This is the best dunkin i have veen too from the customer service to the taste of the drinks ots all good! Im seeing ppl giving negative feedback because of wait time tbh that is not dunkins fault it is a busy store it sounds like you need to give yourself mpre time before work especially in the morning at a COFFEE SHOP instead of blaming them maybe give ypurself more time

This was my first time at Dunkin’, and I’ve got to say, the coffee was great! I ordered an iced butter pecan latte through the app, and it was delicious. I originally went to pick it up through the drive-thru, but the line was super long. I called the store, and to my surprise, they answered right away despite how busy they were. They told me I could come inside to pick it up instead, which I really appreciated. When I walked in, there was a sign on the door that said “Mobile Orders Only,” which made sense since it was around 10 AM and the staff was clearly working hard and the rush was in full effect. The lady in front of me refused to place a mobile order and was giving the team a hard time, but even then, they still took her order and handled it so professionally. Honestly, they were more patient than I would’ve been! Even though they were slammed, one of the young ladies kindly let me know she’d be right with me and continued reminding others that it was mobile orders only. My drink came out great, the donuts were fresh, and the service was solid despite the rush. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been here twice and both times have been excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Mel helped me both times at the register and she had the best customer service. They had a steady flow but their customer service did not change and were speedy and friendly. Good job team !!! Loved the pumpkin donut and hazelnut caramel coffee too. 9/5/25.

Always looking forward to Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩. This location has a drive-through which is very convenient. The service was fast and professional. Love the toasted coconut 🥥 donut 🍩. Their coffee ☕️ is amazing. The breakfast sandwiches on a croissant 🧀🍳🥐 taste very good. I don’t care much for their hash browns, but it’s not as important to me as the other menu items. The location is a little tricky to get to and out because of road/lane closures around there due to construction 🚧. Still, I highly recommend this place!

Ah I have such mixed feelings with this. I love Dunkin, always have been a customer for decades. I never have any issues with my order however the customer wait time can be lagging at time. For coffee, I wouldn't expect to wait long when I order a coffee with cream and sugar. The customer service is a mix of good and not too shabby. From a consumer standpoint, I feel a hello or hi would be nice aside from just giving me my total. I understand a reps urgency to be quick with orders but the interaction with consumers would be nice to feel a tad welcoming regardless if it's dine in or drive thru. Don't just hire employees to fill positions, and people shouldn't apply for a job just for a job. Be where you want to be and enioy it. Makes a world of a difference in customer service. I'll always run on Dunkin, just don't let us down!

I made a purchase at the drive-thru on February 7 2026 at 4:43 pm. The person who served me spoke very softly, making it difficult to hear her. One of my drinks was incorrect when I received it, and we informed her of this. After hearing us, she replaced it, but she refused to take back the incorrect drink and rudely closed the window. We were not rude to her at any point, but her reaction was in poor taste.

UPDATED 6-29-2025 The coconut and chocolate covered donuts tasted just okay. Same for the coffee. With so much dessert competition opening shops -- both franchise and unique -- Dunkin' fails to stand out. When we arrived mid morning on Sunday, we found a wide selection of donuts going many deep, as we caught on camera. Parking is shared with other businesses, and you can count on the drive-through being busy. EARLIER REVIEW Following a barrage of emails touting special deals on donuts, we visited this Dunkin' twice on Saturday mornings. The problem in the words of the host at the counter: "We don't have any donuts that you want. You should've been here at 5 a.m. You might check with other Dunkin' stores, but we're out." We asked if we could use the coupon the following weekend if we came back given they were out of donuts two weekends in a row. That's what elicited the above response. Click a couple of times on the picture of the display case to see for yourself. Makes us want to delete the Dunkin' app.

They had 4 or 5 employees and they were unorganized as hell! Myself and several customers stood and watched complete chaos! They were getting orders mixed up and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. It's was embarrassing to watch. Myself and another customer said it was our first and last time going. It took 15 minutes to get a seasoned bacon croissant. And it wasn't crowded. The drive through girl kept picking up bags of food and looking inside them to see if they were he's. Then she'd throw them back down. The entire crew seemed totally discombobulated.

The fault of this place is not on the employees, it falls on the management & owners. For a place with this many customers, they need to hire more people. The work load is a lot on the 2 or 3 team members I see there. Drive thru wait time is always over 20 minutes and if you go inside, it’s the same. Because only a few people are working. Turn off mobile and Doordash orders or close the store for a week while you train more staff.

This place is just like any other place that sells coffee, however, the slowness this kids moves is desperately annoying. 15 minutes for 2 medium size cappuccinos. And is not packed of people. Super slow. Big mistake. I will never stop by here again

I placed an order in drive-thru at the South Belt Line rd location for a sausage and cheese croissant and 2 sprinkle donuts. The sausage was cold and the cheese was just put on top of the sausage not melted. Well hell I could have made that at home and saved myself $5.09. and NO they we're NOT busy.

Lacking in menu online. Menu inside doesn't reflect Drive thru menu. Drive thru has items i want that aren't listed inside or online. Was just trying to avoid the l I no drive thru line...just had to add an edit to review. I waited 10 to 15 minutes for my stuff and the got my drink wrong. Their voicemail box is full in the morning and they didn't give me a receipt. DONT ENTERTAIN GOING THERE!

I ordered four tacos, and they were all very small, about half the size of the usual. Though I paid extra for the bacon, I got only one tiny piece on each taco. Today the food also tasted like melted plastic. Really disappointed in my experience, and honestly expect better from Dunkin.

I bought a couple of donuts today. I expected them to be put in a donut box like they always do, but they were putting in a paper bag, face down. A smashed mess. And they ask for a tip on their credit card machine, but they can’t even say hello when you order. Ridiculous

I came inside on a weekend morning and it was the worst mistake I could have made. Extremely disorganized staff. No one knew what they were doing, on top of that, I clearly heard one of the staff members say “these people won’t stop coming in” as if they are running some sort of charity. I waited over 10 minutes for a simple iced coffee, which did not taste good and wasn’t made correctly. Probably the worst Dunkin in the DFW area.

AVOID AT ALL COST This location has been, by far, one of the worst-managed Dunkin’ stores I’ve visited in years. The coffee I received was mostly milk with little to no espresso. When I asked the staff to correct it, I was met with an unprofessional attitude from the manager. I strongly believe Dunkin’ corporate should reconsider this franchise and assign it to someone who can better uphold the brand’s standards.

Last weekend (Jan 24th) the Dunkin app was marking this location as being open for mobile ordering/drive through only. My wife placed and order for around $43. We decided to give them some time to prepare the food since we were having our first winter storm of the year and we figured they may be a bit busy. I pulled up to next the menu and was greeted by “someone”: “Thank you for choosing Dunkin, please give us a moment, we’ll be right with you” Some 5 minutes went by, nothing. I pulled up to the drive through window, it was extremely quiet. I drove back to the ordering area. Same greeting as before by “someone”. Another driver pulled behind me, I decided to let him try and order his food. Still giving this location the benefit of the doubt: “I hope someone is really there cooking something” The other guy also got the exact same message, got tired after a couple of minutes and left. During this time we’re trying to contact customer service. We paid for food, under the understanding that they were OPEN. The volume on both videos is low, but that greeting all drivers who pulled up to the drive through menu were receiving was only a RECORDING. Played over and over deceiving multiple customers. The restaurant was empty, we were charged for food we never received. I’m waiting for confirmation from my wife she’s been refunded for what she paid. Customer service stated that we should contact them again if we didn’t receive a response from the restaurant in 2 business days. A full work week has gone by, and all we’ve heard is nothing! During our past few visits before this experience the restaurant is often understaffed, or operated by people from other locations (unable to catch their breath, given the small differences between the outlets). Sorry not sorry I’ll avoid coming back if at all possible.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Order Not Made Correctly Twice I rarely leave negative reviews, but today’s experience needs management attention.I ordered a hot hazelnut latte and instead they handed me an iced drink.When I corrected them at the window, they said they would fix it but what I received next was just plain hot coffee with no hazelnut at all. The drink tasted terrible and clearly wasn’t what I ordered. It’s frustrating to correct an order and still receive something completely different.This location needs better attention to detail and quality control, especially when customers are paying extra for specialty drinks. I hope management addresses this, because this level of service is unacceptable.

Service is slow and people do not communicate well. We got our donuts but our sandwiches weren't made yet after 30 mins. Other people's order were also lost in the shuffle. I get they're busy but they prioritize drivethru and forget about people that order inside. One person's coffee was left on the coffee maker. After they gave it, it was cold already so they were asked to remake it.

They are so trash here! I placed my order at 8:48am 11/10/2025. I didn’t get my order until 9:09am after i said where’s my order?? The hash browns were soggy and they completely left the egg patty off of the maple bacon sandwich that comes with egg! So we had to turn around after we left to get the sandwich corrected. The white girl had zero sense of urgency and she never changed her gloves. she was making orders touching non food items and then back to making orders all with the same gloves. the heavy set black lady with the dreads came in for her shift never washed her hands and began working on orders. Keenan did apologize and offered a complimentary meal on our next visit for the mishap but we wont be back.

I created an account JUST to make this review because my experience was TERRIBLE. Waited patiently for 30 minutes and my drink had not been called out. During this time, one worker checked for my order but did not return. During this time, the workers were occupied and although I understood this, I could not continue to wait so I did ask the cashier for a refund who needed help from the manger to issue it. The cashier asked the manager for assistance but the manager told the worker that she needed a “second”. After 10 minutes I asked the manager how much longer and she was short, passive aggressiv, and dismissive to me. The manager told me that she “didn’t know” because she was “too busy“ despite me having to wait for so long. The manager did not offer to make the order I was waiting on which was just 1 small matcha latte with cookie butter syrup. Took an additional 20 minutes to finally receive a refund because the manager continued to deny me one. Made me an hour late to work although originally I would have been on time. This event occurred 11/05/2026 at 7:45 am.The manager did not have on a name tag but she wore a plain black shirt. Thank you to the sweet worker that eventually was kind enough to issue me my refund despite not knowing how to and also did not receive manager assistance though needed. Instead the worker received assistance from a cook that verbally assisted her to issue a refund. I do not see myself returning to this establishment, especially never at this location because the service definitely left a bad taste for the company.

The staff could really use more training on how to make drinks. I ordered a caramel macchiato and was asked if I wanted it with cream and sugar—uhm what? That should’ve been my first red flag. Sure enough, when I got my drink, it wasn’t even close. Instead of a proper caramel macchiato, I ended up with an iced milk that had just a hint of coffee and caramel. Very Disappointing!! Will probably skip this location next time.

Store is an absolute disappointment and the food is a disaster. It is frozen and thawed food put in a toaster for few seconds and served cold!. It is so bad that the neither cheese on the sandwich nor the cheese inside minis melt (see pictures) I went to drive thru and the inside the store and even after that it is same food. Store front service is ok but kitchen is pathetic which seems to ran by bunch of lethargic kids. When you get to store you need energy on the employees face which gives energy to you and the food they serve. All this store gives you is serious faces with lethargic body language. It makes you depressed for rest of the day Only saving grace is donuts because they are not made in store. Store owner seems does not have any interest in the store nor the employees. I wish it was run by someone who has interest in the food industry not just the business alone. With the store as is it is better not go to go to save your day! PS: my review is only on food they serve not the beverages as I never tried beverages at this location. I hope beverages are better
