Oh my gosh it’s so yummy. All the staff is so nice. We got seated right away. I got the Italian omelette with hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy. With a cinnamon roll on the side. And my girlfriend got the chicken strips with fries and pancake. Everything was really great.

This was my first my time visiting this place. We arrived around the closing time. They didn't mind. The staff was so nice, gave us enough time to order. He did asked us very polite to do our order before the kitchen closed down for the day. The food was delicious. We were able to hang out a little bit after closing time. They weren't rushing us to leave. We ate very comfortable. Next time We will make plans to get there earlier. The place is very clean and very spacious. They have a very nice outdoor dining area. The restrooms are super clean. Parking and location is great! $$ I totally recommended this place for breakfast or brunch.

I loved the service! They were very friendly! We ordered Bob's breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was huge! It was super tasty and I ordered mine with fries! The server asked us if we wanted ranch and salsa! That was amazing that she asked us. Because I wouldn't have known to ask. It was delicious! The bathroom was clean and I had a great time! Thank you!

This place gets a 4 for Fresno Clovis, but in a different city it would compare to a truck stop. Large portions. The eggs Benedict is the surprise it is really good. Biscuits undercooked. Gravy ok but thin. Country fried steak not good. Breakfast potatoes average. The location is great. I would definitely recommend sitting outside.

Seems to be a classic location in town serving traditional western breakfast. Big cowboy theme. Staff are kind, food was good. Door kept swinging and cold air kept biting. Probably one of the better and unique potato sides, love it when it’s charred and it’s from the bottom Of the grill

It was quite sleepy when my small family and I last visited here in December 2025, which was nice. But for the small amount of other customers in the restaurant, we were not tended to consistently. The biscuits are also not as big as they were a couple years ago. They are substantially smaller (similarly sized to store bought tube biscuits). So that was disappointing. Hashbrowns and bacon were yummy. Overall, it was an so-so brunch.

I've eaten her numerous times over the past several years with friends and coworkers. It seems like things have changed over the last couple of years, and not for the better. Today, my coworkers went in, got a table and ordered drinks, while I found nearby parking. When I got to the table there were no drinks. We all looked at the menu, decided on what to order, put the menus down and waited. After 7 minutes or so I had to wave to someone to place our order. "I'll send your server over in just a minute" said a pleasant young lady. Several minutes later our server came by and took our order. "He'll have your drinks in just a minute" he said, gesturing to another young man. Our drinks arrived another several minutes later. Meals were brought and after our server left I noticed that some condiments I woul like were not on the table. After waiting a few minutes, I got up and went to our server (behind the counter) and asked for mustard and mayo. He handed me the mustard bottle and asked the kitchen for some mayo. Several minutes later he brought the mayo (which had been sitting in the servers window within 1 minute after being requested). My burger is now warm, not hot. With most of our meals gone and drinks almost empty, another server (the drink guy) checked to see if we would like refills. Mind you, half the tables in the restaurant were unoccupied. Almost the entire time we were there, there were at least three people behind the counter folding napkins or other such tasks. The table next to us, who came in about half way through our visit were trying as politely as possible to catch someone's eye for service. I kiddingly, but with a measure of seriousness told them they were in a self-service restaurant. Food was okay, nothing to get excited about, but good enough. Probably not coming back any time soon. Too bad, because this used to be a place to go for home style cooking, great service and a fun atmosphere.

Stopped by as I was driving to Sequoia. Fun themed country diner with a classic menu and average pricing. However, service was very slow and I waited around 20 minutes just to get my order taken - I kept asking to order but each server I asked said that I wasn’t sitting at “their” table. Food was fine, didn’t particularly stand out but not bad at all.

The Girl That Is Nothing

The service was friendly and the atmosphere was so lively. When we got there is was busy with people, we waited 15 minutes for a table. Once inside we ordered our food and waited for almost an hour. The biscuits and gravy was pretty good. I ordered a Pancho villa which was good but it needed something spicy, yes I tried the salsa on the table but it’s not that kick it needs .I wish the beans weren’t canned. I wasn’t a big fan of the chicken fried streak, I felt like it needed something else to give it that wow effect, the potatoes that goes with it was a lil disappointing also. They weren’t cooked evenly and the seasoning were bland. Overall the food was okey, would I come back to Sandy’s? Probably not.

First time coming here. It was busy. They have a pretty decent menu and you can get breakfast served all day. I had the biscuits and gravy and they were good. The gravy is really tasty. If you're looking for breakfast I would recommend it.

I'm so confused by all the positive reviews. We just left and will not be back. 1) waiting for a table they make you wait outside in the cold. At least provide heaters if your restaurant size cannot accommodate folks waiting. 2) the wait was long. And it took over 10 minutes just to pay the bill. My husband walked up and paid at the register as the waitress took our card and never came back. 3) my husband liked his country gravy but the bacon was dry. I could have made better eggs at home. Positive: the order was correct.

Sat at counter today as just two people. Tables were full. Clovis Fest time so it's busy. Got water and menus quickly but that's where service stopped. We sat with menus down as we decided what to order. 15 minutes go by and there are so many people right there behind the counter ignoring us. No one made eye contact or acknowledged us. So we left. As we were leaving, saw a few open tables. Yet a lot of people waiting outaide. This our second try of Sandy's that failed.
