Very fast and friendly, this is my first Arby’s sandwich experience, I usually eat their fries only but today i tried the roast beef sandwich and it is good, i didn’t know it does not come with sauce and you have to ask for sauce for to-go order, but it is still good without.

They have the best deals with the coupons that come in the mail! And it's one of the few fast food places where you know the meat is actually real. My favorite thing from this place is the mozzarella sticks!

It's fast food fast service, yet ordered two crinkle cut fries and got one, and one curly fries. I should of checked, and they politely said to speak up when I ordered. So, a 5.

Christia in the drive thru is the most pleasant person I've EVER encountered in the fast food industry. She is always happy and out going. Thanks you for your joy spread.

I love driving on the Interstate 81 strictly for stopping over here. Taste of USA. Food is fresh. Service is polite. I think even vegetarians would eat here.

I ordered in the midst of a computer malfunction. I was still served and received a free meal because of the issues, even though I offered to pay cash. The computer issue did not hamstring their service.

Everyone seems to be nice and helpful. Drive thru is usually quick. Chicken wraps were beyond my expectations.

The manager and all her staff did a awesome job . They handled a bus load of 15 girls and everyone in the drive threw in a very short amount of time.

It is always a great experience when I come here. I really really love Arby's. Not a day goes by I don't dream of biting into a beef and cheddar or dig into some curly fries. It takes a lot of personal restraint to not get into my car drive here and spend $20-40 dollars every day. There is something magical about that first bite into a beef and cheddar.

I asked for a regular roast beef on an onion roll. They were out of onion rolls. I asked for a regular roast beef. They then gave me a beef and cheddar. I went back inside and asked for a regular roast beef, and they made me a ““ new sandwich. Which also had cheese all over it from whatever, can you idiots understand that some people don’t like cheese on their sandwich or are you too we todd did?

Stopped here with school kids for lunch. Service and food quality were excellent! Inside the restaurant was clean and attended to continually.

The BBQ rib sandwich was the most delicious limited-time sandwich Arby's ever had, and discovering it now exists as a slider... I'm overjoyed. I will eat these delicious sliders until they stop selling them. Arby's continues to get my full support, but why are your "large" drinks the same size as medium everywhere else?

Meant to do this yesterday. I have always had a decent experience at this arbys, even though I have only just recently started going here more frequently. Yesterday April 8th, 2020 at about 8PM or so, we come through the drive through, ordered, and pulled up to the window only to he greeted by such a nice lady. I cannot say I have ever felt as respected and appreciated as a customer as I did this day at ANY fast food place I have ever been to. For the owners of this place, she definitely deserves a raise. I wish I got her name. Edit: receipt says “Employee: Faith.”

Stopped here for lunch, wasn't too bad pricing. The employee who was also an assistant manager, was kind enough to get me a drink for free. The food tasted great, was loaded and fresh.

There was a new girl named Kierstyn that was so very sweet and helpful but it seemed like when she asked her manager a question because she's knew the manager had kind of an attitude with her the manager was a blonde girl. So I felt that that was kind of rude especially in front of the customers. I hope that she goes far. She was a very sweet person I hope this helps the store. And the new girl keirstyn🙂

We went through the drive-thru we ordered the two for $6 fish sandwich with cheese and tartar sauce. A woman named Julie made our sandwiches for us. I went in the store I just had to best sandwich I told her I have had in 3 years! I can tell that this woman is dedicated to her job and she takes pride in it. Well done!!!

I've really been on an Arby's kick lately, that Chicken Cordon Bleu really has a hold on me. While on my drive back to Canada, I had my grandson stop at this location so I could try their Chicken Cordon Bleu and it was wonderful. Deliciously overflowing with meat and cheesy goodness. Their cherry pastry was also delicious, the right amount of soft and flakey. My only complaint is that there is no booth seating, I need a good booth seat for my back.

People complain a lot. Coming down from Canada. My daughter is an Arby's store manager there. The food was decently made and the prices are good. The service was also very friendly. Good stopping point halfway for us. Thank you. Used to be the Arby's in Great Bend but that is gone now. 40 year customer.

This is my new go to restaurant for a quick bite to eat. This place has definitely improved. It reminds me of a restaurant in Brooklyn called Rolling Roaster. The sandwiches have been really good as of late. I highly recommend.

8/2025! Another great meal on our road trip! Just like 2024! Great place, Arby's has come a long way since I was a kid in the 1970's. It now looks like Wendy's inside. This location is clean and modern. Great service and food took about 5 minutes to be ready. That's fine as it means food is not sitting around in warmers. The beef and cheddar is fantastic! I could eat two if I wasn't watching my weight. My guest had curly fries and a gyro. All excellent!

Easy on off highway 81. Able to grab a quick snack at happy hour price! Super clean restaurant. Staff were pleasant.

The staff now is a lot better than what it used to be better customer service I was actually pretty happy when I left my fries were actually hot... And I was greeted as soon as I enter the store.

Guy at the counter was a riot chatted with us and made jokes with us which is rare at a fast food restaurant let alone one that was serving people not from the area

Love this location, most of the time their food is fresh and fast! The pricing is absolutely ridiculous, but otherwise, one of my faves!

If you've been to Arby's before this is the same thing nothing to write home about. The crew is typical and the dining room needs to be updated but overall decent experience

Quick service. Drive thru is only open, no indoor dining still. People taking orders had a hard time hearing us in the drive thru, had to keep repeating the order, but they did get it right Updated June 2022...Dining in is available now

The traditional gyro was unbelievably great.

What can I say, this is an arby's, so the food tasted just as good as any other one. The only reason I give it 4 stars however is because the place did not look very clean, and when we were walking up to the door, the girl in the drive through yelled to us that "McDonalds is a good choice".

Food was hot, nicely put together, and ready by the time I paid the bill. Drive through is very noisy with truck tire noise from highway. For a detailed or large order you might want to go to the counter to order. The orange shake is very tasty and filling. The small size is just right with a sandwich. A large is a meal in itself. I would stop here again to try a gyro or the chicken salad sandwich.

Great food. Great prices. The staff at this particular establishment is hit or miss. You either get an amazing crew or a crew that has zero work ethic. Best milkshakes around and the cheapest.

I've been eating here once a week on my weekly drive from Buffalo to NYC. It's definitely better than the Arby's that's near my house, and it's at just the right location as it's at the convergence of when my car and my stomach need a fill up, lol. Plus, the customer service here is pretty great for a fast food place.

Bathrooms have no paper towels. Toilet didn't flush. Cookies warmed up though. Food very fairly priced. Got burnt bacon on loaded fries. No large lids for large sodas.

Food was what I'd expect. But I ordered a Jamocha Shake and it wasn't until we were back on the highway that I realized it was vanilla, so pretty disappointed.

Order A medium brisket combo curly fries Diet Coke . Regular coke - I’m diabetic and fries were half a order. I’m glad I can taste the difference between diet and regular or it could of been a long night at ER.

They were short staffed so very slow. My husband had a swiss and chicken which he liked but my brisket was very fatty.

Price price price and price I ordered just two regular rb original sandwiched for my uncle and one beef and cheddar for myself and no drinks or anything else and it was $13.74!!! The food was excellent every time I've gone but the last three times I've gone . I've gone through the drive-thru and the customer service has been VERY lacking each time they were very rude you can tell it's because they're teenagers that's all I'm going to say I'm here thank God it's just a drive through and it's very quick.

It's a typical Arby's.. Easy access off I-81.. Staff was very nice and friendly.. Only one thing bothered me, a Pet-Peve of mine.. 2 Workers on break having a smoke outside and visible, came in and walked into the food area directly without going into restroom and washing hands. Disgusting.. Bad things going through my mind, LOL

Staff accommodated special requests and order was complete and accurate. Meat temperate was a bit on the cool side, but it was good for fast food establishment.

Fuzz summary: It's open for drive in only even though the place look close. Ask for fresh fries. Sandwich and service are okay! Not the best Arbys! Fuzz full review: It's drive thru only! The joint look closed (the dining room lights are not turned on). My first impression was that they are closed but there is a steady line of car that are waiting to order. Had there been no line of cars I would have turned around. The sandwich are typical Arby fare, but we came here for curly fries and we got some mixture of old soggy curly fries mixed with old crinkle cut fries. A little bit disappointed but it took a long time to order its not worth driving up just to exchange a large fries. Overall we love Arby's the sandwich is good here, service are friendly, the rest was just sub par and weird

All I wanted was a beef n chedder. They were out of beef completely...... The lamb gyro was really tasty but not why I went to Arby's.

Customer service was very poor and slow. We were the only two in line what stood there without being acknowledged for almost five minutes. Not some place you want to go if you are in a hurry unless you go through the drive-thru

First thing that caught my attention when my wife and I walked in was the smell... like an animal farm. Then, the cashier tells us that the fryer is not working so no fried foods were to be served (chicken sandwich, fries, etc.) Where is the franchise owner? And, does he/she know that there are issues with this particular Arby's that need addressing?

The food is decent usually, when they get it right anyway. Drive thru is exceptionally slow always. Check your order before you leave, and avoid the drive thru best advice you will get

Employees have tip jar On counter Requesting tips when they're getting paid top dollar to do their job. Flour is extremely sticky. Have not been mopped or swept in quite some time. Condom and area dirty would not recommend stopping for food.

The ladies working the drive thru tonight were especially snippy and short, they didn't know what was on their own menu and kept suggesting I order things more expensive than what I was requesting despite me telling them several times that the items I wanted were on the menu for 1.99. I eventually got tired of the back and forth and how snippy they were and drove away. Lunch is still on the menu but I won't be returning during evening hours

Please get new workers who are actually friendly & pleasant. The girl I had was some young girl with a bad attitude. You should make this right because I will be calling corporate!

I tried to give them a second chance as everyone has a bad night but this is not one bad night.This is the 2nd time I've gone there and the sandwich was room temp and meat was crunchy. My fries were cold and soggy. The service is ok but the food is terrible. This is honestly the worst Arby's I've eaten at. The 2 stars is for service not food.

I like Arby's a lot but was very disappointed this time around. Was 9 pm and had waited for almost 10 minutes before they even took my card. They messed up my burger big time and I love this burger and it's not cheap. The burger was not cooked all the way through, there was no American cheese when asked and the cheese wasn't even melted at all. Couldnt even finish it

I think it will be better if they add menu board at the start of drive thru line and the drive thru crew must have some patience .

Place was very messy, bathroom was filthy, trash over flowing in there and in dining room. All tables were yuck, one had a bucket of dirty water sitting on it. Windows were gross too. Shift manager was leaving as we were ordering mentioning they were short staffed.

Wish I could give less than one star. Lets start off with placing the order, we were greeted by an unfriendly cashier with poor hygiene who took our order and handed us our cups. After we filled our drinks and gathered our sauces we found a spot to sit. Where we waited 10 minutes before getting up to stand back by the counter hoping that seeing our faces would be a reminder that our food had yet to be served. Another 10 minutes goes by. We mention the wait. No apology, nothing. As we were finally handed our food an employee said "we made this special for you." Nothing was special about our meals. Fries were cold and soggy, the lettuce on the turkey club was wilted and the tomatoes tasted old. Knowing that Arbys is a fast food restaurant we werent expecting much, but warm food served at a quick pace by friendly people would have been nice. (Writting this review took less time than getting my order at Arbys.)

Dirty our feet were sticking to the floor,tables were dirty,milkshake tasted like a weak chocolate and not jamocia,crew was joking and talking so loud you could hear everything they said. Been there a few times and this time made me realize McDonalds is right across the street and so is Wendy's.

Went threw the drive threw on 4/24/22 ordered a beef and cheddar on sesame bun with extra red ranch sauce then ordered 2 regular beef and cheddar with extra red ranch. Went to the window to pay and asked for some Arby's sauce. I was told if I wanted arby sause horsey sauce or ketchup I had to ask at the speaker. Since frickin when. I worked at this Arby's years ago. She handed me my food and I told my boyfriend to check it to make sure it was right. It wasn't only 2 sandwich. I backed my car right back to that window. The same lady just looked at me like what was I doing. I motioned her to come here. I was like I'm sorry I didn't get one of my sandwich. She goes yes you did. I was like mam I ordered 3 she said NO YOU DIDN'T. I said I'm sorry maybe you didn't here me. I wanted 3 she was shaking her head no. I was like excuse me are you giving me additude? I just wanted my sandwich I said I will pay for another one if you didn't charge me. She said no come in side if you want to order another one. Since when did people become so mean? Her name was Brittany. I had to ask her a few times before she would tell me. Arby's step up your game. Get rid of BRITTANY. She is loosing business for you!

I could hear an employee coughing then touching/ making food. The employees here could be getting customers sick by coming in sick coughing and then touching the food.

Went through the drive-through tonight. When we ordered chicken fingers we asked for Ketchup and buffalo sauce. When we got to the window we paid and we’re asked to pull forward. When our food came out I noticed there was no Ketchup so I asked the person delivering it for some. He said you should have asked for that at the f...ing order screen and stormed inside. A few minutes later someone else came out with a small bag full of ketchup packets very condescendingly. I nicely tried to explain to her that we did ask for the ketchup at the order screen and that was very unprofessional the way he responded. Instead of apologizing she was also very rude. Terrible customer service.

I was at this establishment about twenty minutes ago and i was less than impressed to say the least. When i first got there i drove around the back of the building for the drive thru and about half the kitchen staff was outside smoking, generally i wouldn't care much about that. Then i sat and waited about ten minutes while the person in front of me ordered one of everything off the menu, again not my place to judge....but i finally got to the window to get my food and not only did i pay $10 for a meal which is obserd, but my sandwich was cold the cheese wasn't even melted, the fries were also cold. Absolute first and last time i go here

They completely screwed up my order. I was on drive-thru so I couldn’t check till I was back at the hotel. I ordered a Gyro, a brisket sandwich, one fry & mozzarella sticks. Got TWO frys, brisket sandwich, and NO gyro! This is not the first time they’ve screwed up my order.

We pulled up to the speaker in the drive-thru, a polite male took the order. When I pulled up to the window a extremely rude manager (female) opened the window and said "we're closed" I replied "what do you mean he just took my order" she said "well we're closed" I asked for the number for corporate and she told me to Google it and slammed the window shut. I'm very disappointed in her service as a manager of this location.

My family, and I, were passing through Cortland. We decided to stop and order a couple of things. We sat at the drive through speaker, for 5 or more minutes. When we were finally able to order, she made us repeat ourselves several times. When we got to the window, we got my sister's shake, and were asked to pull over to the side and wait. Fine. We do it. No biggie, right? We sat there for 10 more minutes!! Still no food! Another car pulls into the drive thru, immediately orders. They pull up to the window. We think the girl is bagging up our food. But she gives the food to the the car that hadn't been waiting 20 minutes for food, at a fast food restaurant. So, 2 of my sisters get out of our truck, and head inside. The workers come flying from behind the counter, with our food. No apologies. Nothing. My sisters come back to the truck. We discover they gave us the wrong sandwiches! But rather than wait, another 25 minutes, we just left. I will be calling, in the morning, when hopefully there is a manager on duty. I often pass through town, and almost always stop there on my way home. I don't think I will anymore. I'll just get taco Bell.

God forbid I come in for food and disturb ‘Brittney’ from closing her register an hour before closing time. It’s not the customers fault you hate life. Maybe open your ears next time you’re doing your job so the guest can receive what they order. Not only did the General Manager not give two hoots that her employee is a screwup, but she also gave us our money back from the drive thru register. So to the owner, you should check your cash counts for July 10th at 9:50pm. Rude and miserable is the best way to describe Brittney. Maybe get a job where you don’t have to interact with other human beings, like a garbage collector.

We just wanted to get some food and he was talking so quiet we sat there for 5 min trying to explain are order. And then we got are sandwiches cold and he said we ran out of ROAST BEEF gave us frys that tasted like cardboard and he didn’t give us napkins. Over all it was not the most pleasing experience.

Why are there no trays available? The lady at the counter said that "they took them away". It is very inconvenient to try to sauce up your sandwich and get ketchup for your potato cakes while trying to hold onto a sandwich wrapper, with no tray. This is ridiculous.

Worst experience EVER! I live right next to Arby’s so it’s a frequent stop . I’m not sure who you have in that place for new staff , but get them in check ! Absolutely no customer service what so ever . The blond tall girl really needs to find another job with the attitude she has.

Noticed the food I used to get is no longer served. The chicken sandwiches I used to love are just breading and grissle. I think the service is very poor. Orederd a # 13 a few days ago. Instead of my Reuben sandwich I got a chicken bacon ranch. I hate ranch. The Curly fries were broken and overcooked. I might be back but only for a diet Dr pepper. Can't screw that up
