and a bargin of a price if I lived over here it would be my #1 spot for breakfast and lunch great environment and very nice staff all around a great place to dine in 👍 Finished my plate 🤣
Simply a fantastic breakfast experience! The prices are reasonable, the staff are attentive, and the food is solid. I absolutely loved the breakfast sandwich and the kiddos enjoyed the silver dollar pancakes. The coffee was fresh and was not burnt!!!! This place is quality and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
Had a meeting down the street and noticed this place on Google Maps. We were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Turkey Club, with coffee for lunch. The coffee was a bit weak for my taste but it was not bad. The sandwich was good. The fries were great and the service was awesome. This is a great little out of the way type spot that you can easily stop in and know you are going to eat decent food. For the 3 of us, it was like $35 with drinks pre tip. Pricing was fair, food was good, service was great. Can not go wrong with that combination!
They were excellent. Brought my residents to eat here. They were very understanding bout their limitations and helped them out from moving to even cutting up food. Good food as well. Everyone was happy with their meal
Great cafe especially for breakfast but good sandwiches and lunches too. Affordable, fast service and lots of choices on menu. Their Senior Breakfast Combo is a great choice for those on limited budget.
We are visiting family in Cleburne and checked this place out for breakfast. First time here. You seat yourself wherever you want. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in and tended to right away. Our waitress was kind and made sure to get our food order correct to avoid any delay. The other servers kept up with coffee refills and were kind as well. I tried the migas and they were good. My husband and daughter had the French Toast platter and that was really good as well. Overall, great experience and food. We will visit again for sure.
This place has home cook food like mom makes. They have friendly staff, great environment, and also not a noise place. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Swiss Sandwich w/ mushrooms and bacon. It wasn’t all out fancy sandwich. Just something simple and straight to the point. Would recommend this place for a simple plain bite to eat.
Our waitress was horrible. She got our order wrong, dropped some of our food in the floor and barely checked on us. We sat here for 20 minutes with nothing to drink and our order was wrong but it took her 20 minutes to come back. The sad art is they weren't super busy
I was very disappointed in this place. I have never eaten here before but I saw it on grubhub so I decided to place an order. On the grubhub app it said that the Burger meal came with fries.I also put in the notes to put mayo on my Burger and no tomatoes. I also ordered a side salad with ranch no tomatoes. Shame on me for not checking my food before I left but I assumed it would be correct so I just grabbed my food and went back to work. When I opened my box my burger had no mayo on it but it did have the tomatoes that I said not to put on there. There was also no French fries in the box and my salad was 2 bites of lettuce and it also had tomatoes.. The burger was also disappointing because there was absolutely 0 seasoning on it and it tasted like a fast food Burger. And the $3 tea that I ordered was a kid sized tea which I think is absolutely ridiculous to charge that much for an 8 oz drink. I was really hoping this place would be good because I love to support local businesses is over large chains but this is not a small business that I will support.
