Chicken is tiny..on top of that I asked for mild but all three pieces are spicy.

Rest stop was crowded because of the buffalo game earlier than the day. We waited longer to get our food then we did to place our order. It seems like they lost our ticket for a while because people who ordered after us who had similar items got their food first. We ended up being there for over 45 minutes from the time we got in line until we got our food. Ordered two combo chicken sandwiches. The sandwich cost about $8, the combo which only included cajun fries and no drink, cost $15.39. When the food was finally ready, my husband who had ordered his sandwich without pickles, got pickles anyway. The size of the Cajun fries order was ridiculously small: especially for costing $7. They were cold to boot. The water bottle is in the picture for size reference. The amount of fries in the bag is exactly the amount received. At least the sandwiches were hot and really tasty.

Service was nice. The fries are old and dried out. The chicken lacked the flavor and texture it's supposed to. It's a nice building though. Lol

Employees are rude and had to wait 10 minutes for chicken that is already made. They show drinks in the combos and the price is the same as a combo but have to pay for a drink. Ridiculous.. Then get to the vehicle and they shorted me two pieces. NYS should kick them out of the rest areas for price gouging. Do better Popeyes! Then if your Canadian bring cash they do not except Canadian cards

Almost 17 $$$$ so you understand what kind of place this is???? Their portion is like a cat 😂😂😂 but you pay like for a 12 pound chicken

Rude customer service. I guess you shouldn’t expect much. I was just getting some Mac n cheese for my girls. I asked how big the regular size was and the worker waved her hand in the direction of the back.. so I ordered it anyway. It’s $6 and change for the regular. It’s so damn small. Crazy rip off.

Very disappointed with this Popeyes visit. I tried to order a large combo meal and was told their register “doesn’t allow” large combos, which makes no sense. I went ahead and got a regular combo, and while the food came out quickly, the quality was terrible. My chicken sandwich was dry, and my fries were just thrown loose into the bottom of the bag with no container. To top it off, the fries were somehow even drier than the sandwich. Really disappointing experience definitely not what I expect from Popeyes.

The worst Popeyes Restaurant I visit ever. Doesn't recommend it to anybody. They throw the food on the counter, Manager has really bad attitude and rude with customers. Food is cold, like spent more than 30 minutes after cooked. Overall, not recommended. The worst. And charge almost $13 for two small pieces without soda.

There is no way to order in a proper way the stuff is not actually works for Popeyes and they confuse about what we wanted or not. And the line goes forever. They don’t include drinks as part of meals which us sucks as well.

None of the employees understood how to multi task and all worked at the slowest speed I’ve seen any paid employee work. This is a disgrace to Popeyes and the state of New York.

Horribly overpriced. $20 for a meal that is $11 at any other Popeyes franchise location. Didn't have all options and was unable to get a large drink as I was told they would have to charge separately for individual item if I did that "we can't upsize here for extra". Yeah, BS.

Very rude employees and terrible customer service everywhere you go when you order dark meat it's two thighs and a leg but here they try to say it's two legs and a thigh That's crazy I try to explain to the lady/man that I've been everywhere in the US and it's always been two thighs in the leg and she argued with me and I see why they have a one star review I'm looking at the chicken and I'm looking at thighs she tries to tell me that they're breasts and then tries to insult me and tells me to know what type of chicken I'm talking about instead of me going back with the man woman I just kindly got my refund I will never order from this place again the Burger King next to it is way better and the Panera bread I would avoid this place at all costs and the chicken was very tiny and looked old

I had bad experience here. The chicken thighs were very small and dry. I ordered 3 spicy thighs and a large mashed potatoes. The cashier in training (I assume) charged me for 3 regular thighs and small mashed potatoes. When I received the wrong order and after I raised the issue, I was given the spicy thighs instead of the regular as I ordered, but for the potatoes the supervisor told me that I would need to get in line again so they could charge me for the large size. Mashed potatoes is overpriced by the way.

Everytime I get here around 7:20. Place closes at 8 and keep in mind it’s FAST FOOD. They already have it all shut down and only offer to serve what has already been made. Irritating, if you don’t like the job get a new one :)

Sooooo we were traveling back home to Jersey City NJ and was discriminated against because we wanted dark meat. The worker told us she was not dropping any dark meat we had to eat what was available.

I had bad experience here. The chicken thighs were very small and dry. I ordered 3 spicy thighs and a large mashed potatoes. The cashier in training (I assume) charged me for 3 regular thighs and small mashed potatoes. When I received the wrong order and after I raised the issue, I was given the spicy thighs instead of the regular as I ordered, but for the potatoes the supervisor told me that I would need to get in line again so they could charge me for the large size. Mashed potatoes is overpriced by the way.

They're going to treat you like garbage, and an annoyance at the register, they will not use manners, no please, no thank you, then your order will be wrong, if it included sauce, they're going to forget that, and finally itemized receipts don't exist. Do yourself a favor and go to burger king next door, and spare yourself from going to the worst popeyes in western new york.
