My child was feeling weak, from fasting. I asked a young lady Afghan, I believe, about ordering and how long it would take to be ready. She not only had my food ready, she informed the other , young ladies to keep an eye out for me. I walked to my vehicle, and upon returning,, the two other young ladies, were motioning for me to come to the register. GREAT SERVICE🙏Merci / tashakour❤️

It’s so clean and modern. Everything was clean. Delicious food. I couldn’t stop eating. It has line at the lunch. Sometimes you need to stay in the line for 15 minutes or more. Be prepared for that. You can order online and pick it up when is ready. That’s good idea to voiding the line. But, if you want to look at the food and then order. You need to go inside and wait in the line. It has a parking lot.

This is one of the Best Panda Express Locations. I have eaten panda at all locations everywhere for years. And this is the best Ran location. Their foods all the same but here for some reason it tastes so much fresher, not as oily, crisp vegetables, perfect balance of sauces. Every location has at least one thing that needs improvement. They are fast with the mobile orders. It can be super busy rush hour and I'll put the mobile order in from outside pulling up and right when I walk in its ready! Love this location. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful!

Nice combo meal,reasonable price. I just don't like their beef with brocolli,not tasty at all but mostly I loved their foods. Some staff are not so friendly though,not smiling at all!

Probably a better choice than most fast food joints. I’m sure I got my weekly quotient of sodium but it tasted good was hot and the staff was friendly.

Food is consistent with the other Panda Express restaurants I've visited. The staff at this location needs to be a bit friendlier and more interactive with the customers, acknowledging patrons upon arrival, etc. Atmosphere is quite lacking overall.

It's a panda express...you've been to one you've been to all. This one is a good example though. go there often for lunch and they place is always clean and the food is hot and fresh. they are busy so the food gets cooked fresh quickly and often

If you're looking for a low sodium meal, this isn't for you. I wish that every Panda Express had a drive through but the prices are good and the food it too! I personally really like the honey walnut shrimp 😋 and I appreciate that it's about $10 per person and fairly quick and convenient!

I like that they let you get half and half of the side choices. I like to go with healthy vegetables and the fried rice. They serve substantial portions so I always have leftovers. Too bad you can't get tastes right now during the Covid 19. So this time I got two entrees in case I didn't like one. I got a steak option and the terriaki chicken. Both were good. Sometimes the line is pretty long but they move people through pretty quickly. Is a good place to go when you need a quick meal.

Their new Sichuan spicy hot chicken is no joke, very dense yet tender breast meat wrapped in spicy crisp clothing that speaks both quality and taste. I want to try beef cube next time as they look so yummy

Chow mein was dry with poorly cooked noodles and little to no sauce and no vegetables. Orange chicken was such a small amount that I wouldn't recommend this location. Green beans chicken was tired and too shriveled to enjoy. Tables needed better cleaning, as they were wiped but was sticky with previous residue.

Their employees always seem frantic and chaotic. They are very friendly for customer service oriented. Cooks always seem to be behind and dishes are empty, you think they would just cook more instead of standing around yelling at the front of house staff. At least the dishes come out hot and fresh.

Every PE I’ve tried gives you a full bowl of rice then sprinkles the entree on top. So $8 for a bowl of rice with a tiny bit of the actual entree. I’ve tried with the bowl and combo option, multiple locations. I think they train employees to do this to save $$. It’s worse since I’m vegetarian and just get the tofu eggplant. So need more to be full

Food was good, but the person that helped us did a poor job. Management should train their employees training better. I dont want to be eating my food and listen about their personal life while their not doing their job and not allow the other employees to do theirs.

My two teens love it here, but the experience always leaves me a bit wanting. Not the best deal when you order a premium dish, and I wish they would help customers create a cost conscious order when trying to describe the quantity of food desired. Very much a mill.

This panda is not koo the food is ok but the women try to make your order very skimpy.. For the price and portion will never go back to this panda. Like 7 shrimp and a small piece of teriyaki chicken!! And i added a small order if chicken to this plate!

Nooooo, don’t go here! They are very Stingy with the portions. I have never been to a Panda Express that does this except for today! I came to my house views to see if anyone else had this experience and it looks like it’s an issue. Also, not much meat in the dishes like kung pao chicken. They do not fill up the slots on the to go box

So explain why I am being ignored by every worker, doors are locked and I am being looked at like the crazy person by the staff? Your google page as well as a picture on the side window indicated you should be open. If the hours are not that, they should be changed and your workers should at least come to the door and acknowledge the customer. Update: Manager arrived and definitely tried to help me. He was very apologetic and offered to make my food for me. I left anyway because my attitude was shot after waiting so long and being ignored. He was amazing, his staff much less than

As a franchise, I used to really like Panda Express. I loved the taste of their food. I quit going to the one in Pleasant Hill for a long time because it felt like the employees there weren't trained to work in urgency, especially with long lines. That one always had a line, no matter what time of day you went there. Anyway, I was going to this one off Concord Avenue for a long time until about a month or so ago. They made the teriyaki sauce incorrectly, as it was actually their orange sauce...but you can tell that the cook(s) tried to cover it up. I brought it up to the cashier, and she told me that it happens occassionally. I get it, people make mistakes. I asked her if they were going to change it out and do it right, but she shrugged and said no. Wow. I'd hate to think that the store manager for this location thinks it's okay to do that. I gave this review on one of their surveys that same day. With that attitude, I'm not sure when I'll come back to any Panda Express. It's bad enough that they don't seem to care too much about cross-contamination when their fried rice and chow mein is always right next to their shellfish choices (I'm allergic to shellfish, so depending on the location, I can't have the chow mein or the fried rice), but when you have an issue like this, I don't feel too confident eating at their restaurants any more. Frustrated.

Sais open 9am. Doors closed, when they open the doors nothing is ready. Why say on window that it’s open 9am?

Placed an order online, go in and there is zero customers and like 5 young girls working there. No customers but they STILL managed to completely screw up my order and the food just didn't taste very good. Not sure if they hired a new cook or whatever, but it didn't taste as good as it has. That many employees and subpar food with an incorrect order, I likely won't be back.

Working in the area so we’ve been coming here for lunch and noticed every day they’re out of grilled chicken and multiple other dishes. No orange chicken today too. The employees seem miserable and don’t even make eye contact. Will be skipping this place for awhile.

Too lazy to make and serve the regular red sauce. The manager hands off pre packaged sweet and sour as if it's what you asked for. Then lies and says they quit serving it.

Ordered on line did not get what we ordered. Ordered teriyaki chicken and did not get the teriyaki so otherwise it's just grilled chicken. And the potstickers weren't there. And no cookies. 😟

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. My order was supposed to be 50/50 mushroom chicken and eggplant tofu and they gave me MAYBE 1/3 of a scoop of eggplant tofu… they didn’t contact me or anything just wasted my money and time.

Went for a pickup order and was completely ignored by a guy in a black shirt who was helping all the other pick up orders except for me. Even made eye contact with me twice and played it off like he didn’t see me. I almost grabbed my food myself and left but the girl working the register ended up helping me. The food hasn’t tasted as fresh as it usually does the past few times I’ve been there. Better off going to a different location

UPDATE! I have since returned to this location and things have gotten better. Must have been a different set of cooks and something got left in the pan too long. Came here tonight to get take out. I went to get my favorite the black pepper chicken. When I got home and opened up the container I thought they got my order wrong. It was so burnt that I thought it was beef. It was black. I had to pull apart a piece of it make sure it was chicken. It was not edible. The quality of the food at this place has completely gone down hill. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Im sorry but in never ever having Panda Express!!!! I ate some yesterday noon. The Chicken teriyaki was not cooked enough. Now I’m at 1am with stomach ache, diarrhea and now a headache. Literally I got food poisoned.
