One of the best Taco Bells around! The staff are always friendly, the food is hot, and service is quick. What else does one need from a fast food place? The only downside is visiting other Taco Bells afterwards and getting disappointed by them for not reaching Cleburne's high bar.

Went here this evening (4/20/21 😉) with my family. Wanted to give a shout out to Jonah H and his crew tonight. He had red hair and wore glasses, and a had golden sense of humor. I mean GOLDEN. You absolutely came through with the mild sauce, appreciate it a lot man. We have a big family and usually always end up missing a few items, we got our entire order tonight. My wife and I were very pleased with this Taco Bell. It was clean. The cashier was friendly efficient and helpful. He even recommended that we get senior drinks. My wife and I appreciate this type of experience. Especially at a fast food establishment.

We were the 5th car in line in the drive-thru on a Saturday evening and got through in a reasonable amount of time. Our food was hot and fresh and the order was correct. Can't ask for much more than that.

A friend brought me here and she originally received the wrong order, but the kitchen staff were quick to correct it and bus it to the table. The staff do a good job at maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant. Not really sold on their new strawberry lemonade drink, probably would not order it again, tasted very bland.

Ehh, it's Taco Bell. If you've never eaten there, maybe you should avoid it. If you have eaten there, you know it's delicious but you pay for it later on. There's nothing like having Montezuma's revenge when it comes through Taco Bell! Why do I go back? When you make it hurt so good Taco Bell? Lol

Last time that I was in there, the happy hour price didn't ring up right, but they were very apologetic and quick to find a solution. Haven't had any issues.

Good food at a fast pace. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the menu change, but that's a biased opinion because I miss the triple steak stack. However the new menu item which is basically the triple steak stack but with beef is definitely worth the try.

While we usually go through the drive through, the food is good and I can't think of any issues we have with them getting the order correct (and I know I can't say the same for other restaurants), so that is a good thing. The staff is usually pretty friendly. I will say that our most recent trip there was a broken glass bottle in the line that I think we avoided, but that was a fluke. They normally are pretty clean. I think they do better than most fast food restaurants.

You don't come to Taco Bell because you are in the mood for Mexican/TexMex, you come because you are craving Taco Bell (for better or worse) Service varies depending on what time you go but generally it's decent and my orders don't get messed up. They are definitely quick. I come here when I'm in a hurry. To me it's better (and faster) than McDonald's and they have a broad menu selection. The tea here is WAY too sweet so maybe consider a soda or just take a pass.

The are good but have gotten several of our orders wrong. We either didn't get our full order or got something else than we ordered. That's the only complaint really. Other than that it's good.

FREEZING - Bring a jacket, gloves and a hat! This restaurant is always freezing. it is 66 degrees outside and when you walk in the building and it's even colder so it is probably about 60 degrees inside i'm wearing two shirts and a jacket and am shaking. Good food and great people but wear warm clothes!

Dining in staff is pretty friendly and speedy. Drive through is okay staff not always super friendly just okay service. I visit at least once week

Food always tastes the same and I like the flavor, however our tacos always fall apart, and I had a hard time ordering through the drive through. Had to repeat and explain myself several times. They always ask us if we want sauce, we always say yes, hot, and we never recieve any. Why ask?

This place is a hit or miss. I've gone and had a really good meal, but I've also gone and they either forget one of my items or the item is made incorrectly. If there was more consistent good days than bad I'd give a better rating but unfortunately the consistency just isn't there yet.

Too many times they mess up some of the smaller parts of the order. It's not a huge deal, but it's frustrating when it's one thing requested that's not added or one thing left on when asked for it to be removed every single time. Once again, it's not the biggest issue, but it gets tiring and quite frankly, we'll probably just find somewhere else that consistently gets the whole order right.

Saturday 22 July approximately 2:30 PM. We hit the drive thru and it was popping. The drive thru guy was friendly and courteous. The service was fast and the food was fresh. The only problem was there were two long brown hairs in my chalupa. So nasty but it happens. I ate em anyway just picked the hairs out. It's too hot and too far to go for a new chalupa right now.

No receipt. Kid in the window jacked my order up but manager came on and straightened in right out. Zero eye contact or words spoken when I get to the window. Food was fresh and hot though. Might as well put robots in. Also, tiniest little beef breeta I've ever seen

The gentleman working the drive-through window was overwhelmed. We asked for lots of sauces because we ordered a lot of food. When we got the order handed to us, there were no sauce packets. When we asked for sauce, he said they were in the bag. We told him no,they weren't. Then he said, check the box.There is no sauce there either. He got a little rude and rolled his eyes at us, mouthed something under his breath, and handed us a handful of sauce packets. I guess they are rationing sauce packets now. Lol But, it's taco bell. Ya get what ya pay for.

Cockroaches made a strong showing near the drive through, by the order menu. They were out in force when I was ordering food a few nights ago. Might be that they just have big rocks surrounding the microphone, not sure. They were combing through the rocks looking for food, and it was nasty to behold. Didn't want to roll my window down. Not going back.

Taco Bell only allows 2 orders per car. Even after explaining our unique situation they did not make an allowance. I won't recommend Taco Bell to anyone.

The taco bell on henderson has the worst survive. I pulled up to order a few minutes before opening so I could look at the menu and was told 4 times by the same lady that they was not open yet and every time I said yes ma'am that's fine I can Waite. Got a few of the cheese chicken chipotle wraps and they only has one maybe 2 piece of chicken and it was very dry. Will be going to main street for now on.

Atmosphere not clean vary messy worker's very sloppy and lazy . They don't give you your order that you ask for and they charge you for an order you didn't even choose or they don't have everything that you ordered and charge you a high price . The intercom doesn't work too well you barely understand what they say and they don't speak load and clear so they can be understood . Horrible service at this Taco Bell on West Henderson next to H. E. B. in Cleburne Texas . Your better off going to North main St it's closer to HOME DEPOT Store .

I usually go to the Taco Bell on Main (174), but they were shut down having water issues. So we went to the Henderson location. We ordered our food and about 5 minutes later they inform me that they've ran out of beef. All of our order was with beef. They did ask if we wanted to substitute it with steak and I agreed so we could get out of there. The store was filling up quickly. Got home and tried my food and couldn't eat it. Nachos and hard tacos are not great with the steak beef. Ended up throwing it away and going with Ramen noodles.

Somehow they always prioritize drive thru. I went inside and placed an order and they took 18 minutes meanwhile the drive thru orders just kept getting handed out.

I have been to this location for many years, I used to love going to this location, however, I ordered a nacho fries bell grande which is almost $4 and never received it in my bag. This is the third time they have not put some in my bag or messed up my order within the past two months..

Ordered online, got to the drive thru about 30 minutes later and order hadn't even been started. Person at drive thru was friendly enough, explained they were making the last item on my order. A few minutes later, handed me my sack. I didn't check it because I had a line behind me at the drive thru. Got home and the item I had been waiting on to be finished wasn't even in the sack! It was late and I wasn't going back out.

First off its Taco Bell so you usually can never go wrong. But I've been holding off on doing this review because this issue has happened 3 times. I get all my food but it's cold. Not extremely cold but cold enough. It being fast food I would expect it to be hot. Next is the bell granda I always get. The last 2 times I have gotten it half the chips have the meat and cheese and beans and all and the other half has nothing. It wouldnt be that big of a deal if the half that has it would have had enough for it all. But nope. And I would had been lucky had I gotten beef on it.

Ordered from the computer. Took along time to get order, no drinks or sauce requested. Then had to ask for our drinks. They seemed annoyed. Could be because the guy at the counter didn't do his job. He held the counter up well. Place was dirty and the bathroom single stale didn't lock.

We had a mobile order for this location as we passed through town. We've been here before and have never had an issue like this. Our order was not correct in almost every aspect. The crunchy taco shell was stale and the chalupa was tough as well. Those were the only quality issues. But on top of that the order was inaccurate as there were missing ingredients in items that should have been there and ingredients we asked to have removed in other items still had those ingredients in them. It was a major disappointment and unfortunately we checked to see if we had everything but because our orders have always been accurate and of good quality, we didn't check for that before heading to our destination 20+ minutes away.

Usually this taco bell is pretty good, but on Easter Sunday, I took my family to eat and I noticed they have put in all kiosk. I had missing items and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the all teenage staff ignored me and were talking amongst themselves. Is this what taco bell is coming to, a no contact no help staff????

Chalupa shell too crunchy cause it was so old!! I took a picture, went back the next day and showed the manager. She had the team remake the chalupa...only for it tk be THE EXACT SAME WAY!!! I took it to the counter, told them I didn't even want a replacement, tried to explain the problem while ignored by the manager who was standing right there! UGH! Way to take care of a problem by caring even LESS to fix it! Wasn't able to write a whole new review but had to get this out there. Pic w the purple taco bell box..THIS IS A HAIR!! A BIG LONG HAIR that was in my dip!!! How incredibly disgusting!! I have no other words other than HAIR NETS PEOPLE!!!!!!

Worst taco bell there is. The last 5 times I've been there they have gotten my order wrong and I'm in a hurry so I'm in no mood to have to wait on my food yet again. All In all you can go down the street and get some legit Mexican food for cheap and not get your order wrong. DON'T GO HERE!!

Went through the drive-thru last week, didn't know that their debit/credit card system was down! It would not of been a big deal, if they would of posted it before people got into the line. Waited 45 mins just to get through the line, even with people who had cash. Slow service, usually somewhat fast. Went to taco Bell location on main Street instead.

Went there at 12 am took 32 minutes to get to the window. Then when at the window a woman took my money and handed me my order. Well I thought I should check it and it was wrong. Had many cars behind me and didn't want to hold up the line so I asked for my money back. I had given her $7.25 and she gave me back $6 and some change. And then slamed the window. I sat there as they passed by the window and ignored me. Finally someone came to the window and asked whats wrong I said she didn't give me all my money. And then told me she couldn't. It wasn't about the money it was about the WORST customer service I think ive ever had. What has happened to Taco Bell not only was the service terrible but I will NEVER go back there again.. Ordered $60 in food and they forget 1/2 of it. When asked them what happened to the rest they did nothing. Didn't try to make it right. Order a large drink and get a medium. Fast food is not that hard did it for years. Pull it together.

Went there tonight for 2 big deal boxes and 2 five layer beefy burritos. Told them no sour cream or vegetables on all our items and we still ended up with the full dressings. This is the worse place to eat! The employees move way to slowly and are always rude. It took them 30 minutes to make my food. From now on I will eat at jack in the box down the road.

The best items Taco Bell had to offer on their menu are now gone. And at the same time, the food quality has drastically dropped. I have always chosen Taco Bell over any other fast food restaurant. But from this point on, i will be giving all of my business to Taco Casa.

Your burritos are usually dry Harley has anything in the burritos Whenever I ask for extra cheese and sauce it's more cheese than anything or it's usually more beans than anything I can never get a decent breed out there It's never mixed all together it's always off one way or the other I always have to add nacho cheese sauce to even make it taste good We have been going to this Taco Bell for almost a couple years and I can never make a good burrito It's usually too dry the beans are burned or too much cheese and can even taste anything

April 2024 They aren’t checking the CO2 levels on the soda machine. When I called to ask when they’d last checked it. Was told that I was probably handed the wrong soda by a new employee. And asked what kind of soda I had ordered. I told the manager that the soda I was handed didn’t taste like soda. So they aren’t checking CO2 levels in any of them. ——- 10 mths ago June 2023 So order was rang up wrong. Went through the drive through. Tried to charge me wrong amount. When I reviewed it with her twice at the speaker and then once at the window. She finally fixed it but didn’t nobody nor her checked to make sure food was correct. How do you screw up a bean 🌯 order saying No onions lite beans extra cheese and red sauce. You use beans that aren't heated up properly. You put minions on the 🌯. Tyen my crunch wrap supreme was no sour cream,lite meat. What I got was lite meat no beans and a ton of lettuce to make it seem right.

Never again! I have been sick for 2 days from this place. Hubby called to speak with manager and the manager stuttered when hubby told him that maybe they're using expired food. The manager didn't have much to say and when he did he was rude. Didn't seem to want to help and hung up on hubby.

Asked for unsweetened tea and received sweet tea ...diabetic!!! Asked for my Jalapeno creamy hot sauce, was told it was in my box..no sauce! that I paid for!! ..they didn't know what they were doing, 2 of them looked like they were somewhere else 🤔

We just stopped here to eat a quick dinner. I asked for 2 cool Ranch tacos and I was told they don't serve them anymore. I asked for 2 beef burritos and I was told they don't make those anymore either. So I ordered 4 crunchy tacos. When I got the tacos the shells were so hard and stale. We won't be back for sure.

Recent hit to our income has made for hard times. Went here to eat our anniversary meal since it was here or nothing and nothing would've been better. Potatoes in all items had to have been leftover from breakfast. We didn't receive a receipt as well. Should have stayed home and had that bologna sandwich.

Ordered two build your own cravings box for delivery. My cheesy gordita crunch was actually a cheesy tortilla crunch and barely had any fillings. My 5 layer burrito was missing sour cream, next had to no cheese. My son's box had a crunch wrap supreme without the crunch. No tostada shell inside. His 5 layer burrito only had one tiny spot of sour cream. Both burritos tortilla was stale like it had been sitting out all day. I understand that these boxes are an online exclusive and saves me money, but all this is not ok. Do better with the rest of your customers because I will never order here again.

They eliminated all the combo meals that me and my wife enjoyed. So we walked across the street and enjoyed some Chipotle

I had ordered my food and it was out fairly quick. As soon as I sat at the bar to eat, employees started cleaning light fixtures where I was sitting. So I put all my food back on the tray and moved to a regular seat. I started eating again and here they come, cl demanded a bageaning light fixtures over me. I got up, demanded a bag and I left. I felt like I was being asked to leave without them actually asking me. I felt rushed and unwelcome. I will not go back to that Taco Bell ever again. I've been going there for years since before it was remodeled. Years before. That experience changed my attitude towards Taco Bell. At least the one on Henderson in Cleburne, Tx.

The order is WRONG EVERY VISIT. Why doesn't the owner/management implement some better processes to ensure quality and accuracy? It's always kids working with no managers around, on their phones.

when we ordered our dragon fruit freeze we weren’t told at the window before we paid that there was no syrup when we got the cup it was clear that there was no purple syrup for the dragon fruit flavor the worker then rudly told us they where out of syrup and did not offer any kind of swap out or refund. Last time I went they gave me little cheeses. So this time I asked for extra cheese and if you see by the pic there is none. I love Taco Bell there are so many options and it’s good priced. Ik cheeses cost is high but you can still put cheeses on the food. Taco casa is very generous with their cheese. I just like taco case cuz the nacho cheese tacos and the amount of options yall have.
